This chapter is going to explain a part of the nutrients the human body needs. They are organic compounds called vitamins. Those compounds will be clarified, as well as their benefits, deficiencies, chemical structure, and why the body needs them crucially. Vitamins is an exceptionally vital recognized name required in certain amounts in the body, some of them exist as a complicated natural compounds found in herbal meals. It plays a key function in regular metabolism, the absence of which in the diet causes deficiency and several diseases. Vitamins are differentiated from the trace elements, also found in the weight-reduction plan in small quantities for health, growth, replica, and other crucial metabolism.

Year on year, one can observe an increase in the use of addictive substances. This leads to occurring the problem of addiction as well as the use of psychoactive substances as a serious hazard to road users. The Regulation of the Minister of Health on agents acting similarly to alcohol and the conditions and manner of conducting research on their presence in the human body, requires adequate benchmarks for performing these tests. An importantfactor, from consultative point of view, is the knowledge of the chemical structure of substances belonging to different groups of drugs of abuse, their metabolic transformations that occur in the body as well as their influence on the body. This is to aid in the proper interpretation of the results of the analytical tests.

Introduction. Increased content of organic substances in natural waters, expanding the list of input substances to water bodies, owing to industrial and economic activities of a person, and climate changes is an urgent issue. Against this background, compounds with unknown chemical and toxic properties are likely to appear. The purpose of this study is to collect data concerning the ways for organic compounds entering water bodies and the human body, study data on interaction mechanisms of organic substances with metals, reveal the fate of known organic chelators, complexing agents as well as organometallic compound shaped by them inside the body. The literature search was carried out in Scopus, Web of Science, CyberLeninka databases. Sources of organic substances entering water bodies, properties of organic substances. There are three types of organic substances in water bodies, divided by the sources of their occurrence (inflow): terrigenous origin, shaped inside water bodies and coming from man-made sources. Organic compounds may produce soluble and insoluble compounds with metals and colloids. Mechanisms of interaction of organic substances with metals. Bonding of organic substances takes place by the type of chelation and complexation. There are factors for bonding: functional group content, the molecular mass of substances, ion radius, and competitive interaction with binding sites. Substances having binding properties include phenolic compounds, carboxylic acids, polysaccharides, and flavonoids. Considering that phenolic compounds are located in large quantities in plant and animal tissues, this group of compounds has been researched more thoroughly in terms of interactions with metals and toxicometry. Intake of organic and organometallic compounds into the body, their kinetics, metabolism and decay. Organic compounds, chelates, and complexes enter the body with drinking water, food, and drugs. They are also generated in the body, including by replacing ions. Data on biochemical and toxicological studies of currently known compounds is given

Models that describe the trace element status formation in the human organism are essential for a correction of micromineral (trace elements) deficiency. A direct trace element retention assessment in the body is difficult due to the many internal mechanisms. The trace element retention is determined by the amount and the ratio of incoming and excreted substance. So, the concentration of trace elements in drinking water characterizes the intake, whereas the element concentration in urine characterizes the excretion. This system can be interpreted as three interrelated elements that are in equilibrium. Since many relationships in the system are not known, the use of standard mathematical models is difficult. The artificial neural network use is suitable for constructing a model in the best way because it can take into account all dependencies in the system implicitly and process inaccurate and incomplete data. We created several neural network models to describe the retentions of trace elements in the human body. On the model basis, we can calculate the microelement levels in the body, knowing the trace element levels in drinking water and urine. These results can be used in health care to provide the population with safe drinking water.

Posture is commonly perceived as the relationship between the segments of the human body upright. Certain parts of the body such as the cephalic extremity, neck, torso, upper and lower limbs are involved in the final posture of the body. Musculoskeletal instabilities and reduced postural control lead to the installation of nonstructural posture deviations in all 3 anatomical planes. When we talk about the sagittal plane, it was concluded that there are 4 main types of posture deviation: hyperlordotic posture, kyphotic posture, rectitude and "sway-back" posture.Pilates method has become in the last decade a much more popular formof exercise used in rehabilitation. The Pilates method is frequently prescribed to people with low back pain due to their orientation on the stabilizing muscles of the pelvis. Pilates exercise is thus theorized to help reactivate the muscles and, by doingso, increases lumbar support, reduces pain, and improves body alignment.

The research would look further at the representation of the human body in both Balinese and Javanese traditional houses and compared the function and meaning of each part. To achieve the research aim, which was to evaluate and compare the representation of the human body in Javanese and Balinese traditional houses, a qualitative method through literature and descriptive analysis study was conducted. A comparative study approach would be used with an in-depth comparative study. It would revealed not only the similarities but also the differences between both subjects. The research shows that both traditional houses represent the human body in their way. From the architectural drawing top to bottom, both houses show the same structure that is identical to the human body; head at the top, followed by the body, and feet at the bottom. However, the comparative study shows that each area represents a different meaning. The circulation of the house is also different, while the Balinese house is started with feet and continued to body and head area. Simultaneously, the Javanese house is started with the head, then continued to body, and feet area.
