Objective: The aim of this study is to offer appropriate criteria to evaluate effective dashboards for healthcare organizations. Method: In a Delphi study, a team of information technology consultants were asked to determine a set of user interface requirements for evaluating, building or selecting the dashboard. In the first round, a list of main features or criteria to be used was determined based on the panel’s rating,. Results: In this study, it was revealed that a set of key criteria for evaluating the dashboards can be used for all types of dashboards. These criteria were classified into 7 main categories including user customization, knowledge discovery, security, information delivery, alerting, visual design, and integration and system connectivity. Conclusion: Choosing good criteria for selecting effective dashboards for healthcare organizations is very critical because these organizations follow a data-intensive and technology-driven environment. This study revealed the importance of key criteria which can guarantee development of an evaluation checklist.

Digital technology is reshaping businesses across much of the world, but as companies introduce digital technologies into their business activities, they are facing new sets of responsibilities. While many businesses have enthusiastically embraced the economic benefits of these digital technologies, the social and environmental impacts of these developments have received much less attention. With this in mind, this chapter reviews how the leading information technology companies publicly address their social and environmental responsibilities. The chapter includes an outline of digital technologies and their potential social dimensions and environmental impacts, a brief review of the emerging academic and professional literature to provide some reference and context for the review, details of the method of enquiry and frame of reference adopted by the authors, a review of how the leading information technology companies publicly reported on their social and environmental digital responsibilities, and some general reflections on these social and environmental responsibilities.

Abstract. In the workplace, companies are required to apply information technology in various business processes in order to compete with its competitors, so companies often require the services of an IT consultant. Companies sometimes have difficulties to choose an IT consultant and to control the development of their information technology projects. In any implementation, IT consultants also often have difficulties in doing project management. Web-based collaborative information system built to assist companies in selecting information technology consultants that will be used by way of auction project, as well as helping IT consultants and clients doing collaboration in project management that related to the design process, as well as the implementation of an information technology project.Keywords: project management, collaboration, information systems, information technology consultant Abstrak. Dalam dunia kerja, perusahaan dituntut untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai proses bisnisnya agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitornya, sehingga seringkali perusahaan membutuhkan jasa dari konsultan TI. Perusahaan terkadang mengalami kesulitan untuk memilih konsultan TI dan untuk mengontrol perkembangan proyek teknologi informasinya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, konsultan TI sering mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan manajemen proyek. Sistem informasi kolaboratif berbasis web dibangun untuk membantu perusahaan dalam memilih konsultan teknologi informasi yang akan digunakan dengan cara melakukan lelang proyek, serta membantu konsultan TI dan perusahaan klien berkolaborasi dalam melakukan manajemen proyek yang terkait dengan proses perancangan, serta pelaksanaan suatu proyek teknologi informasi.
