In this study, a self-made continuous needleless dynamic linear electrospinning technique is employed to fabricate large-scale graphene (Gr)/carbon nanotubes (CNT)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/sodium alginate (SA) nanofibrous membranes. The synergistic effect of Gr and CNT fillers in the PVA/SA membrane is explored in depth by changing the volume ratio (v/v) of Gr and CNT as 10:0, 8:2, 6:4, 4:6, 2:8, and 0:10. Microstructure, functional group, conductivity, and hydrophilicity of PVA/SA/Gr/CNT membranes was characterized. Results show that the linear electrode needleless electrospinning technique can be spun into 200-nm diameter fibers. The PVA/SA/Gr/CNT fibrous membrane has good hydrophilicity and thermal stability. A Gr/CN ratio of 6:4 possessed the optimal synergistic effect, which showed the lowest surface resistivity of 2.53 × 103 Ω/m2. This study will provide a reference for the large-scale preparation of nanofibrous membrane used as a artificial nerve conduit in the future.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have excellent performance, which means that they could be better electrical conductors. However, the problem of the connection of CNTs to electrodes limits their application. Particularly, improving connection efficiency while ensuring the quality of the connection is a big challenge, because it is difficult to form Ohmic contact between CNTs and electrodes. To address this issue, we propose the use of a femtosecond laser to irradiate the contact surface between the CNTs and the electrodes to obtain a good connection quality and electrical performance. At the same time, since the laser-induced connection acts on all the contact surfaces in the irradiation area, the connection efficiency can be improved, which provides a new idea for the large-scale preparation of the connection.

SummaryFactor VIII can be isolated from plasma proteins, including fibrinogen by chromatography on agarose. The best results were obtained with Sepharose 6B. Large scale preparation is also possible when cryoprecipitate is separated by chromatography. In most fractions containing factor VIII a turbidity is observed which may be due to the presence of chylomicrons.The purified factor VIII was active in vivo as well as in vitro.

The long chain polyprenols composed of 30 and more isoprene units from leaves of plants belonging to the genera Potentilla and Rosa have been described. They occur in the form of fatty acid esters. The composition of polyprenol mixture was species dependent and its content reached ca. 0.5% wet weight. Large scale preparation of individual polyprenols from a natural polyprenol mixture was performed using time-extended liquid chromatography on the hydrophobic gel Lipidex-5000.Key words: long chain polyprenols, Rosaceae.
