The article aims at developing a framework for the management of design focused on maximizing the flow of information in the development of innovative products at competitive organizations. The methodology used in the study was based on the theory raised by means of literature review, outlining a qualitative research, exploratory in nature, through case study. The variables worked led the analysis, identification and classification of the process of developing products in four companies of different branches of industrial activity. The work started from the assumption that the design, incorporated in the organizational structure of a company through the management of design and integrated with other business units, strengthens the strategy of organizations.

The purpose of this study is to describe and reveal the impact of excessive smartphone use, which then leads to phubbing. This research study was conducted in May 2020 on 30 students of Uin Sunan Kalijaga as respondents or research subjects. This type of research is qualitative research and interviews with all research subjects, and literature review. The results of the study were recorded that 92% of 27 respondents revealed that a phubber did not give appreciation and was more likely to underestimate the other person. So, planting and practicing Pancasila values in everyday life is very important to carry out. This is so that each individual can fortify and organize himself against wise smartphone use. Then it is hoped that through this research study, students as the nation's next generation will realize the impact of excessive smartphone use on social life.

This article aims to identify the monetary amounts spent by Fundação Universidade Federal de Rondônia (UNIR), with Labor Court due to administrative failures during the supervision of outsourced service contracts. It is a case study, with qualitative research, with documentary analysis of the decisions, sentences and judgments delivered in the processes. After the analysis of 68 (sixty-eight) cases in which UNIR appeared in the passive pole, categories were identified for the classification of the cases. It was found that there was a reduction in the number of lawsuits against UNIR after the Labor Reform and 21 (twenty-one) lawsuits were identified in which UNIR was ordered to pay labor indemnities or the contracted companies signed labor agreements, causing the public agency to be obliged to make payments through Small Value Requests (RPV), or Precatories, deriving from failures in internal controls and management contracts at Fundação Universidade Federal de Rondônia (UNIR).

Numerous German companies experience a slow down in team work two to three years after the implementation. Therefore, stability of work organization gains importance as a strategic goal. Based on a literature review on team development a model to describe team development as a basis for the definition of team maturity is presented in this paper. Furthermore, a classification of team tasks in addition to a chosen model of team development lead to a model to explain the relationships among process organization, team tasks and the level of social-psychological development. The underlying hypothesis are finally formulated. Following, a company case study with 28 teams has been conducted to research the tasks within a flow production line and to assess in 48 interviews with members of 14 teams the achieved level of team maturity.

ABSTRACT: Classifying goods based on the Harmonized System (HS) is practical knowledge in Customs. This study analyzes the Harmonized System's perception differences in tariff disputes. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the considerations of the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) in determining the classification of tariff based on the Harmonized System, the review of the tax court judge in deciding dispute verdict and its overall effect on tax refund. This research is a case study with qualitative research methods in the form of document studies and interviews. Keywords: Harmonized System, HS Code, Import Tax ABSTRAK Mengklasifikasikan barang berdasarkan Harmonized System (HS) adalah pengetahuan praktis dalam Bea Cukai. Studi ini menganalisis perbedaan persepsi Harmonized System dalam sengketa tarif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dan menganalisis pertimbangan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Indonesia (DJBC) dalam menentukan klasifikasi tarif berdasarkan Harmonized System, pertimbangan hakim pengadilan pajak dalam menentukan putusan sengketa dan pengaruhnya secara keseluruhan terhadap pengembalian pajak. This paper used the qualitative research, based on the analysis of multi-dimensional information from stakeholders to investigate the seed-corn production activity by the contracted farming at Phuoc Tan commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria Vung Tau province. The results showed that Thailand CP Company supported the farmers by sponsoring the seeding cost, providing technical support in production and buying the products. Farmers who participated in seed-corn production had a significantly higher income compared to those of other crops. In the collaboration contract, the company had terms and conditions to reserve its monopoly seed-corn product. Therefore, most of the farmers complied with the agreement of not selling the products to outsiders. The descriptive statistic data, using Likert scale, also showed that the farmers had a fairly high levels of satisfaction. This study also found that the better the market capacity of a company was, the higher the scale and sustainability of cooperative activities from farmers in Phuoc Tan commune was.

Connection between competitive strategies and competitive advantages is described in details in this paper. Model of the research is located on the company level in tourism and hospitality. Applicative basis of the paper is founded on the Diamond of Competitiveness (Case Study) usage and is based on the qualitative research of small entrepreneurship in tourism and hospitality. The fact that every strategy is based on creating and sustaining competitive advantages implies that the principal task of company management is shaping company’s competitive advantages. Management uses its knowledge, controls available resources and manages business processes and events of a company in tourism and hospitality.

The classification of residential defects (case study: Citra Garden Residence in Indonesia) was studied. This study aims to more satisfied customers. The study begins with the literature review to formulate the classification of house defects. Then classify the defect of house into two, namely the classification of house defects based on period of post hand over, and the classification of house defects based on category of the defects. Further studies followed by dividing the classification of house defects based on period of post-hand over into three parts, namely before hand over period (inviting time), hand over period, and post-hand over period. The next step is to check the complaint report from the customer service in Citra Garden Residence in Indonesia to quantificate the defects of the house. The classification of house defects based on category of the defects divided into two, namely structural defect (minor, moderate, serious), and nonstructural defect (minor, moderate, serious). The next step is also to check the complaint report from the customer service in Citra Garden Residence in Indonesia to quantificate the defects of the house.The results show that complaint hand over in the level minor defect is the highest complaint. Complaint in the serious defect is the lowest complaint.
