Quantitative determination of the radius of gyration of poly(methyl methacrylate) in the amorphous solid state by time-resolved fluorescence depolarization measurements of excitation transport
A quadruple-label time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic assay (QL-TRFICA) for simultaneous quantitative detection of three mycotoxins (AFB1, ZEN and OTA) in 6 grains (corn, soybean, sorghum, wheat, rice and oats) was established.
The developed time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic assay can be widely applicable as an ultrasensitive, rapid detection method for FB1 in grains.
