The quality of education is influenced by the managerialization of the universities, which refers to the introduction of substantial changes in the decision-making processes of the academic institutions, and the application of renewed information systems along with new managerial methodologies to restructure the organisational strategic relationships with stakeholders. This paper proposes a questionnaire to assess the importance of facilities in universities according to their financial budget consumed value. Semi Structured Interviews were conducted with the heads of logistic and financial departments in Egyptian universities, twenty public universities and twenty-three private universities, in order to identify criteria for the most significant university's facilities and appealing infrastructure that contributes to the quality of education.

This research paper totally focused on improving the complexity of decision making on multiple objectives such as selection of subjects, area of study for better future, Industrial demands, and educational support in the selected area of job. These are the objectives faced by parents, students as well as teachers/professors. Education is the most powerful weapon for every country. Quality of education comes with outcome based study and collaboration with the industries. Here, the complexities in the system of decision making in setting up the optimal syllabus is solved by multiple objective programing called goal programming.

The learning process is essentially to develop the activities and creativity of students through various interactions and learning experiences. The teacher is the most important factor in the process of improving the quality of education. In addition, student learning activeness is also an important basic element for the success of the learning process. The quality and activeness of students in learning at school has a lot of diversity which makes students have different levels of understanding, this needs to be a concern for the school, especially teachers as teachers and educators of students in schools. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which students' ability to undergo the learning process as well as a reference and evaluation material for the school in the success of educators when carrying out the teaching and learning process. In this study the data were sourced from the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Andalas Cendekia Dharmasraya which consisted of several variables, namely the presence of student data, Academic value (knowledge), Psychomotor value (skills), Affective value (spiritual and social). In grouping the data, the appropriate method in this study is the Clustering method with the K-Means Algorithm. The results of this study obtained 3 groupings of students, namely students who are very active, students who are active and students who are less active. This research is used as a guideline for teachers in the field of study in selecting students to participate in competitions and Olympics, and can be used as a benchmark for schools of the ability of educators in the teaching and learning process.

As a node of a supply chain, plant plays a key role in the network, which has been a strategic topic in the study of supply chain management model. Plant location decision is one of the crucial problems in the optimization and design of supply chain. The converte of competitions between single companies to competitions between different supply chains urges the extension of plant location decision from the view of single plant to the entire supply chain. This paper presents the application of AHP methodology in decision making of plant location considering the roles of plant in an entire supply chain. The different levels of criteria such as cost, cycle time of supply chain, and quality of plant locations, are proposed to be considered in the decision model. The case presented in this paper concerns plant location decision of a British group, who selected an optimal plant location from six alternative industrial parks in China.

Education has a very decisive role, not only for the development and manifestation of individuals but also for the development of a nation and a state. The progress of a culture depends on how that culture recognizes, appreciates, and uses its human resources. This is closely related to the quality of education provided to members of the community. The word decision means choice, namely the choice of two or more possibilities. Decision making is hardly a choice between right and wrong but what often happens is a choice between "almost right" and "maybe wrong". Decision making in an organization is the result of a continuous process of communication and participation from the entire organization. The results of these decisions can be statements that are agreed between alternatives or between procedures to achieve certain goals. However, to be able to determine the best decision, there are several methods that can be used to build a decision support system, one of which is Promethee. The promethee method is included in the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) group solving or multiple criteria decision making which is a discipline that is very important in making decisions on a problem that has more than one criterion (multicriteria).

The main meaning of decision making in a school is the action of releasing practical, tactical and operational actions as planning actions to be achieved, implementation strategies and problem solving strategis, through decisions based on the result of the selection of several alternative solutions deciding to achieve the objectives of the school. The strengths and weaknesses of the decision maker are determined in the style used by the principal. Decision making activity is the identification of an error so that problems can be formulated and decisions have an alternative which can be calculated so that are impacts arise. At the stage of implementation of decision making, leaders in school as leaders must make many routine decisions to control activities in accordance with the plans so that they can develop the quality of education or the quality of the shcool. While the control can be seen from inspection monitoring and the results of evaluating its implementation, so that we can make decisions

 AbstrakDalam rangka meningkat kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan diperlukan suatu trobosan yang mampu melakukan analisa proses bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memudahkah eksekutif dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibangun sebuah data warehouse yang berdasarkan laporan borang akreditasi khusus standard 3 mengenai mahasiswa. Penerapan data warehouse berguna untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan di tingkat management. Model data warehouse yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Skema Star, dan menggunakan nine Step Metodology. Dengan pembangunan data warehouse, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berkenaan dengan evaluasi mahasiswa berdasarkan standard akreditasi dengan lebih cepat, sesuai dengan kebutuhan, serta menghasilkan informasi yang lebih ringkas. Dengan menggunakan sistem data warehouse juga dapat dihasilkan analisis multidimensi  yang bersifat informasi analitis. Sehingga bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan berkenaan dengan evaluasi mahasiswa.AbstractIn order to improve the quality of education sustainably, a breakthrough is needed. A breakthrough that able to analyze business processes that aim to make the processes itself easier for executives to make decisions. Data warehouse was built to overcome that, based on the report of the third standard  special accreditation forms about students. The application of data warehouse is useful to support decision-making at the management level. The data warehouse model used in this study is using Star Scheme and uses the Nine-Step Methodology. With the construction of a data warehouse, it is expected to produce information relating to student evaluations based on accreditation standards more quickly, according to needs, and produce more concise information. Using a data warehouse system can also produce a multidimensional analysis, which is an analytical information. So it can be useful in decision making regarding to the student evaluations.

The paper hypothesizes that the quality of education in the country is decreasing, the existing education management system is not effective, and contributes to a decrease in the quality of education. To assess the hypotheses, the profitability of human capital formed in education systems according to Rosstat data on the amount of remuneration of workers with different levels of education was considered. It was found that in 2009-2013, an increase in the level of education ensured an increase in the level of remuneration - receiving a bonus for the years of study, but during this period the premium over the years of study steadily decreased. In 2015-2019, the premium for obtaining all types of education, except for higher education, was completely lost. The higher education award has dropped significantly. These phenomena indicate a drop in the quality of education. They are due to the low level of funding for education and the archaic command and control system of education management, based on the administrative and control style of management, the instruments of which are orders, binding standards and control.

While in the control phase which includes monitoring, inspection, and evaluation of the result of the implementation carried out to evaluate the implementation of the decision.
