The article focuses on the process of intensive mixing of liquid phase in the tin during high-temperature sterilization, i.e. sterilization when temperature of the heat carrier reaches 150-160°C. It has been stated that for intensification of the thermal process during sterilization of tinned fish with liquid filling it is preferable to turn a tin from bottom to top. This operation helps to increase the driving power of the process and to shorten warming time. Besides, high-temperature sterilization carried out according to experimental modes, where the number of tin turnovers is calculated, greatly shortens processing time and improves quality of the product. In this case there is no superheating, all tins are evenly heated. The study results will contribute to equipment modernization and to preserving valuable food qualities.

In Russia and abroad, the scope of the use of gold has significantly expanded, which undoubtedly affected the level of production. However, despite the fairly high rates of gold mining, the economic situation that has developed in recent years makes the companies look for new innovative placer processing technologies that will allow preserving and increasing the extraction of the precious metals. The search for and exploration of new placer gold deposits requires very considerable financial resources and time, and therefore the proposed project for the extraction of alluvial gold from technogenic deposits is of great importance for the functioning of the mining industry of the Irkutsk region, since it helps to overcome at least two negative trends: firstly, the deterioration of the mineral resource base, and secondly, large losses of gold with dump products (up to 50%) associated with the use of obsolete washing equipment. Modernization of production capacities and processing technologies is not only one of the main factors for increasing competitiveness in the gold mining industry and attracting investors, but will also help increasing the mineral resource base of the Irkutsk region by reassessing technogenic deposits, setting gold technogenic deposits on the balance, development of technologies for technogenic deposits and processing, and involvement of technogenic deposits in the mass processing.

The paper is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of melon processing under limited production automation. Measures for equipment modernization should be carried out in accordance with the operation rules of each individual unit. In production conditions, all equipment, without exception, undergoes this process, while the corresponding documentation is drawn up, confirming the implementation of modernization within a certain time frame. In a competitive market environment, product quality is a causal factor for the sharp increase in risks for food industry enterprises. To produce quality and competitive products, you need equipment that helps to reduce costs. The disadvantages of most melon peeling designs are size instability in the thickness of the rind. The paper presents a solution to this drawback. This was achieved by changing the sharpening angle of the rind cutting knife. Research has been carried out to study the texture properties of “Mirzachulskaya” and “Raduzhnaya” melons. And also experiments on melon peeling based on the planning matrix of mathematical modeling. Based on the experiments, a model of the peeling process was constructed. The key factors to limit peeling waste were optimized. Calculations of the optimized parameters yielded the cutting knife sharpening angle of 40 degrees, a roller gap of 9 mm, as well as an average force applied of 1,375 N∙m. The data obtained can be used as a basis for the modernization of this machine for other melon varieties

Mining engineering networks, road transport systems, electric power networks, electronic circuitry, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine and other internal systems of people and other living beings, hydraulic and hydro-electrical systems, aeromechanics, gas dynamics and many other networks in the fields of physics, chemistry, transport, mathematics, biology, economics and other fields of science belong to the network dynamic objects with distributed parameters, which is a class of complex dynamic systems (VTS), which give rise to many different problems and problems with large amounts of data using computer parallel modeling. Technological and technical schemes of different subject areas and different complexities, secondary topologies of technological and technical objects with distributed parameters can also be presented as graphs with appropriate physical and mathematical interpretations of branches and nodes. Technological importance and technical complexity of network dynamic objects with distributed parameters (MDORP) determine the urgency of the problems of active model support (Model Drive Engineering, MDE) of industry innovative projects for building technological schemes, automation of dynamic process control in enterprises, development of simulators for staff simulators for narrow specialties, guaranteeing safe operation of complex and expensive equipment, modernization within the requirements for compliance with the level of objects of Industry 4.0, which can be represented in the form of network dynamic objects with distributed parameters. The article is a contribution to the solution of MDE-problem: the technique of construction of consecutive MDORP simulators on the basis of Block-oriented-language (BOlanguage) of modeling is developed, the method of interactive computer support of development of simulators for objects of real industrial complexity is offered. In the article the part of real technical topology is considered, realized and investigated, and results will be used at creation of parallel simulators.

The article presents a model for assessing the effectiveness of the tool for forecasting the timing and direction of the product (product) modernization. The authors gave a justification for the developed model, derived formulas that help determine the timing of modernization, the intensity of allocating resources for it, and make a justified choice of the direction of this modernization.
