<p class="IABSTRAK"><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the source of student well-being in Javanese ado­lescents. This research uses quantitative research approach and supported by qualitative. Research location in Banyumas with cluster random sampling technique. Instrument data collection using the scale of student well-being and open source questionaire student well-being and interview guide. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are: 1) The sources of student well-being are the dimensions of social relations, cognitive, emotional and spiritual. 3) The inhibiting factor of achieving student well-being is if there are problems in the social, cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual.</p><p class="IKEYWORDS"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber <em>student well-being</em> pada remaja Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan didukung dengan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Banyumas dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala <em>student well-being</em> dan <em>openquesioner</em> sumber <em>student well-being</em> serta panduan wawancara. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan <em>deskriptif</em>. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Sumber-sumber <em>student well-being</em> adalah dimensi hubungan sosial, kognitif, emosi dan spiritual. 3) Faktor penghambat tercapainya <em>student well-being</em> adalah jika ada masalah dalam dimensi sosial, kognitif, emosi, fisik dan spiritual.</p>

The social cognitive model of well-being was tested in a sample of 373 college students in Spain. Participants completed measures of academic self-efficacy, environmental support, goal progress, academic satisfaction and stress, trait positive affect, and overall life satisfaction. A path analysis indicated that the model fit the data well and accounted for substantial portions of the variance in academic domain satisfaction, academic stress, and life satisfaction, though a few path coefficients (e.g., from positive affect and environmental support to academic stress) were nonsignificant. We consider the findings in relation to prior tests of the well-being model and discuss implications for practice and future research.

Abstract Objectives To describe an e-Health intervention to improve vegetables and fruit intake among working Mexican adults, based on the Social Cognitive Theory. Methods We developed an e-Health intervention “neoser”, based on the Social Cognitive Theory and on results of a previous formative research conducted in a group of working adults. The main purpose of “neoser” is to increase vegetables and fruits intake (200 g per day, each). This study is a quasi-experimental pre-post single group. The participants recruitment will be carried out through e-posters by email and social media (Facebook and Instagram). Based on the literature, we consider a minimum sample size of 55 participants. “neoser” consists of 12 weekly sessions (nine educational sessions and three workshops) applying nine behavior change techniques targeting the constructs of the SCT. Strategies include support groups, reinforcement activities, a recipe book, and a handbook with activities and extra information to reinforce acquired knowledge and skills. “neoser” will be implemented through social media (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), Zoom sessions, website and YouTube channel. The sessions will last 45 minutes with 20 participants, maximum, per session. Participants will complete online questionnaires to evaluate knowledge and constructs of the SCT, and 3-day dietary records; anthropometric measured and biochemical assessments will be obtained at baseline and at the end of the intervention. The main results are the vegetables and fruit intake, constructs of the SCT and knowledge. The secondary results are weight, height, waist and hip circumference, body water and fat, muscle mass and biochemical analyzes (lipids profile and blood glucose). The comparison of the results will be performed using t-test, chi-square, confidence intervals and analysis of variance), with a significance level of P &lt; 0.05. Results Not apply Conclusions This intervention could contribute to the adoption and maintenance of vegetables and fruit consumption in Mexican workers and promote the use of e-Health interventions as global well-being digital strategies. The relationship between peers is one of the most critical challenges of modern childhood. Research has shown the social status of a child in a group of peers influences not only his/her current well-being but his/her future psychological and physiological health condition. This article is devoted to the overview of foreign studies on social status of children and its correlation with different psychological, social-cognitive and behavioral characteristics of children with special attention to rejected and neglected children. Despite the popularity of the reviewed subject and vast amount of research on it, some correlations still need additional research.

In the literature, a delay in the development and acquisition of motor skills is generally described in children with autism spectrum disorder, affecting between 50% and 80% of this population. In spite of this high frequency of occurrence, motor difficulties are not yet considered in the same way as the core deficits of this disorder (difficulties in social interaction, communication and behavior); addictionaly, there is not yet enough research about the efficacy of a specific intervention that can support the development of motor functions compromised in autism. Recent findings, which support the correlation between motor domain and other areas of development (social and cognitive), together with other evidence that underline the benefits of practicing motor activities on the individual's well-being, lead us to re-evaluate the effects of motor intervention for autism. To define the salient points of this kind of intervention, with particular attention to rehabilitation practice, a literature search was carried out on four different databases, which sifted through 602 bibliographic citations and found 10 studies that were able to meet the set research purposes. This review showed that physical activity in autistic children not only improves motor performance, but also plays an important role in the social, cognitive and behavioural development, as well as helping to reduce some secondary or associated symptoms, such as stereotypies or sleep disorders.

The purpose of this study was to examine the application of Lent and Brown’s social-cognitive model in predicting academic well-being of Iranian students. A total of 400 undergraduate students (252 female students and 148 male students) completed the measures of academic satisfaction, self-efficacy, environmental support, goal progress, and personality traits. Path analysis indicated that the modified social-cognitive model provided good fit to the data and accounted for substantial portion of the variance in academic satisfaction. The results of path analysis showed that self-efficacy, goal progress, environmental supports, and resources both directly and indirectly had relationship with academic well-being. It was revealed that only one of the personality traits (conscientiousness) had a direct and significant correlation with students’ academic well-being. However, neuroticism, conscientiousness, and extroversion had indirect and significant correlations with academic well-being through self-efficacy, environmental supports, and resources. According to the obtained findings, this research supported the role of social-cognitive variables in the academic well-being of Iranian students.
