The condition of a child who does not have parents or a guide in life will be difficult to develop and grow well. It takes the right place for children to study together regardless of race, economy, and other problems. A place that becomes a home for children to learn and play together with the right people and understand very well about children's problems. Even parents always hope that their children can grow up to be children who have good and healthy personalities. But of course parents themselves are not perfect creatures who can teach it all. Because humans have their own skills and talents. Respectively Even having parents, there is no guarantee that parents really understand the child's condition. Very often parents do not understand or even pay less attention which of course affects the child's growth and development. Because humans naturally need other people to be role models or examples in their life. One solution that can address this problem is by designing a halfway house for street children that has appropriate facilities for child development, is environmentally friendly, and is located close to where street children are. Street children generally earn money on streets close to public transportation locations. some street children have been handled by an orphanage. However, the facilities and the number of orphanages are not proportional to the number of street children. So that not all street children can be handled properly. Designs are made not only for theoretical learning but also for developing other types of children's intelligence. The process of form and space is made according to the needs that will be needed by children in terms of health, hobby distribution, social interaction, and education. So that children can feel learning is not just a theory but can also be channeled into other forms of activity. Keywords: develop and grow well; house for street children; personalitites AbstrakKondisi anak yang tidak memiliki orangtua maupun penuntun dalam hidupnya akan sulit untuk berkembang dan tumbuh dengan baik. Diperlukan tempat yang tepat untuk anak dapat belajar bersama tanpa memandang ras, ekonomi, dan masalah lainnya. Tempat yang menjadi rumah untuk anak belajar dan bermain bersama dengan orang yang tepat dan paham betul tentang persoalan anak.  Orangtua sekalipun selalu berharap anaknya dapat tumbuh menjadi anak yang memiliki kepribadian baik dan sehat. Tetapi tentunya orangtua sendiri bukan mahkluk sempuran yang dapat mengajarkan itu semua. Karena manusia memiliki keahlian dan bakat masing – masing. Bahkan memiliki orangtua sekalipun tidak ada jaminan orangtua mengerti betul tentang kondisi anak. Sering sekali orangtua kurang memahami atau bahkan kurang memberikan perhatian yang tentu saja berpengaruh terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Karena sewajarnya manusia memerlukan orang lain untuk menjadi panutan atau contoh dalam hidupnya. Salah satu solusi yang dapat menangani masalah tersebut dengan merancang rumah singgah untuk anak jalanan yang memiliki fasilitas yang sesuai untuk perkembangan anak ,ramah lingkungaan, serta letaknya dekat dengan dimana anak jalanan berada. Anak jalanan pada umumnya mencari uang dijalan berdekatan dengan lokasi transpotasi umum. beberapa anak jalanan sudah di tangani oleh panti asuhan. Akan tetapi, fasilitas serta jumlah panti asuhan tidak sebanding dengan jumlah anak jalanan. Sehingga tidak semua anak jalanan dapat tertangani dengan baik. Rancangan dibuat tidak hanya untuk belajar secara teori melainkan mengembangkan jenis kecerdasaaan anak lainnya. Proses bentuk dan ruang dibuat menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan yang  akan dibutuhkan anak dari segi kesehatan, penyaluran hobi, interaksi sosial, dan edukasi.  Sehingga anak dapat merasakan belajar tidak hanya sekedar teori akan tetapi juga dapat disalurkan dalam bentuk aktivitas lainnya.

The concept of choosing a life partner for young people today needs more attention. Incorrect selection will lead them to circumstances and family situations that are certainly not based on the Word of God. The planting of children's faith must begin at an early age so that it can become a guide for them when they grow up and start thinking about family life. The basics and criteria in choosing a marriage partner according to Christian teachings must be planted in children so that wherever they are or whatever environment they are in, they are still able to hold and have a principle of choosing the right life partner according to the Bible. , The family is a fellowship consisting of people who are bound by each other by the most close ties of blood and social relations. How a child grows into adulthood is influenced by the family. Parents must be good models of Christian faith in order to be effective role models for the internalization of Christian belief systems, values and patterns of behavior. Parents must first live in truth in order to be a model of faith for children, in 2 Corinthians 6: 14-15. The Apostle Paul wrote a letter to the Corinthians about a spouse because there were believers there who had a spouse who did not believe in Jesus. The Apostle Paul also said that no similarities could be found through marriage that did not worship the same God.

The plurality of religion is an inevitable phenomenon, and every religion emerges in a plural environment. If the pluralistas of these religions are not addressed appropriately, they will potentially lead to problems of vulnerability and conflict between religious communities, and this fact has already happened to monotheistic religions. To find a solution to the conflict between religious communities there needs to be the right approaches. What are the approaches used in efforts to break up conflicts between religious believers? This paper wants to uncover the problem of religious plurality in Indonesia and several approaches that can be used as role models in building dialogue between religious communities.

In the era of sharenting, apps, platforms and infant wearables, balancing children’s right to privacy is a task that often falls to new parents who often find themselves ill equipped to navigate the many challenges that come with protecting children’s online presence and data. This chapter examines the role the parent and child influencers play as privacy role models, how sharenting provokes new parenting challenges, and weighs these against a child’s right to privacy and, perhaps, right to be forgotten.

Background Children need to drink enough water (1.1-1.3 litres) throughout the day to stay hydrated and for health benefits1. Wellbeing and cognitive function benefits have been identified for children who are hydrated2. Yet there is a dearth of research focusing specifically on children’s perceptions of their own fluid intake levels and who helps support them in ensuring they are drinking enough water, this is a novel area to investigate. Previous research3 identified that 44.2% of young children’s fluid intake were influenced the strongest by a family member. This paper will explore in further detail the influence of siblings on children’s fluid intake, in particular older versus younger siblings. Methods 130 children (67 girls and 63 boys, of which 45 had a younger sibling (s) and 85 having an elder sibling(s), from 4 primary schools in the South East of England, were questioned between January and April 2019 using an adapted version of Coppinger and Howells’ (2019)4 questionnaire, on their understanding of fluid intake, how much they perceived they drank and who supported them in prompting them to drink. Physical visual representations were used to aid question comprehension and to ensure the questions were appropriate for young children. The data was analysed using SPSS 24.0 using MANOVAs (P < 0.05) to consider statistical variance in gender and older sibling status. Results The most significant results were linked to elder siblings influence younger siblings in drinking too little fluids within a school day (F=0.530, p<0.05), whilst those without an elder sibling, thought they drank beyond the daily recommended guidelines and reported they drank over 2 litres. This illustrates that children misunderstand fluid intake recommendations regardless of whether they have an elder sibling or not. Children named adults, both parents and teachers as well as elder siblings as the key influencers of them drinking (F=3.67, p<0.05) and the data indicated that girls were more influenced by siblings than boys, whilst twins were not influenced by each other. Conclusion It is concluded that siblings do have an influence on the consumption of water, as siblings act as role models and other siblings follow their habits, therefore the whole family unit is important to ensure that the right fluid intake is consumed. It is recommended that further education, curriculum and community development is needed to continue to support young children’s knowledge and understanding of fluid intake.

Purpose This paper aims to identify common barriers to employment of autistic people and reasonable adjustments that address those barriers; to define autistic strengths and see how the prevailing narrative of autism is affecting employment. Design/methodology/approach This is a qualitative review of an online consultation amongst a group of 34 autistic adults that took place during April–October 2019. It includes anecdotal accounts and reviews of the themes contained therein. Findings Key barriers are, namely, deficit narrative of autism; misunderstandings and prejudices amongst senior management and work colleagues; bullying and peer pressure to isolate the autistic employee, leading to anxiety and mental health breakdown in absence of social support; managers making discriminatory choices believing it is the right business decision; the discriminatory nature of provisions, criteria and practices, failing to recognise strengths. Rather than imposing the manner of work, reasonable adjustments should be made to enable the autistic employee to function in his autistic way, achieving results. Research limitations/implications Qualitative nature; small self-selecting sample online; functioning and diagnosis not verified, themes derived subjectively. Practical implications The need to change the deficit narrative and redefine autistic strengths by autistic people themselves, to legitimise and normalise autistic way of functioning and adjust the managerial provisions, criteria and practices accordingly. Coaching autistic leaders to be the public role models would also help. Originality/value Identifying barriers and reasonable adjustments, from the perspective of lived experience. A new framework of assessing autistic competence and suitability for employment is proposed.

Cyprian believed that the maintenance of ecclesial disciplina was the prime responsibility of a bishop's pastoral ministry, particularly in a time of persecution when people's loyalty was under threat. Throughout his episcopate Cyprian ministered to women as well as men who experienced persecution. Not only was he attempting to secure socio-political support through patronage for his position as bishop but he was applying the prescriptions of the Gospels. He praised women who remained faithful as role models for others, instructed and encouraged them in their perseverance and aided them in their need. Women who lapsed were dealt with according to ecclesial disciplina no differently than were the men who lapsed. While lay women and men had their own share in pastoral ministry, the issue of what to do with lapsed Christians raised the question of the extent to which a bishop's responsibilities were primary. In some letters not by Cyprian we sense not only a greater degree of familiarity with lay people but less of a concern with the importance of disciplina. In response to a recent paper in this JOURNAL by Allen Brent, it is argued here that a close reading of these non-Cyprianic letters in the corpus reveals that the male and female confessors who wanted the lapsed to be reconciled did not consider themselves to be presbyters who could reconcile but thought of themselves as confessors with the right to tell the bishop of those whom he was to reconcile.

AbstractProfessionals working in the arena of health care face a variety of challenges as their careers evolve and develop. In this review, we analyze the role of mentorship, learning curves, and balance in overcoming challenges that all such professionals are likely to encounter. These challenges can exist both in professional and personal life.As any professional involved in health care matures, complex professional skills must be mastered, and new professional skills must be acquired. These skills are both technical and judgmental. In most circumstances, these skills must be learned. In 2007, despite the continued need for obtaining new knowledge and learning new skills, the professional and public tolerance for a “learning curve” is much less than in previous decades. Mentorship is the key to success in these endeavours. The success of mentorship is two-sided, with responsibilities for both the mentor and the mentee. The benefits of this relationship must be bidirectional. It is the responsibility of both the student and the mentor to assure this bidirectional exchange of benefit. This relationship requires time, patience, dedication, and to some degree selflessness. This mentorship will ultimately be the best tool for mastering complex professional skills and maturing through various learning curves. Professional mentorship also requires that mentors identify and explicitly teach their mentees the relational skills and abilities inherent in learning the management of the triad of self, relationships with others, and professional responsibilities.Up to two decades ago, a learning curve was tolerated, and even expected, while professionals involved in healthcare developed the techniques that allowed for the treatment of previously untreatable diseases. Outcomes have now improved to the point that this type of learning curve is no longer acceptable to the public. Still, professionals must learn to perform and develop independence and confidence. The responsibility to meet this challenge without a painful learning curve belongs to both the younger professionals, who must progress through the learning curve, and the more mature professionals who must create an appropriate environment for learning.In addition to mentorship, the detailed tracking of outcomes is an essential tool for mastering any learning curve. It is crucial to utilize a detailed database to track outcomes, to learn, and to protect both yourself and your patients. It is our professional responsibility to engage in self-evaluation, in part employing voluntary sharing of data. For cardiac surgical subspecialties, the databases now existing for The European Association for CardioThoracic Surgery and The Society of Thoracic Surgeons represent the ideal tool for monitoring outcomes. Evolving initiatives in the fields of paediatric cardiology, paediatric critical care, and paediatric cardiac anaesthesia will play similar roles.A variety of professional and personal challenges must be met by all those working in health care. The acquisition of learned skills, and the use of special tools, will facilitate the process of conquering these challenges. Choosing appropriate role models and mentors can help progression through any learning curve in a controlled and protected fashion. Professional and personal satisfaction are both necessities. Finding the satisfactory balance between work and home life is difficult, but possible with the right tools, organization skills, and support system at work and at home. The concepts of mentorship, learning curves and balance cannot be underappreciated.

Pastor is an ordinary human being just like any other human being, but what makes him different is that he can be a solution provider for problems faced by many people. So to be a pastor of the church is a calling that must be accompanied by abilities that complement it in carrying out its duties. In carrying out its duties and functions, an example is needed. To be an example must be faced with suffering which is accompanied by patience. The pastor of the church as a head must have an example both spiritually and also family. One of the criteria for the pastor's role model is his patience. Using a literature approach, this paper presents the patience that pastors need to have as role models for their congregations. The conclusion shows that patience is seen in facing difficult things, in achieving goals, in receiving Allah's instruction, and in suffering. Patience is a gift from God that enables every believer to be able to recognize the right decisions and act correctly in the face of suffering.Gembala adalah seorang manusia biasa yang sama seperti manusia lainnya, namun yang membedakan adalah dia dapat menjadi pemberi solusi untuk masalah yang dihadapi banyak orang. Sehingga untuk menjadi seorang gembala jemaat adalah sebuah panggilan yang harus dibarengi dengan kemampuan-kemampuan yang memperlengkapi di dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Di dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya diperlukan sebuah keteladanan. Untuk menjadi sebuah teladan pasti berhadapan dengan penderitaan yang dibarengi juga kesabaran. Gembala jemaat sebagai seorang kepala harus memiliki keteladanan baik secara rohani maupun juga secara keluarga. Salah satu kriteria keteladanan gembala sidang adalah kesabarannya. Dengan pendekatan pustaka, dalam paper ini disajikan kesabaran yang perlu dimiliki oleh gembala sidang sebagai keteladanan bagi jemaatnya. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa kesabaran tampak dalam menghadapi hal-hal yang sulit, dalam mencapai tujuan, pada saat menerima didikan Allah, dan dalam penderitaan. Kesabaran adalah anugerah Tuhan yang memampukan setiap orang percaya untuk bisa mengenal keputusan secara tepat dan bertindak dengan benar dalam menghadapi penderitaan.
