The paper is a contribution to understanding the spatial structure of recent economic development in Slovenia, measured by five indicators. The result is the distribution of municipalities in Slovenia in terms of their economic strength and economic potential in 5 categories. At least favourable economic development has 63 municipalities in Slovenia (27,7%), while 11 municipalities (5,2%)are defined as the most developed ones. The results of the categorization differ to a certain extent from the current studies of the development situation and development trends in Slovenian municipalities. The results of the analysis can be the basis for further discussion within the process of spatial and regional policy renovation in Slovenia.

The article has analyzed the dynamics of the creation of the united territorial communities (UTC) inthe Odessa region and Ukraine, the state and development trends of the tourism resources market in theOdessa region were studied, and the main problems of tourism development were identified, the SWOT m atrix – the analysis of the tourism activities of the united territorial community was built, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of further social and economic development of the society were identified,the main competitive advantages of the territorial community were identified, the dynamics of the development of the tourism infrastructure of the united territorial community were investigated, a one-day touristroute for the united territorial community - “I love you Avangard” was worked out, strategic directions for thedevelopment of the tourism business were identified, a financial plan for the development of the united territorial community of the future for the implementation of strategic areas of tourism was proposed.

The public procurements is a developed field in the countries which had blooming economic development trends. It is a very important field for the governments as every government is a buyer of goods, services and performance of works. During the last years in all the countries public procurement occupied an important space as through it the expenses of public money is performed. This trend of development during this period is more emphasized especially in the countries which had a transition from the planned economics to market economy. For the eastern and central Europe public procurement these last 20 years was a new term as the economy of these countries was planned and centralized.

The article analyzes a theoretical approach to the strategic management of the development of a municipal formation, considers the stages of developing a strategy and the requirements for it. Based on the analysis of existing methods for analyzing the implementation of development strategies for municipalities, the authors have developed their own assessment methodology, which is tested on the example of the currently implemented Strategy of socio-economic development of Kazan until 2030. The assessment includes an analysis of the mission of the strategy, the built tools for achieving strategic goals, implementing the set goals and development trends, monitoring target indicators of the strategy and adjusting it, the possibility of public participation in the discussion of the strategy. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the Kazan strategy has a positive assessment according to all the considered criteria.

The article outlines the relevance of studying the stated topic of the article. Currently, modern economic development trends dictate such rules that without strategic management an adequate and productive activity of any enterprise is impossible. Business process management is one of the strong guarantees of business prosperity. It is noted that many scientists have studied business process management, but to this day there is no comprehensive study of this topic in the economic doctrine. The signs of managing business processes and the stages of strategic management are listed. The results of the study.
