Introduction. One of the leading causes of occupational health loss, especially in mining and machine-building enterprises, is the combined impact of industrial noise and vibration. The wide prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is one of the most important medical and social problems, due to persistent disability and high mortality, bringing prevention of health disorders to the first place as the basis for preserving labor longevity. The aim of study is to identify the main approaches aimed at preventing health problems in workers who come into contact with vibration and noise at mining and machine-building enterprises. Materials and methods. A survey and survey of 296 industrial workers was conducted. Group 1 (160 people) included men who were exposed to noise and vibration factors above the maximum permissible levels, group 2 consisted of 136 men who did not have direct contact with noise and vibration generating equipment. When conducting an in-depth laboratory and instrumental examination in a hospital setting, all workers additionally calculated the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the software package "Statistica 6.0". Results. It is determined that the priority adverse factors of the working environment in production are noise and vibration. It has been shown that individuals who come into contact with these factors are more likely to detect violations of lipid metabolism and endothelial function, have a higher average heart rate and systolic blood pressure, and have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions. Taking into account the obtained results of the proposed diagnostic approaches aimed at the prevention of health disorders among workers of industrial enterprises. If employees are found to have an increased cardiovascular risk, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth examination and timely medical and preventive measures.

The paper considers the reasons for the educational system reform in the late 1950s, which began with the adoption of the law Strengthening the connection of school with life and further development of the national educational system in the USSR. The main propositions of the secondary school reform included labor polytechnic schools establishments where students were supposed to get profession along with the study of general education subjects. The period of study at a secondary school was supposed to be three years (grades 9, 10, 11). Schools and industrial enterprises where industrial training was to take place were not ready to organize industrial training. Despite the extensive campaign, the perception of the reform in society was controversial. The reform did not achieve its main goal - schools could not carry out pre-professional education of students.

Introduction. Industrial injuries are one of the most pressing problems in the field of occupational safety at enterprises of the main industries in the Russian Federation. Most cases of such injuries are noted when moving goods and people by means of various types of interfactory transport. A set of regulatory documents developed in recent years by the Government of the country is dedicated to solving this problem. In accordance with the current trends in the development of new technical solutions, the use of a complex of devices based on IT-technologies is effective. This article is devoted to improving the safety of interfactory and company motor and electric vehicles by introducing modern digital devices. Problem Statement. Almost all large industrial enterprises have a need to move goods and personnel both to the place of production activities and within the enterprises. Motor and electric vehicles used for these purposes do not always undergo a maintenance check, they often undergo technical inspection and repairs with whatever funds remains, and always the personnel operating these vehicles do not have permission to drive. Possible accidents with interfactory and company vehicles occurring as a result of insufficient control over the technical condition of vehicles and inadequate or absent medical and administrative checks of the operating personnel can lead to injuries at the enterprise. Theoretical Part. This article proposes methods for reducing traffic accidents of interfactory and company motor and electric vehicles of industrial enterprises and warehouse enterprises through the introduction of remote monitoring of operation based on IT-technologies, operating with the use of mobile applications that use Internet of Things technologies. The options for introducing security elements designed to reduce the number of transport accidents in internal transport of industrial enterprises and warehouse complexes are considered. An experiment was carried out to introduce system components to vehicles of an industrial enterprise. Conclusion. The use of the proposed monitoring and control system for motor and electric vehicles at machine-building enterprises and warehouse complexes will make it possible to quickly resolve issues related to labor protection, the economy of the enterprise and compliance with the labor discipline. In particular, it is planned to reduce vehicle failures due to mechanical failures, as well as to make timely decisions on the removal from driving the drivers who are not feeling well.

Soil, performing a number of important functions is the geomembrane and affects the flow of most processes in the biosphere. Wherein geochemical processes occurring in the soil play an important role in the fate of contaminants as organic matter while controlling their redistribution in the ecosystem between its various components are generally leads to the formation of stable areas of contamination. The soil not only geochemically components accumulates contaminants, but also acts as a natural buffer that controls the transfer of chemical elements and compounds in the atmosphere. Around industrial enterprises formed geochemical anomalies with high content of pollutants, which can reach a radius of 10-50 km, and the impact of large industrial centers can be traced to a distance of 100 km. All known processes of metal accompanied by the formation of large amounts of waste that pollutes air, water and land surface. Mechanical engineering is an important industry of the Orenburg region and is represented by enterprises of the military-industrial complex, agricultural machinery, machine tools, equipment for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, vehicles, electric household appliances. In the machine-building complex of the Orenburg region includes more than 70 large enterprises. The share of engineering products in the volume of industrial production is about 8%. Analyzed is the problem of motivation of senior school persons for participation in professionally oriented competitions. Relevance: modern seniors easily learn technical subjects, cope with management of most of latest gadgets, and require new (not standard, interesting for teenager) format in conduct of vocational guidance events, such as quests, intelligent games in the style of TV shows, et all. Such a format allows participant to “go beyond”, look at the future profession and educational process slightly from a different angle. Methodology and research methods: a non-standard competition acts as example of intellectual natural-scientific tournament Credo Medicus, and that is a system of face-to-face intellectual competitions for two months with a break of 7 days between its stages. Participants are seniors of general education institutions. At the end of tournament field study of motivation of 30 seniors-participants (16–17 years old) participate in competitions of professional orientation (experimental group), that was carried out by means of following tests: determination of professional tendencies; motive for choosing a profession. Results of the survey were compared to the responses of 30 seniors, who did not participate in the tournament. Results: the experimental group is dominated by internal socially significant motifs (4.4), which is 0.8 more than in the control group (p = 0.0008). And in the control group, there is prevalence of internal (3.68 and 3.64) motifs over external (2.56 and 2.76) motifs. Scientific novelty of the research: it was found, that participants of intellectual tournament are more prone to knowledge and intellectual activity. When choosing a profession, they are dominated by socially significant motives, the role of external positive motives is small, and the desire to be useful for society is significantly expressed, that is most typical for medical activities. Practical significance of the research: materials of the study can serve as demonstration of experience of introducing into vocational guidance work of university a new format of events, such as the open intellectual natural-scientific tournament Credo Medicus, that allows to assess motivational aspects of choice of the profession of doctor of future applicants, and already at the stage of school education to engage in targeted training of interested and gifted teenagers.
