We-based e-Learning System can be used to support lecture’s activity. Lecturer as a teacher need a servise of the Sistim which suitable for their activities. Lecturer’s activities consist of delivering materials, discussion and interaction with their students. Because of that the aplication design is needed to support the activities of lectures.             Designing the web based e-Learning System is intended to give a service on the lecture. Lecture can do their teaching activities, delivering the materials and administering it using this e-Learning aplication. From the student side, they have to receive the materials easily from anywhere at anytime. This research have an objective to design a web based e_learning System which give an adequate service supporting the lecturer’s activities. Lecture can use this aplication ti deliver their materials, communicating and interacting with their student, observing the progress of students and give result of learning evaluation from the web.             The design and implementation of this e-learning application is based on the requirement of the users. The users consist of lecturer, student, quest, and administrator. The process of aplication design is built within Sistimatical stages. After finishing the design process, the aplication is implemented on the real Sistim. Doing the design testing and functional is to test if the aplication can go well together with design and funtionality.e-Learnign aplication that has been built is designed based on lecturer’s need when doing their lecture’s activities. This e-Learning aplication can be used as contribution for building new aplication or5 improving others that has already exist.

Abstrac The student learning model during the COVID 19 pandemic must be done virtually, a model of distance learning between teachers and students.  Among them only utilize the network and also learning media such as E-learning and also WA Group. With the various obstacles experienced by teachers when going to do the teaching and learning system, it certainly spurs teachers to be creative in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, the student's response to the material delivered by the teacher in online learning, becomes a challenge for teachers when there are obstacles in the teaching and learning process of students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, documentation and information obtained from teachers and students. While checking the validity of data is done through the extension of participation, perseverance of observation and triangulation. The results showed that the creativity of IPS teachers in running the Self-Learning Work Unit system, students are also directed to know more about COVID 19 by researching the environment and making a map of the distribution and prevention methods. Last asked to make a simple report in the form of mind mapp or learning model through youtube. The response of students in online learning will be in the same direction as the teacher's response, if the teacher's response is good it will increase the student's learning spirit. Furthermore, there are factors inhibiting teacher creativity in online learning, namely: networks, devices and knowledge of students. In addition, the supporting factor is the willingness of teachers to stay aware and learn about the learning media used as material for achieving effective and efficient learning. Keywords: teacher creativity, e-learning, learning media             Abstrak Model pembelajaran siswa dimasa pandemi COVID 19 harus harus dilakukan secara virtual, model pembelajaran jarak jauh antara guru dan siswa.  Diantara mereka hanya memanfaatkan jaringan dan juga media pembelajaran seperti E-learning dan juga WA Group. Dengan berbagai kendala yang dialami guru ketika akan melakukan sistem belajar mengajar, tentu memacu guru untuk kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Disisi lain respon siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru dalam pembelajaran daring, menjadi tantangan bagi guru ketika terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa di MTsN 3 Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan informasi yang diperoleh dari guru dan siswa. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas guru IPS dalam menjalankan sistem Unit Kerja Belajar Mandiri, peserta didik juga diarahkan untuk lebih mengetahui tentang COVID 19 dengan meneliti lingkungan dan membuat peta persebaran serta cara pencegahanya. Terakhir diminta membuat laporan sederhana berupa mind mapp atau model pembelajaran melalui youtube. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran daring akan berbanding searah dengan respon guru, jika respon guru baik maka akan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Selanjutnya ada faktor penghambat kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu: jaringan, perangkat dan pengetahuan siswa. Selain itu, faktor pendukung yaitu adanya kemauan dari guru untuk tetap mengetahui dan belajar terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai bahan tercapainya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. This chapter was inspired by the work of the designers of a Mandarin language e-learning as they attempted to find the best solution to deal with the problems occurring in e-learning. E-Learning environments designated to facilitate long-distance learning are gaining popularity. Pervasive computing has a great potential for many next-generation IT applications. The authors describe pervasive computing system design and implementation for Mandarin e-learning. The authors propose a Human-centered Pervasive Computing System Model (HPC) and Layered Architecture Analysis and Design Method (LAAD). Based on the HPC model and LAAD method, a pervasive computing based Mandarin e-Learning system is designed and implemented. They particularly focus on Mandarin pronunciation learning which estimates the intelligibility of foreign learners’ speech and ranks their errors from the view point of improving their intelligibility. Its design and implementation issues are discussed in details.

E-learning systems are capable of providing more adaptive and efficient learning experiences for learners than traditional classroom settings. A key component of such systems is the learning policy. The learning policy is an algorithm that designs the learning paths or rather it selects learning materials for learners based on information such as the learners’ current progresses and skills, learning material contents. In this article, the authors address the problem of finding the optimal learning policy. To this end, a model for learners’ hierarchical skills in the E-learning system is first developed. Based on the hierarchical skill model and the classical cognitive diagnosis model, a framework to model various mastery levels related to hierarchical skills is further developed. The optimal learning path in consideration of the hierarchical structure of skills is found by applying a model-free reinforcement learning method, which does not require any assumption about learners’ learning transition processes. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is demonstrated via simulation studies.

Education is one of the systems that have been always upgrading. During past years the teaching process has been always modified and upgraded in order to enable more efficient learning. The use of new ICT technologies enables innovative ideas to make the learning process more efficient. The students gain with better skills and obtained knowledge by these innovations. We established an e-learning system that supports the education process. This system offers not just content available on-line by using web technologies, but also a wide variety of simulators, animations and films as multimedia approach to the system. In addition to this system we use a system of interactive quizzes and questionnaires as part of the self testing tool that help students understand basic concepts and acquire skills. The system of e-testing helps the professor to assess the knowledge and grade the students. The on-line learning tool is the interactive system that supports the homework assignment and grading tool and helps both the students to learn and the professors to check the knowledge obtained. In this paper we report the results from using these innovations as improved learning methodology, and how it affects the level and degree of obtained knowledge and skills, students? interest and average score in total knowledge. We present indicators to measure the results gained by introducing new methodology. These indicators concern quantity and quality measures, obtained by analyzing the pass rate and average scores in the class.
