In this study, grey oyster mushroom (Pleurotus pulmonarius) was cultivated in indoor controlled environment to seeking out the possible Risks of contamination and ways of treatment to avoid the contamination. For this, mushroom was cultivated in providing artificial humidifying and Ventilation system to ensure optimum humidity (80-90%) and fresh air Recirculation in different ways of treatment. The ways of treatment were Included as in position of humidifier, frequency of humidifying, plastic Cork of bags opening part and cleaning of humidifier water container. Maximum percentages of bag contamination (2.5-25.30%), cap Contamination (5.6-30.75%), stalk contamination (4.75-23.25%) and root Contamination (2.6-18.45%) were found in front to front humidifier Position, long humidifying with long interval frequency, without plastic Cork, without cleaning and bi- monthly cleaning of humidifier water Container treatment but no diseases and pest infection was found. Whereas, Very low percentages of contamination (0.1-0.5%) were found in Surrounding humidifying position, short humidifying duration with short Interval frequency, with plastic cork and weekly cleaning of humidifier Water container treatment.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still the world’s deadliest infectious killer. 10 new TB cases occured in the Cibiru area in 2017, all of whom were treated and cured. In 2018 there was an increase to 11 cases (Bandung City Health Profile, 2018). The purpose of this study is to help improve the soft skills and hard skills of health cadres and housewives in the Cibiru area in utilizing oyster mushroom cultivation by properly processing oyster mushrooms. Implementation methods based on the solutions to be developed and problems-solved methods. Oyster mushroom cultivation training is carried out twice for one month, with a focus on material on how to cultivate oyster mushrooms, counseling on processing crispy oyster mushrooms using Air Fryer and counseling on nutritional intake for TB patients, as well as guidance that is monitoring implementation. The results of these activities, it was found that the knowledge of health cadres and the community increased by more than 50%. The cultivation and processing of oyster mushrooms can increase economic income through the sale of processed oyster mushrooms using the Air Fryer method and get a profit of more than 10%.     Keywords: Jamur tiram; Air fryer; Tuberculosis

The 3 oyster mushroom species namely Pleurotus florida, P. eous, and Hypsizygus ulmarius were evaluated for their biological efficiency (BE) and net returns from the rupee invested (NRRI) in late kharif and rabi seasons. The BE and NRRI of P. florida and H. ulmarius were on par and significantly superior to P. eous in both the seasons. The present study provided corroboration for the suitability of P. florida and H. ulmarius cultivation in the late kharif and rabi seasons whereas, P. eous cultivation in the summer and early kharif seasons. Thus, the season-specific selection of oyster mushroom species promotes the concept of year-round mushroom cultivation.

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan kelompok tani budidaya jamur tiram di desa sukaraja sebagai upaya menuju desan mandiri.  Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok tani  desa sukaraja kecamatan sakra barat. Metode kegitaan dengan trasfer pengetahuan dan teknologi. Hasil pengabdian yang telah di capai meliputi: (1) Terlaksananya penyuluhan; (2) Terbentuknya dua kumbung budidaya jamur tiram; (3) Memotivasi masyarakat untuk merintis wirausaha baru dan membuka peluang kerjadi bidang pembudidayaan Jamur Tirambagi masyarakat Desa Sukarara sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat; (4) Tersedianya buku pedoman budidayaan Jamur Tiram. The results of service that have been achieved include: (1) Implementation of counseling; (2) Two oyster mushroom cultivation centers were formed; (3) Motivate the community to pioneer new entrepreneurs and open up opportunities for work in the Tirambagi Mushroom cultivation for the people of Sukarara Village so as to improve the welfare of the community; (4) The availability of a new book on Oyster Mushroom cultivation. Assistance activities need to be carried out continuously so that partners can participate in cultivation.

The Right

Oyster mushroom cultivation in areas that have high temperatures requires special maintenance techniques. The development of technology now makes it easy to carry out maintenance treatments for oyster mushrooms. Not even a few can regulate temperature and humidity automatically in the cultivation room. With an automatic temperature regulator can facilitate maintenance and minimize the failure of oyster mushroom production. However, the humidity temperature setting is not perfect enough if there are no models and adjusting techniques. The model that will be made by using Digital Skylite which is connected to the current source, Digital Skylite functions as an automatic timer. The purpose of this research is to get the right tool design model using Digital Skylite and to see the correct length of time in the Digital Skylite settings. The method used in data collection in this study is Direct Observation (Observation), Observation is carried out by examining and observing the object under study directly. The results of the study were to obtain a maximum temperature regulation design model.
