Cs3Bi2Br9 quantum dots, with excellent thermal stability and photoluminescence quantum yields of up to 22%, have been prepared. A PL wavelength range from 380 to 526 nm could be achieved through a fast reversible anion exchange reaction.

We devised a straightforward spin-assisted successive precipitation and anion exchange reaction (spin-SPAER) process in order to deposit relatively uniform PbS quantum dots (QDs) on mesoporous TiO2 (mp-TiO2).

Abstract In this work, we carry out chemical processing of halide perovskite (CsPbBr3) microplates, where microlenses can be formed on surface by laser ablation by femtosecond laser ablation. Namely, we perform anion exchange reaction and observe spectral tuning of the microplates optical properties. We believe this effect will open new opportunities for tunable and reconfigurable micro-optical devices.
