This study aims to examine the effect of organizational learning capability on product innovation performance in the manufacturing sector using empirical data. A survey was conducted with 120 firms that were on the list of Top 1000 Firms of Turkey and registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, to examine the relationship between the dimensions of organizational learning capability and the dimensions of product innovation performance. The findings of the study indicate a positive relationship between organizational learning capability and product innovation performance.

Modern business innovation has close contact with the adoption of information technology and learning abilities in business procedures. Therefore, this study analysed the impact of organizational learning capability on the innovation performance of the firm. This study also observes the mediating role of information technology adoption between the relationship of organizational learning capability and innovation performance. Data were collected from employees of banks via questionnaire method and furthered analysed by using SmartPLS software. The results explained that organizational learning capability has a positive and significant impact on innovation performance directly. Moreover, the said variables also positively and significantly affect innovation performance when mediated by the firm's information technology adoption.

Through a detailed review of all factors belonging to the scope of motives that are opportunity-driven, key factors that are most conducive to researchers’ industry engagement have been identified. The relationships between compensation and recognition, access to resources, belief about application of the research, networking opportunities, and industry problem solving with industry engagement were tested. The study design is mixed method with two phases. The first qualitative phase has surfaced potentially significant factors. The second quantitative phase addresses the survey’s validity, reliability, and design and uses a web-enabled survey to collect data from university academicians and researchers in institutes using a single stage, cross-sectional approach. Inference statistics and Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) were utilized to evaluate the research model. The study has been done on a sample of university and research institute employees in Bangladesh. This study proposes industry engagement model in order to improve organizational learning capability and innovation performance. According to the results application of research and access to resources are significant drivers of industry engagement. Furthermore, industry engagement was confirmed as factor influencing organizational learning capability and organizational innovation performance. The study is valuable for organizations and government policy-makers given that the importance of industry engagement for organizational outcomes has been confirmed. Correspondingly, significant implications for organizations exist, as they are aware of which parts of their operations and conditions will drive relevant talent to engage in the organizations’ work.

<span lang="EN-US">T</span><span>egal was once dubbed Japan's Indonesia, but the presence of the disruption era caused turbulence for Tegal metal SMEs (<em>Small and Medium Enterprises</em>). Many SMEs are not ready to face the changes that occur so that the bankrupt. Facing this situation, efforts are needed to maintain it. Efforts are made, among others, through the company's dynamic ability to manage the organization's internal resources. This study aims to examine the role of strategic flexibility and innovation performance as a mediating relationship between organizational learning capability and business performance. The objects in 224 SME</span><span lang="EN-US">’</span><span>s of metal smelting and casting in Tegal were randomly selected. The tool tests the hypothesis using the structural eqution model (SEM). The results of the study concluded that strategic flexibility reinforces the positive effect of organizational learning capabilities on innovation performance and business performance, so that when strategic flexibility is high, business performance will increase higher, when associated with high innovation performance. Strategic flexibility is a source of competitive advantage that is supported by the role of management, and is driven by superior employees as organizational assets. So the company has the ability to be responsive and adaptive to changes that occur. This finding is a mechanism for navigating to face market turbulence and competition.</span>
