Such research methods as comparative analysis, analysis of the scientific literature, content analysis were used. The main focus of the research was on comparing loyalty models in the traditional and e-environment to find out the peculiarities and main features of the e-environment. New factors that influence loyalty in the Internet environment, but not in the real world, were highlighted as the main results. All the new influencing factors are related to the company’s operation directly in the Internet environment and technical capabilities, as well as online communication. As a result, factor groups influencing the primary and secondary e-loyalty were found . This is an important topic of the 21st century, enabling businesses to move online mode and change their strategy according to the e-environment.

Football clubs can be considered global brands, and exactly as any other brand, they need to face the challenge of adapting to digital communications. Nevertheless, communication sciences research in this field is scarce, so the main purpose of this work is to analyze digital communication of the main football clubs in Europe to identify and describe what strategies they follow to make themselves known on the internet and to interact with their users. Specifically, the article studies the characteristics of web pages—considered as the main showcase of a brand/team in the digital environment—of the fifteen best teams in the UEFA ranking to establish what type of structure and what online communication resources they use. Through a descriptive and comparative analysis, the study concludes, among other aspects, that the management of communication is effective, but also warns that none of the analyzed team takes full advantage of the possibilities of interaction with the user offered by the digital scenario.

Abstract: Digital media allow a more direct communication than traditional media. Activists can optimize their work finding new ways to spread messages, which are built in audiovisual formats with a strategic component to counteract social problems, such as gender violence. The objective of this research is to determine if digital art is a persuasive tool against this problem in the online environment. This was resolved through two stages: the first one consists of a bibliographic review; the second one consists of a content analysis on the development of online actions by artivists who work against violence of gender, and on the influential projects (according to UN Women and the Ibero-American Advertising Festival - FIAP) that have been carried out in different geographical contexts, identifying their diffusion in communication platforms, the formats, contents, audience and engagement. It was detected that 2.0 communication is not used strategically; the few artivists with presence on the Internet only call for offline actions; Although influential projects break stereotypes and promote audience participation, they do not target adolescents, the ones who most use the Internet. Multidisciplinary work is key to designing highly visual and persuasive supports.

As an attempt to explore the influence of external context on entrepreneurial competencies, we conducted a comparative analysis using a sample of 16 home-grown and abroad-bred entrepreneurs in China. Through a content analysis of the critical incidents during their business development, we found that both groups demonstrated a similar set of entrepreneurial competencies, with strategic, relationship, conceptual, organizing and opportunity competencies being the most predominant types. However, the orders of relationship and organizing competencies between the two groups were different due to the different behavioural elements, attributes, skills and knowledge domains constituting them. We concluded that the context is a critical yet complex dimension of entrepreneurial competencies, as the early context from which the entrepreneurs grow up has significant impacts on the formation of some competencies, whereas the current context in which they operate their businesses will determine their uses and will shape the development of other competencies.

The authors’ research interest is due to the degree of conflict and the ambiguity of the informational assessment of events on the Crimean and Ukrainian topics that took place during this period, and, as a result, the formation of conflicting information flows of the Ukrainian and the Crimean segments of the Internet network. In the course of the study, we used a system-efficient approach that studies the Internet space as a product of the social environment; comparative analysis, which we used to compare the content of Internet messages of online communities of Ukraine and the Crimea; method of content analysis, which made possible assessment of the social and political mood of the audience of Ukrainian and the Crimean Internet users. The authors present the results of a cybermetric analysis of messages from online communities of social networks Facebook and VKontakte. The tone of information flows on UkrainianCrimean themes remains negative, which is a consequence of the complex and contradictory relations between Ukraine and Russia in the realm of politics. We revealed the interest in social, cultural and linguistic discourses in the information flows of the Ukrainian and the Crimean segments of VKontakte and Facebook networks, which may act as a factor in combining Internet audiences with different political positions. However, it requires a separate in-depth cybermetric analysis.

The paper studies the effects of manipulative psychological strategies implemented by non-traditional religious organizations (NRO) on the Internet. NRO members improve the methods and tactics of recruiting so this topic is relevant. The paper describes the components and implementation methods of the concept of "manipulative psychological influence strategy". Content analysis of the texts posted on the NRO Internet resources and a comparative analysis of the results are produced. We believe that the structure of the texts posted on the NRO online resources contains specific psychological settings that encourages the individual to form a victimization installation. In addition, each NRO has a universal set of the most commonly used settings. Our data give a more accurate picture of the manipulative psychological influence strategies used by NRO on the Internet, as well as offer opportunities for further research in this area.

The paper mainly deals with the question on strategies of network communication applied by destructive cult groups and new tendencies in the mobile era. These cults usually take advantage of the Internet environment to set up and develop online positions, working jointly with offline activities. The author conducts a case study, which is based on the method of content analysis, towards Xin Tang Ren website operated by Falun Gong group to demonstrate its unique communication characteristics. The case study reveals the usual online publicity strategies of Falun Gong and new tendencies applied in the mobile era.
