The problems in this paper belong to the field of migration and economy. The connection between migration and the economy has been proven on a global level, and as far as the Republic of Croatia is concerned, it is especially important to observe it through the City of Zagreb, which is the most important migration and economic center in the Republic of Croatia. Also, the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union emphasized the observation and research of this connection because it created the preconditions for freer movement and employment of the population of the Republic of Croatia and the City of Zagreb within the European Union. The aim of this paper is to determine the contribution of migration to the economic growth of the City of Zagreb. The hypothesis presented in the paper is that there is a significant contribution of migration to the economic growth of the City of Zagreb. The disposition of the paper consists of six parts. The introduction explains the relevance of the topic, states the aim of the paper and hypotheses, explains the empirical part, the contribution of the paper and the disposition. The second part of the paper refers to the theoretical framework of the impact of migration on economic growth. The third part of the paper presents the migration processes of the City of Zagreb in the period from 2011 to 2018. The fourth part deals with economic activity in the City of Zagreb in the period from 2011 to 2017. The observed indicators of economic activity in the City of Zagreb are GDP and GDP per capita, and the graph in this part of the paper shows that GDP and GDP per capita in the observed period are higher at the end of the period than at the beginning. The fifth part of the paper refers to the empirical research of the contribution of migration to the economic growth of the City of Zagreb. The empirical part of the paper is based on correlations and regression analyses. This paper proves the hypothesis because the results indicate a significant impact of the variables of total and external migration on the GDP of the City of Zagreb and GDP per capita of the City of Zagreb. Decision-makers in the City of Zagreb can use the results of the research as a basis for maximizing the economic benefits they can get from migration. The conclusion provides an overview of the aim of the work, the results of the research, the limitations, the implications and the recommendations for future research.

Abstract Background China has a large volume of inter-provincial migrants, accounting for more than 11% of the total population. The economic benefits of inter-provincial migration have been well studied, whereas the health impacts related to environmental factors are generally ignored. Methods In this study, we use 1% national population sampling survey data from 2015 and daily PM2.5 (particles ≤ 2.5 µm in aerodynamic diameter) concentration data from 360 cities to analyze the health benefits associated with air pollution due to inter-provincial migration. The exposure-response function was used to estimate the economic value of these health benefits via the adjusted-human-capital and cost-of-illness methods. Results Considering a full-exposure scenario, inter-provincial migration resulted in a reduction in the PM2.5 exposure concentration of 3.94 µg/m3 in 2015, corresponding to a reduction of 6114 premature deaths, 233.4 thousand hospitalization cases, and 1.5 million asthma attacks. The corresponding economic value of these health benefits was about 10.44 billion yuan (0.02% of the national GDP in 2015). A protection scenario, assuming that the migrants protected themselves from air pollution, showed very similar results to the full-exposure scenario (PM2.5 exposure reduced by 3.60 µg/m3); hence, personal protection does not reduce significantly the health risks of air pollution. Conclusions At the national level, the labor force obtains both economic and health benefits. However, a high number of migrants flow out of the central region of China result in a labor deficiency and social imbalance. Migration to large cities provides economic benefits at the expense of health. Environmental migration becomes an increasingly important motivation for inter-provincial migration, which places new pressure on policy makers to consider social welfare and environmental protection in the provinces.

Today's business environment imposes the need to continuously generate creative ideas not only for companies to grow, but also to survive in a hypercompetitive environment. Forming a creative model of organization and stimulating employees' creative behavior is one of the priorities, which can be achieved by establishing a parallel organizational culture and a creative climate. So far, some authors have identified these two terms as equal, while others emphasize the need for their separation. The paper indicates the differences in understanding of organizational culture on the one hand and climate on the other. The subject of the research is reflected in the analysis of the factors of importance for the formation of a creative organization. The paper aims to determine whether or not there is a positive relationship between the experimental climate and the dimensions that describe a creative organization model with a focus on organizational culture. The research hypotheses were generated and empirically analyzed based on a survey conducted on a sample of 145 employees in organizations in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The survey was developed by combining two methodologies formulated by G. Ekwall, "Creative Climate Model," and T. Amabile, "Organizational Creativity Model." Statistical methods, such as correlation analysis and analysis of variance, ANOVA, were applied in the paper. The obtained results indicate that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between all three dimensions of creative organizational culture, such as flexible management system, motivation for greater achievements and freedom to use resources to form an experimental climate in the organization. Furthermore, by applying ANOVA, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the degree of experimental climate prevailing in the organization depending on its size, while no statistically significant difference between the organizations depending on their legal form was confirmed. Finally, the paper highlights management measures to encourage the creation of a creative work environment.

Introduction. Burnout syndrome is the result of chronic emotional stress. It is characterized by high levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and reduced level of personal accomplishment. The aim of this study was to determine the level of stress and risk for burnout syndrome in doctors employed in health centers and hospitals, and to investigate the impact of socio-demographic characteristics on the level of stress and the occurrence of burnout syndrome. Material and Methods. A cross-sectional study was conducted in the period from October 1 to December 31, 2015 in three health centers and in the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska. The survey was anonymous. A socio-demographic questionnaire and a questionnaire for self-assessment of the level of stress and Maslach Burn?out Inventory were used as research instruments. Out of 151 doctors included in the study, 49% were family physicians, and 51% were hospital doctors. Results. The analysis of responses to questionnaires for self-assessment of stress level revealed that 51.7% of participants had high levels of stress (52.7% of family physicians, 50.6% of doctors working in hospital). A high degree of emotional exhaustion was found in 27.2% of participants (29.7% of family physicians, 24.6% of doctors working in hospital), high depersonalization was found in 23.8% of participants (25.7% of family physicians, 22.1% of doctors working in hospital), a low level of personal accomplishment was found in 39.7% of participants (37.8% of family physicians, 41.6% of doctors working in hospital). No statistically significant difference regarding stress degree, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization and personal accomplishment was found between hospital doctors and family physicians. The physicians aged over 45 years had a significantly (p = 0.030) higher level of emotional exhaustion than their younger colleagues. Conclusion. This study found that there was a high risk of burnout syndrome in physicians in the Republic of Srpska. Although the exposure to professional stress was higher in family physicians than in hospital doctors, the obtained difference was not statistically significant.

This paper addresses the issue of the importance and necessity of introducing constant organizational changes and their impact on employee stress as one of the primary pull factors of the employee turnover intention. In this regard, human resource managers in organizations are becoming increasingly aware that hiring and retaining talents are the most important determinants of success in the complex global world and that they must work more intensively on modernizing the process of change management to help employees, not only for acceptance, but also for their involvement in the change implementation process. The number of respondents from the processed data so far is 439 employees (differing according to their demographic characteristics). The purpose of this paper is to determine whether there is a statistically significant difference between the four different types of organizational change according to the Cummings and Worley (2014) organizational change classification (Human process changes; Techno-structural changes; Human resource management changes and Strategic changes), regarding their impact on the employee emotional state, as well as which type of organizational change has the most significant impact on employee stress in the Republic of North Macedonia. The survey findings contributed to the conclusion that Macedonian employees in terms of their feelings of fear, anxiety, nervousness, etc., equally perceive the impact of the different types of organizational change. More specifically, there are no statistically significant differences between the impacts of the different types of organizational change over the stress they face because of these changes.

In the knowledge era, organizations have to learn faster and better than competition, with the continuous cultivation of a culture of knowledge sharing. Attention should be paid to motivating employees to develop a positive attitude towards knowledge sharing, actively exchanging information and knowledge, continuously participating in learning processes, or putting knowledge sharing activities into everyday routine and habit. The research objectives are identification of the nature of the influence of intrinsic motivation on the knowledge sharing practice in organizations in the Republic of Serbia, determining the presence of a statistically significant difference in the intraorganizational knowledge sharing between multinational and domestic enterprises, and determining a statistically significant difference in the level of intrinsic motivation among employees in multinational companies and employees in domestic enterprises. The obtained results confirm the impact of intrinsic motivation on knowledge sharing.

Abstract A systematic analysis of Hospital Episodes Statistics (HES) data was done to determine the effects of the 2017 WannaCry attack on the National Health Service (NHS) by identifying the missed appointments, deaths, and fiscal costs attributable to the ransomware attack. The main outcomes measured were: outpatient appointments cancelled, elective and emergency admissions to hospitals, accident and emergency (A&E) attendances, and deaths in A&E. Compared with the baseline, there was no significant difference in the total activity across all trusts during the week of the WannaCry attack. Trusts had 1% more emergency admissions and 1% fewer A&E attendances per day during the WannaCry week compared with baseline. Hospitals directly infected with the ransomware, however, had significantly fewer emergency and elective admissions: a decrease of about 6% in total admissions per infected hospital per day was observed, with 4% fewer emergency admissions and 9% fewer elective admissions. No difference in mortality was noted. The total economic value of the lower activity at the infected trusts during this time was £5.9 m including £4 m in lost inpatient admissions, £0.6 m from lost A&E activity, and £1.3 m from cancelled outpatient appointments. Among hospitals infected with WannaCry ransomware, there was a significant decrease in the number of attendances and admissions, which corresponded to £5.9 m in lost hospital activity. There was no increase in mortality reported, though this is a crude measure of patient harm. Further work is needed to appreciate the impact of a cyberattack or IT failure on care delivery and patient safety.

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is one of the important vegetable crops in Senegal with the potential to improve the national food supply and economic benefits to smallholder producers. Experiment was conducted from November 2015 to March 2016 to assess the impact of cut seed tubers and pre-germination on seed tuber storage conditions on potato tubers yield. Four treatments were used for experiment. Pre-plant seed treatments were (T1) 136 whole seed tubers 45-55 g then pre-germinated; (T2) 68 cutted tubers 22-28 g then pre-germinated; (T3) 68 pre-germinated seed tubers then cut 22-28 g; (T) 136 whole seed tubers 45-55 g not pre-germinated (maintained 4 °C). Plants grown from whole and pre-germinated seed tubers had significantly higher yield and more number of secondary stems per plant, when compared to cut and or no pre-germinated seed (P < 0.001). Daughter tubers produced from cut seed resulted in higher small size potato tubers than those from whole seed (P < 0.001). However, no significant difference was found on potato seed emergence. Our results indicated a clear advantage to plant whole and pre-germinated seed potatoes with the aim of producing healthier daughter tubers and increasing yields. Keywords: Seed potato, whole seed, pre-germination, Niayes, Senegal.

Intellectual capital is of great value to profit-oriented organizations today. In the modern environment, the issue of strategic advantage is inseparable from the consideration of the issue of intellectual capital, bearing in mind that intellectual capital is a generator of economic value. In order for banks, as modern profit-oriented organizations, to achieve target performance, they need to know what their competitive advantage is, and to identify the necessary capacities and resources for sustainable business. The role of intellectual capital is crucial when it comes to the performances of modern banks, given the dynamic competitive environment in which they operate today. However, regardless of that, the literature that focuses precisely on the settings of these financial organizations is insufficiently represented and fragmented. This research, based on the application of the content analysis method, provides a structured review of the literature on the specifics of managing intellectual capital in banks. Further research could analyse the impact of intellectual capital on the performances of banks operating in the Republic of Serbia.
