Performance in rhythmic gymnastics (RSG) is in connection with techniques without hand apparatus, techniques with hand apparatus and emotional rendition of music line as a template for the final movement content in competitive choreographies. Based on the video analysis of individual exercises of Czech and foreign gymnasts and in terms of comparing the number of difficulty elements in each routines, in relation to the code of points in RSG was assessed current success of selected competitors. From the results of the analysis is clear, that the Czech gymnasts choose lower level of difficulty elements in their optional routines, which in comparison with the world elite gymnasts show an overall lower level of mastery of technique without hand apparatus. Comparison of the analysis results notes the need for changes in choosing difficulty elements in optional routines of czech gymnasts. This is especially the need to include difficulty elements with higher ranking, for which is important to learn the basic movement structures of gymnastic skills inventory. Elite gymnasts choose in their routines a quarter more of the highest value elements than Czech national team. For the mastery level of the skills with the highest value is needed to systematize youth sports training to realize training process in relation to age of gymnasts with the view of expected performance and coaches expertise in the process of care for sport gifted youth.

The relatively low level of Russian rowing teams’ performance at international rowing competitions reflects certain mistakes in the training process of these teams. Basing on the analysis of the best training practices, we tried to identify possible mistakes in the training process that had caused poor results of the Russian national team in the 2014-15 season. Research methods and organization. Comparative analysis of the training volume and intensity practiced by the world leading teams and the Russian rowing team in the 2014-15 season; analysis of the special fitness level of teams on the basis of literature resources and proceedings of the coach conferences of the World Rowing Federation (FISA). Results and Discussion. Analysis of the completed training loads in the 2014-15 season revealed that the Russian national rowing team executed about 57% of the water exercises and 66% of the Rowing Ergometer exercises in the 3rd and 4th zones of intensity. Rowers did not experience the loads for the development of power qualities by means of general physical training. Conclusion. The system of training of the Russian rowing team in 2014-2015 looks less effective in comparison with the system of training of world-leading national teams. The method of training of the Russian rowing national team employed in the 2014-15 season was totally different from the world standards. The above mentioned factors caused the low level of the team performance in that season due to the premature achievement of the sport fitness peak by the Russian athletes.

AbstractThe experiences that young sportsmen and women have throughout their sporting and educational careers are giving meaning and significance to the way in how they, as future professionals in the field of physical activity and sports sciences, are building different conceptions of human motricity. From the focus of biographical narrative research, we delved into the story of Glissade, a student in initial training who has developed her sports career in the world of Rhythmic Gymnastics. The aim of this work is to investigate the representations of the body model and the emotional-relational aspects that constitute the sports identity of this woman and how this is present in her initial training. Glissade´s story brings us closer to two questions: the tensions between her body as a woman and the demands of a sport she plays, both are subject to traditional canons of beauty/aesthetics and the emotional learnings that are present in their sports practice. This work shows the importance of making visible and knowing the experience of people from their own voice, since this allows reflection on beliefs, thoughts and models that persist in the processes of initial training of future professionals in physical education and sport.

Analysis of Ukrainian athletes’ results at the XXXII Olympiad Games allows pointing out the factors of the weak performance of Ukrainian athletes in women's individual saber and epee competitions, as well as men's team epee competitions, despite the possibility of winning medals in these sports events according to many analysts including those of Infostrada Sports and other sports statistics experts. These, in our opinion, include an unsatisfactory level of efficiency of the process of reaching the peak of readiness for the Olympic Games; lack of psychological stability of athletes at the competitions; weak tactical preparation of some athletes. Based on the performances of athletes of the Ukrainian fencing team in Tokyo, a conclusion was made about the unsatisfactory level of athletes’ preparation for the XXXII Olympic Games. Only 20% of the national team members were able to realize their potential at the XXXII Olympic Games. The dynamics of the athletes’ results at the World Championships 2017 – 2019 indicates the need to use in the new Olympic cycle the planning, which is focused on our athletes reaching the peak of readiness for the Olympics: at first, the training should be aimed at the maximum stimulation of the growth of sportsmanship, whereas at the final stage it should be focused on its realization in the major competitions. It is shown that despite the unsuccessful performance of the Ukrainian fencing team in the Olympic Tokyo, this type of martial arts has significant potential for improving sports achievements at the XXXIII Olympic Games 2024 in Paris. It is noted that in the new Olympic cycle it is of crucial importance to identify candidates for the XXXIII Olympic Games as soon as possible and to create all the conditions for their full-fledged preparation. Thus, to ensure further winning medal places at the Olympic Games, it is necessary to improve the system of sports training in the Olympic cycle, which envisages participation in numerous competitions during the year to achieve a high level of readiness in the major competitions of triennial – the Olympic Games.

The pandemic has significantly impacted societies' ways of living around the world, reconfiguring everyday practices, including educational ones. Teachers had to become researchers open to experimentation with methodologies and technologies present in digital cultures and the formative experiences of the period became fertile fields of research for education. In this article, we share the methodological didactic findings found in the training process entitled "Use of Digital Interfaces for the Development of Pedagogical Practices in Times of Ubiquity", conducted by members of the Research Group on Education and Digital Cultures (E-CULT) at the Federal University of Sergipe in partnership with CESAD (UFS). It is a qualitative research with methodological approach in Research-Training in Cyberculture and dialogues with the foundations of multi-referentiality and complexity. The main methodological findings, which we analyze analytically, are: "Deconstruction of Hierarchies", "Insertion of Playfulness" and "Relay of Protagonism".
