AbstractUpscaling of nanoparticle fabrication by sputtering into an ionic liquid is shown for the example of Cu. Long-time sputtering (24 h) into a large amount (50 mL) of the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide [Bmim][(Tf)2 N] yields an amount of approximately 1 g Cu nanoparticles (mean spherical diameter (2.6 ± 1.1) nm), stabilized in ionic liquid without agglomerations. Extraction of Cu nanoparticles from the stabilizing ionic liquid was performed with the capping agent hexadecylamine. Extracted particles could be redispersed in other solvents, thus enabling applications of sputtered nanoparticles beyond ionic liquids.

The superwarfarin-type anticoagulant rodenticides are used throughout the world and distinguish themselves from warfarin for its high potency and long acting anticoagulant activity. Easy access to these products enables the accidental or deliberate human poisoning. A case of voluntary rodenticide poisoning (RATIBRON®) by a woman who ingested an estimated 27.5 mg of bromadiolone total quantity for two weeks, with minor bleeding episodes, whose reversal of the anticoagulant effect with the correction of the abnormal values of the clotting tests took about one month to reverse is reported here. The correction of the haemostasis defects takes usually a long time<br />and there are no treatment guidelines, but a gradually vitamin K dosage reduction, as out patients, along with the monitoring of the International Normalized Ratio levels, allows a safe evaluation of the therapeutic response.

This review article focuses on our recent studies on novel soft materials consisting of carbon nanotubes. Single-walled carbon nanotubes, when suspended in imidazolium ion-based ionic liquids and ground in an agate mortar, form physical gels (bucky gels), where heavily entangled bundles of carbon nanotubes are exfoliated to give highly dispersed, much finer bundles. By using bucky gels, the first printable actuators that operate in air for a long time without any external electrolyte are developed. Furthermore, the use of polymerizable ionic liquids as the gelling media results in the formation of electroconductive polymer/nanotube composites with enhanced mechanical properties. The article also highlights a new family of nanotubular graphite, via self-assembly of amphiphilic hexabenzocoronene (HBC) derivatives. The nanotubes consist of a graphitic wall composed of a great number of π-stacked HBC units and are electroconductive upon oxidation. The use of amphiphilic HBCs with functional groups results in the formation of nanotubes with various interesting properties.

<p>Dokumen berita olahraga dalam bentuk web kini memiliki jumlah yang besar dalam kurun waktu singkat. Untuk kemudahan akses dokumen perlu melakukan pengelompokan dokumen berita kedalam beberapa kategori. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar berita olahraga tersusun sesuai dengan kategori yang ditentukan. Berita dapat dikelompokkan secara manual oleh manusia, akan tetapi hal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk melakukan kategorisasi. Metode klasifikasi diusulkan dalam penelitian ini untuk melakukan pengkategorian secara otomatis dokumen berita. Tujuan dilakukannya klasifikasi adalah untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah dalam pemberian kategori, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes Classifier. Sebelum dilakukan klasifikasi ada proses preprocessing dengan menggunakan Enhanced Confix Striping Stemmer.  Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengembalikan ke bentuk kata dasar, sehingga data berkurang dan proses komputasi menjadi lebih efisien. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 18 berita olahraga yang dipilih secara acak oleh user atau tester, dari 18 berita yang diujikan terdapat 14 berita yang bernilai benar atau relevan dengan analisis yang dilakukan use atau tester pada berita uji. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Klasifikasi Berita Olahraga menggunakan Metode Naïve Bayes dengan Enhanced Confix Striping Stemmer mampu mengklasifikasi berita olahraga sesuai dengan kategori masing-masing, seperti Sepak Bola, Basket, Raket, Formula 1, Moto GP dan olahraga lainnya dengan keakuratan sebesar 77%.</p><p> </p><p class="Judul2"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Judul2"> </p><p>Web-based sports news currently has a considerable amount of documents. News documents need to be grouped into multiple categories for easy access. The goal is that sports news is structured according to the specified category. News can be grouped manually by humans, but it takes a long time to categorize if it involves large documents. Classification method is proposed in this research to categorize automatically news document. The purpose of doing the classification is to accelerate and simplify the granting of categories, thereby increasing the efficiency of time. In this research using the Naïve Bayes Classifier classification method. Prior to classification there is a preprocessing process using Enhanced Confix Striping Stemmer. It aims to return to the basic word form, so the data is reduced and the computing process becomes more efficient. From the test using 18 sports news randomly selected by the user or tester, there are 14 news stories that are true or relevant to the analysis by the user or the tester on the test news. This study concludes that the Sports News Classification Application using the Naïve Bayes Method with Enhanced Confix Striping Stemmer is able to classify sports news according to their respective categories, such as Football, Basket, Racquet, Formula 1, Moto GP and other sports with accuracy of 77%.</p>

Overcrowding in emergency departments (ED) could delay and alter the quality of critical services provided. Despite the generalization of developed triage system, the rate of nonurgent applicants is still considerable worldwide. This usually leads to long waiting patients lists, healthcare practitioners over stress, and patients unsastisfaction. A recent literature review reported that between 4.8% to 90% of ED patients were potentially nonurgent cases and the sudden death cases reported in ED should be simply urgent; long waiting unmanaged cases [1]. Among the leading reasons for unsuitable use of ED for “nonurgent complaints.”; patients related factors are most frequent. Elderly patients with heavy chronic conditions and lack of familial support are frequent ED users. Some patients prefer the ED due to the easy access and availability of all investigation tools. Ed is always convenient providing nonstop care by trained specialized team. According to some studies; it has been proved that a higher rate of nonemergency application is noticed in case of unavailability of primary health care centers access and during off-clinic hours [2]. The delayed appointments, and the lack of access to outpatient clinics on evenings and weekends is usually influencing the patient’s attitude. Interestingly, some other reports showed that most of the patients admitted to the ED with mild and simple complaints are well educated, have good social status and do not have chronic diseases [3]. For these cases, wrong perception could be bilateral. The patient is always considering his personal case as extremely urgent; and the health practitioner could not infirm the emergency before the investigations. This risk-averse patient risk-averse doctor relationship could explain the major part of non-emergency applications [4]. With these overwhelmed available resources, the increase of nonurgent visits results in risks for patient safety. This problematic has been recognized long time ago. Since early 90s many triage systems were implemented. However only five level triage instruments are significantly correlated with resource utilization, rate of admission for inpatient treatment, duration of emergency management, and frequency of transfer to intensive care or mortality. Unfortunately, these instruments could not be generalized to all ED [5]. Several other solutions have been proposed. Gatekeeping; redirecting patient systems, or health services cost sharing were not enough and difficult to implement. The benefit a financial penalty for patients categorized as nonurgent after the consultation or targeting frequent users by case management approach is still unclear [6]. In our point of view; the solution to decrease the rate of nonurgent visits is outside of emergency room and not inside. The only valuable option is to provide an alternative to ED by improving the outpatient departments and primary healthcare centers services quality. With patient large sensibilization, the benefit should be perceptible.

The article reviews the stages and factors of evolution in visual communication. It also analyzes the basic principles in construction of such communication. Features of a book as a communicative carrier are reviewed. The article reveals current trends of visual communication evolution, their origins and historical analogues. The author proves that changes in communication technologies are closely related to changes in the principles of information consumption. Modern features of communicative space development are revealed. They include interactivity, multimedia, and hypertextuality. Due to these factors, expansion of the role of the visual component and its more active use as the main carrier in the communicative culture keeps going on in recent years. Analysis of the modern communicative space indicates not only the tendency to visualize. Firstly, a distinctive feature of modern communications is an easy access of almost any information accumulated by mankind. Secondly, general acceleration of the pace of life pushes to the need to learn and relearn, gain new knowledge every day, spending as little time as possible. Third, the user has a habit to respond to any type of information interactively. This is one of the most important changes in the principles of transmission and perception of information, which involves the user in the process of perception and makes him a co‑author. The present research shows that visual communication uses not only modern approaches, such as hypertextuality, multimedia and interactivity, but also traditional methods of artistic practices, such as color, composition, shaping, etc. Modern trends in visual communication feature redefining of the techniques inherent in visual communication for a long time. At the same time, there is a certain interpenetration of techniques inherent in computer and print media. The development of methods of information transfer is continuing. The emerging of new forms is possible, which may serve as a topic for further research.
