Este texto faz parte da dissertação de mestrado em educação apresentada à Universidade de Jaén/Espanha, em convênio com a Fundação Universitária Ibero-americana/Brasil, que teve como objeto de estudo a análise dos processos pedagógicos com o novo modelo de gestão educacional: a gestão da qualidade na escola estadual Prof.ª Roxana Pereira Bonessi. Abstract: The quality of madrasah education needs to get serious attention both from process aspect and its result. The quality of madrasah education is also influenced by the family and community environment. This brings with it the need for a review and mapping of the quality management model of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The Madrasah Ibtidaiyah of Purwokerto and MI Ma'arif Pageraji Purwokerto were chosen to be the subject of this study with the consideration that the school has a good quality management system. This study aims to find the typology of quality management education in MI that is effective so that it can be replicated. Based on the findings of the data, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Quality planning conducted in MIN and MI Ma’arif pageraji Purwokerto through (a) improvement of teacher competence, through OJT activity (on the job trainning), (b) teacher. (c) Development of natural competence matrix. (d) Parent and community cooperation in establishing some madrasah programs. (2) Quality control system conducted in MIN and MI Ma’arif pageraji Purwokerto done through supervision activities. (3) Quality assurance conducted in MIN and MI Ma’arif pageraji Purwokerto done internally by madrasah and audited through accreditation activities run by the accreditation bodies of madrasah or other institutions externally. This study aims to determine the quality library services based implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 . User satisfaction and student perceptions regarding the attributes of quality library services that include : tangible , reliability , responsiveness, assuredness , and empathy associated with user satisfaction .This study uses a quantitative approach . Type a descriptive quantitative research . Ex post facto data collection by survey method . Data collection using questionnaires as the primary method , documentary and observation . The study population was a student who came to visit and use the library facilities and using samples UGM proportional stratified random sampling technique.Analysis of the data using parametric statistics , such as regression analysis to test the hypothesis regreasi first and to find out how much of each attribute independent variables contribute effectively to the satisfaction of the user and the product moment correlation and ANOVA to test the hypothesis of a single lane to two . Results indicate that the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001 : 2008 can give satisfaction to the users at the Central Library , University of Gadjah Mada . It can be seen from the results of the user's perception of the quality attributes of library services that include : tangible, reliability , responsiveness , and empathy assuredness related to user satisfaction at the Central Library of the University of Gadjah Mada . It can be seen from tangible attribute indicates the coefficient b = 0.104 and p = 0.022 , attribute indicates the reliability coefficient b = 0.126 and p = 0.009, attribute indicates the responsiveness coefficient b = 0.095 and p = 0.018, showing assuredness attribute coefficient b = 0.125 and p = 0.007, attribute shows empathy coefficient b = 0.193 with p = 0.001 . Positive effect is statistically significant means that the better the user perception of service quality attributes of the higher levels of user satisfaction and conversely the perception of poor quality of service attributes pemustaka on the lower level of user satisfaction in the Library of the University of Gadjah Mada . From the estimation above regression equation, the coefficient of multiple determination ( R2 ) of 0.539 that showed statistically that the role of the variable quality of service for users' satisfaction at 53.9 % . Percentage of the remaining 46.1 % are other variables not examined in this study .

Vocational college institution has a substantial contribution to support the development of industrial human resources in Indonesia. PM College as one the reputable vocational college provides educational services for students and training services for industry employees. PM College has a focus to provide customer satisfaction. PM College’s customers consist of industries mainly from manufacturing businesses. To guarantee the educational process, PM College has been applying the quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008. The current challenge of the PM College is to apply the latest ISO 9001: 2015 which is a revision of the previous version standard. ISO 9001: 2015 has some changes made as a form of adjustment. The institution feels the need to make improvements to the current quality management system to provide the satisfaction to customers, both from the industry and university students and to compete with the other polytechnic as well. This paper proposes an approach to prepare and analyze the organization in fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Several data processing and analysis were conducted to identify clauses’ fulfillment between activity and document of the organization in meeting the ISO 9001:2015. The results of data processing and analysis show that PM College needs to make improvements in business processes and has not met ten clause requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Several adjustments were proposed to the business process and ten clauses to assist PM College in preparing the ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Актуальность статьи заключается в необходимости разрешения противоречия между объективной потребностью в разработке адаптивной системы управления качеством образовательного процесса в педагогической деятельности преподавателя высшей школы и недостаточным вниманием исследователей к изучению феномена «адаптивное управление качеством образовательного процесса в высшей школе». Цель статьи заключается в том, чтобы выявить современные подходы исследователей к определению понятия «адаптивное управление качеством образовательного процесса в высшей школе» и выделить его основные характеристики. Авторами раскрыты научные представления современных исследователей о содержании понятий «адаптивность», «адаптивное управление», «управление качеством образования». На основе их анализа выделены основные признаки адаптивного управления качеством образовательного процесса в педагогической деятельности преподавателя высшей школы: гибкость и опережающий характер, мотивирующее управление, обратная связь как основа организации видимого образовательного процесса. Статья предназначена для научных работников и специалистов в области управления качеством образования. Будет полезна преподавателям и руководителям высшей школы. The relevance of the article is in the need to resolve the contradiction between the objective need to develop an adaptive quality management system of the educational process in the pedagogical activity of a higher school teacher and the insufficient attention of researchers to the study of the phenomenon of "adaptive quality management of the educational process in higher education." The purpose of the article is to identify the modern approaches of the researchers to the definition of the concept of "adaptive quality management of the educational process in higher education", and to highlight its main characteristics. The authors reveal the scientific ideas of modern researchers about the content of the concepts "adaptability", "adaptive management", "quality management of education". On the basis of their analysis, the main features of adaptive management of the quality of the educational process in the pedagogical activity of a teacher of higher education are highlighted: flexibility and advanced character, motivating control, feedback as the basis for organizing the visible educational process. The article is intended for researchers and specialists in the field of education quality management. It will be useful for the teachers, and the leaders of higher education.

SummaryIn 1995, the management of the University Clinic Hamburg-Eppendorf proposed to establish a total quality assurance (QA) system. A revised QA-system has been introduced stepwise in the department of nuclear medicine since 1997, and certification was achieved in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 on February 14,2001.The QA-handbook is devided into two parts. The first part contains operational (diagnostic and therapeutic) procedures in so-called standard operating procedures (SOP). They describe the indication of procedures as well as the competences and time necessary in a standardized manner. Up to now, more than 70 SOPs have been written as a collaborative approach between technicians and physicians during daily clinical routine after analysing and discussing the procedures. Thus, the results were more clearly defined processes and more satisfied employees.The second part consists of general rules and directions concerning the security of work and equipment as well as radialion protection tasks, hygiene etc. as it is required by the law. This part was written predominantly by the management of the department of nuclear-medicine and the QA-coordinator. Detailed information for the patients, documentation of the work-flows as well as the medical report was adapted to the QM-system. Although in the introduction phase of a QA-system a vast amount of time is necessary, some months later a surplus for the clinical workday will become available. The well defined relations of competences and procedures will result in a gain of time, a reduction of costs and a help to ensure the legal demands. Last but not least, the QA-system simply helps to build up confidence and acceptance both by the patients and the referring physicians.
