Combining with the characters of the practicing qualification personnel in construction market, probabilistic neural network is brought out trying to analyze the credit classification of the practicing qualification personnel. And the impact factor of the number of neurons on the credit classification of the practicing qualification personnel is studied. Then a probabilistic neural network is built. At last, a case study is conducted by taking practicing qualification personnel as an example. The research result reveals that the method can efficiently evaluate the credit of the practicing qualification personnel, thus it could provide scientific advice to the construction enterprise to prevent relevant discreditable behaviors of some practicing qualification personnel.

Google Akademik atıf veri tabanı ve Ann Harzing programını kullanarak, göç çalışmalarında en çok atıfta bulunulan makale, kitap ve yazarları sıralayan listeler elde ettik.ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHTRANSLATION: Towards a Migration Letters Index: Most influential works and authors in migration studiesIn this review paper, we refresh and update our earlier ranking list based on citations in the field of migration studies. The results are categorised and presented separately for the books and reports, articles and book chapters and for authors of these works. In this latest elaboration, we have presented the updated version of the most influential works of all times list, but we have focused on the five years period from 2011 to 2016. 2011 is taken as a starting year and 2012 to 2016 covers the last five years. The resulting ranking lists from now on are to be presented for five year periods to be in line with most impact factor calculations available. Using the Google Scholar citation database and Ann Harzing ranking software, we have created ranking lists of the most cited articles, books and authors in migration studies.

The work is aimed at examining the use of virtual reality (VR) technologies in clinical psychology in Europe. Analyzed more than 37 issues of the journal “Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking”, which has an impact factor of 2.3, articles in which reflect both cyber- and clinical-psychological orientation. The “keyword method” was used to analyze the text, which is understood as a search for typical terms that designate a criterion or replace it. Then the keyword “virtual reality” was associated primarily with the types of disorders in clinical psychology of the classification of group F (according to ICD-10). The topics “virtual reality” and “clinical psychology” are the most frequently discussed topics in the field of the problem area “cyberpsychology”. According to the study, the possible applications of virtual reality in the field of clinical psychology are essentially limited to three disorders: anxiety disorders, depression, and autism. According to publications of specialists in general psychology, the term “virtual reality” is not mentioned, which shows that this topic is of secondary importance.

We have investigated the spectrograms (dispersion: 8Å/mm) in the photographic infrared region fromλ7500 toλ9000 of some carbon stars obtained by the coudé spectrograph of the 74-inch reflector attached to the Okayama Astrophysical Observatory. The names of the stars investigated are listed in Table 1.
