The underlying theory is a theory of mass communication, theory of hypodermic needle theory, S-O-R theory, discipline theory, theories of adolescence. The methodology that was used this research is quantitative methods with type of correlational quantitative. In this research that are samples are teenagers klampis semalang 96 respondents. From the results of statistics done shows that significantly is the cctv news traffic to discipline attitude traffic in teenagers Klampis Semalang Urban village Klampis Ngasem in Sukolilo Surabaya city. This study was to determine the effect of Short-Term Investments and Assets Assets in generating profits in the company PT. Taspen. The method of analysis used qualitative methods That is explained and analyzed by descriptive data. Quantitative methods to study whether the Short-term investment is profitable or not, can be determined either by the method Accounting Rate Of Return (ARR) That method that measures the level of profit from investments used to gain tersebut.dan the return on investment assets at PT. Taspen. To test the hypothesis then performed calculations using multiple linear regression analysis. Furthermore pengelohan data and hypothesis testing will be assisted by a computer program Softwere SPSS (Statistical Service and Solution product).Research shows that variable Short Term Asset Investments concluded that simultaneous effect relationship is negative and insignificant. But in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings. Assets Investments variable and not significant positive effect on earnings, but in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings.

Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic emphasizes on certain areas of expertise that Taruna must possess. This is the basis after graduating from shipping polytechnics, cadets must have expertise and skills. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of inquiry, discovery learning, and creativity levels on the ability to write descriptive essays on nautical and technical cadets at Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This type of research is research. This research uses quantitative methods using experiments. The location used in this research is Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. The subjects in this study were the cadets of the Nautika A, Nautika B, Teknika A, and Teknika B. classes. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained: There are those that can be solved looking for description essays in the cadets. learning discovery method. The test results show better investigation methods than the discovery of learning, There is a difference in the ability to write a description essay about cadets who have a high level of creativity with cadets who have a low level of creativity, the test results show better who have a high level of creativity, there are related with learning methods and descriptions of the ability to write essay descriptions, the test results show learning methods and creativity descriptions of the ability to write essay descriptions.

Transmission of HIV-AIDS in Indonesia is growing fast, one of the triggers are due to risky sexual behavior, including sexual behavior in FSW’s clients. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of condom use on the FSW’s clients in Semampir Kediri. This study used quantitative methods to the design of explanatory research with cross sectional approach. A triangulation of qualitative data used to support the results of quantitative analysis were excavated from WPS and pimps as a cross check answers FSW’s clients, the means used was to in-depth interviews and FGDs (Focus Group Discussion) on the FSW and pimps. Sample size was 66 people. Univariate data analysis, with chi-square bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results showed most respondents (71.2%) behave consistent in using condoms.Variables related to condom use behavior in FSW were knowledge, perception of vulnerability, severity perceived, benefits perceived, barriers perceived and perceived ability to self (self-efficacy), the availability of condoms, condom regulation, support of friends and support of FSW.
