Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. Smoked fish processing business in Wab Village still used traditional methods (fumigation open) and are household enterprises (micro-scale enterprises) can be seen from the aspect of production and management aspects. Two aspects of this raise the priority issues faced by partners namely: how the fish correct fumigation techniques? What forms fumigation appropriate tool? How to manage capital and production business properly? How do I do the recording business activities in the notebook business correctly? And how to sell or market products correctly? Through methods of participatory rural appraisal, fisheries extension method, and the method pretest-posttest control group design, the implementation of community service activities carried out as a priority the settlement solution problem by doing: 1) Initial extension of community service activities; 2) Extension of heat curing, heat curing tool making appropriate, and the use of heat curing; 3) Counseling on capital management and production; 4) Extension of book production business records; and 5) Counseling about pricing, promotion, and strategy for dealing with the business of competition. So the outcome reached was contained fish products and marine worms (increasingly) the smoke as much as 25 / week; there are two tools used fumigation partners; there were five notebooks submitted to partners and capable of recording the three notebooks (book purchases, sales, and profit/loss); and 50 fish and marine worms (increasingly) smoke marketed in Wab Village.

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. Dismenore muncul dengan berbagai jenis rasa nyeri,sepeti sakit yang teramat sangat, berdenyut, mual, nyeri seperti terbakar, atau sakit yang sangat menusuk.Dismenore bisa mendahului menstruasi dengan beberapa hari atau mungkin menyertainya, dan biasanya berkurang hingga akhir menstruasi. Dismenore bisa hidup berdampingan dengan kehilangan darah berlebihan berat, yang dikenal sebagai menorrhagia. Dalam keadaan yang normal, nyeri haid hanya membuat wanita merasa sakit dan tidak nyaman. Tetapi dalam keadaan yang parah, nyeri haid ini bisa membuat wanita tidak dapat bekerja dan harus beristirahat, nyeri sering bersamaan dengan rasa mual, sakit kepala, perasaan mau pingsan dan lekas marah..Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengetahui dan memahami tentang nyeri haid/disminore serta mengetahui dan memahami cara penanganan nyeri haid/disminore sehingga tidak mengganggu aktivitas selama pembelajaran di sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dua kali yaitu pertemuan pertama dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang upaya cara mengatasi nyeri haid/disminore pada remaja putri. pertemuan kedua dengan demonstrasi cara mengatasi nyeri haid/disminore pada remaja putri. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang nyeri haid/disminore serta mengetahui dan memahami cara penanganan nyeri haid/disminore. Kata kunci: disminore; menstruasi; remaja putri EFFORTS HOW TO OVERCOME DISMINORE IN PRINCESS ADOLESCENTS ABSTRACT Dysmenorrhea presents with various types of pain, such as extreme pain, throbbing, nausea, burning pain, or very sharp pain. Dysmenorrhea can precede menstruation by several days or may accompany it, and usually decreases until the end of menstruation. Dysmenorrhea can coexist with heavy excessive blood loss, known as menorrhagia. Under normal circumstances, menstrual pain only makes women feel sick and uncomfortable. But in severe conditions, menstrual pain can make a woman unable to work and must rest, pain often coincides with nausea, headaches, feelings of fainting and irritability. The purpose of community service activities is to know and understand menstrual pain/ disminore as well as knowing and understanding how to manage menstrual pain / disminore so that it does not interfere with activities during learning at school. Activities carried out twice, namely the first meeting by providing counseling about efforts to overcome menstrual pain/ disminore in princess adolescents. The second meeting with a demonstration of how to overcome menstrual pain/ disminore in princess adolescents. The results of devotion show that there is an increase in knowledge about menstrual pain/ disminore and knowing and understanding how to manage menstrual pain / disminore. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various impacts on the community's economy, especially for Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) owner. Various impacts felt by the UMKM owner have affected their psychological health such as the emergence of stress, anxiety, fear, and symptoms of depression. Therefore, this Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat (PKM) activity aims to help UMKM to be able to maintain psychological health in stressful situations during the pandemic. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out online. The implementation of PKM is held in the form of an interactive webinar through the presentation of material related to stress and its management. The activity was attended by a psychologist, accompanying students, and two owners of UMKM. Based on the implementation of community service activities, it can be concluded that providing education around stress-management could help participants gain new knowledge about stress and also able to experience the benefit of stress-management technique such as relaxation exercises that could manage the stress they experience.Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak pada perekonomian masyarakat terutama pada pengusaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Beragam dampak yang dirasakan oleh pengusaha UMKM telah mempengaruhi kesehatan psikologis seperti timbulnya stres, cemas, rasa takut, dan gejala depresi. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM tetap dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis dalam situasi stres di masa pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring. Pelaksanaan PKM diselenggarakan dalam bentuk webinar secara interaktif melalui pemaparan materi terkait stres dan cara pengelolaannya. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh seorang psikolog, mahasiswa pendamping, dan dua pengusaha UMKM. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemaparan materi terkait stres membantu peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai stres. Kemudian latihan relaksasi yang dilakukan pada saat webinar ditemukan bermanfaat untuk mengelola stres yang dialami oleh para peserta.

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.

Abstract: Community service activities entitled "Installation of Operating Systems Based on Windows 10" aims to provide information to students from MAN Asahan about Installing Windows Operating Systems. The method used in this activity is a direct observation of the MAN Asahan school by watching and analyzing the problems or troubleshooting that occurs at the Computer Lab at MAN Asahan. In addition, information on problems in the computer Labs of the school was also carried out by a team of lecturers as the perpetrators of this community service by way of direct interviews with the Teachers and employees who served in the Computer Lab of the MAN Asahan school. The end result of this dedication is how students can repair computers, as well as troubleshooting that occurs on school computers and computers at home, can be overcome alone without having to use computer repair services.Keywords: installation; operating system; Windows 10 Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Instalasi Sistem Operasi Berbasis Windows 10” bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa dan siswi MAN Asahan tentang Instalasi Sistem Operasi Windows. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Selain itu, Informasi permasalahan pada komputer Lab sekolah juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada Guru dan pegawai yang bertugas di Lab Komputer sekolah MAN Asahan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dan siswi dapat memperbaiki komputer serta troubleshooting yang terjadi pada komputer sekolah maupun komputer dirumah dapat teratasi sendiri tanpa harus memakai jasa perbaikan komputer. Kata kunci: instalasi; sistem operasi;  windows 10
