Construction project management is a complicated process. The essential factors for the survival and development of construction enterprises includes focus on construction project management, improve project quality, ensure project progress, reduce project cost and improve economic efficiency. One of the quality management concepts that can be applied in pesantren is total quality service (TQS). Total Quality Service is a modern management concept of study that focuses of five areas, 1) customer focus, 2) total involvement, 3) measurement, 4) systematic support, and 5) connous improvement. Pesantren education institute is said quality meaning refers on resulting product quality by pesantren, one that covers; a lot of it student that have achievement well at akademik area and also at non academic, mark sense good lead support among pesantren “its customer”, out put and out came pesantren corresponds to expectation, and is still a lot of again. Pesantren education quality in perspektif this, can also be seen of two things, which is points on education process and education result. Process quality education pointed out by components exhaustive involvement pesantren in education activity. Education result can be seen of insofar which pesantren grad have interest and personality corresponds to pesantren vision and mission.

<p>Tofu meatballs is a snack that is made from tofu as the mayor<br />ingredients with meat dough stuffing through the process of steaming and<br />frying. Tofu meatballs become one of food innovation from tofu which serve<br />delicious taste. EQ company in Karanggeneng Village, Boyolali District has a<br />production capacity of 700-800 tofu meatballs on Monday-Saturday and 400<br />tofu meatballs on holiday. The problems faced by the home-processing in<br />home industry know meatballs are among others related to the quality of tofu<br />meatballs that have not met the expectations of buyers. Another obstacle<br />faced is the stagnant business conditions due to the lack of product<br />diversification, the equipment used is still limited and simple, the production<br />capacity is minimal, the packing of tofu meatballs produced is also less<br />attractive. Program implemented (1) Introduction of production process<br />know meatballs technology that meets quality management of processed<br />foods ASUH (safe, healthy, whole and halal); (2) Introduction of appropriate<br />technology for the processing of tofu meatballs in the form of refrigerator<br />machinery and other means of production improvement; (3) Introduction of<br />technological variations of packaging materials such as hand sealer machine;<br />(4) Management of Food Industry License (PIRT); (5) Simple marketing and<br />bookkeeping training. This has been set forth in the letter of cooperation<br />agreement. The results of dedication activities that have been done by the<br />dedication team are coordinating with partners about problem solving effort,<br />training on how to make meatball tofu with quality management concept<br />"ASUH" that is safe, healthy, whole and halal.<br />Keywords: ASUH, quality, tofu meatballs, production process, management.</p>

This study discusses about religious-based quality management in Mutiara Parahyangan Elementary School, Bandung. Many cases of child mischief encourage schools to improve the quality of education through religious activities that can change the character of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that the religious-based quality management concept is based on a commitment to improving the quality of education based on universal Islamic values. It is manifested in several activities are as follows, (1) The quality planning of vision, mission, and yearly semiannual programs, (2) The quality implementation in the form of religious activities that support religious practice in schools through routine, weekly, and monthly activities. (3) The quality evaluation is conducted periodically. (4) The quality control is carried out as a follow-up from the evaluation results to improve the quality. All of these activities always lead to the quality management principle of continuous improvement.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a modern management concept that seeks to provide an appropriate response to existing changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aspects on TQM, namely focus on customers, obsession with quality, continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment on the managerial performance of tourism OC. Respondents in this study were all employees of 8 tourism otobus companies in Denpasar that were determined by the non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. Data collection is done by questionnaire with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows aspects of TQM namely customer focus, obsession with quality, continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance on tourism OCs in Denpasar.
