This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Flores Management Faculty of Economics. This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Flores in the class of 2015-2016 who had passed the entrepreneurship courses of 170 people. Samples taken in this study were 105 respondents, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 1.060 + 0.594X1 + 0.114X2 + 0.421X3 + e. The coefficient of determination R2 for the variables X1, X2, X3 is 0.675, which means that entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment by 67.50% and the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors including factors of education, skills, motivation and others. F test results show the value of Fcount> Ftable (28.442> 2.69) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of the Faculty of Management Study Program Students The economy. Partial test results (t) show 1) Emotional intelligence factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 2) Family environment factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 3) Independent attitude factor has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Minat calon siswa pada program studi teknik di perguruan tinggi swasta dan negeri semakin berkurang. Data menunjukan  hanya 14%  mahasiswa yang memilih program studi teknik. Pada lingkup yang lebih kecil, jumlah peminat mahasiswa teknik di salah satu universitas swasta hanya 25% dibandingkan program studi ilmu sosial. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan penyebab rendahnya minat calon mahasiswa terhadap program studi teknik sekaligus mencoba untuk menyusun solusi-solusi aplikatif yang sudah dicoba, teori-teori yang relevan, yang dirasa dapat membantu dalam memecahkan masalah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan  berasal dari hasil kuesioner mahasiswa baru dan data-data terkait dengan jumlah mahasiswa baik ditingkat kopertis III maupun di internal Universitas ABC.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa program studi teknik yang menjadi minat masyarakat kini adalah program studi teknik yang memiliki social senses, diantaranya Teknik Arsitektur, PWK dan Desain Produk. Sejalan dengan teori 4 (empat) unsur dibalik popularitas ketokohan seseorang, hal tersebut didasari akan trend calon mahasiswa terhadap daya tarik ilmu sosial yang bisa menemukan problem solving, kesuksesan public figure, dan industry branding. Upaya meningkatkan jumlah peminat program studi teknik, dapat dilakukan lewat kegiatan workshop dosen keilmuan kepada calon mahasiswa secara langsung serta open house universitas. Kata kunci: kuliah, minat, strategi, teknik Title: Workshop to Increase the Number of Students at Engineering Study Program Interest of prospective students toward engineering courses both in public and private universities keep decreasing. Data shows that only 14% of students choose engineering courses. In smaller scale, in one private university, students interest taking the engineering course are only 25% compared to student interest on taking the social courses. Purpose of this research was to conclude the reasons why student’s interest toward engineering courses are low, and to comprise some proven solutions, related theories, in order to help solving the problems. Method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data used comes from new student’s quisionaire, and related data with student’s number studying engineering course in Kopertis III and in the internal of ABC University. Data analysis showed that current engineering courses which have more students, are engineering courses with social senses such as Architecture, Regional Planning, and Design Product. Along with the theory of 4 (four) aspecs behind the popularity of a figure, all caused by the current trend of prospective student’s interest towards the social study attractiveness which leads to problem soving, the existence of success’s public figures, and industry branding. Direct workshop between lecturer and prospective students, and doing open house in the university could be strategies to increase the numbers of prospective student who want to take engineering course. Keywords: lecture, interest, strategy, technique

The purpose of this research was to develop training package for intrapersonal intelligence development for the students of Educational Technology Department, School of Education, State University of Jakarta. The package was develop by employing Instructional Development Model. The research resulted in training package for intrapersonal intelligence development for the university students which is expected to be applicable or adjustable for trainings and the other universities for the similar purposes. A set of recommendation is given in using this package to be effective and efficient.

The decision to study in a major is a big challenge among most students. They will consider the existing conditions or circumstances. If the circumstances or conditions seem not in accordance with what is expected, there will be doubts which result in the decision not to choose the expected study program. Although in making a decision to take education in a study program, a consideration is needed, however, students of the Management study program have not conducted an analysis of the study program they are taking. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. From the calculation, the t-count value is 19.794 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the first hypothesis which states "the reputation of the university affects the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted. From the calculation results, the t-count value is 0.887 with a significance level of 0.377 or sig> 0.05, thus the second hypothesis which states "tuition costs affect students' decisions to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is rejected. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the t-count value is 5.295 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the third hypothesis which states "lecture facilities affect the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted.

Lecturer's evaluation is a way to know the influence of lecturers' teaching on the students, the assessment process of the teaching preparation, the learning material, the teaching material presentation, the lecturer competence, the class management and the evaluation of the learning. in addition to the assessment of the students, the assessment of lecturers conducted study program is considered important to see the performance of lecturers. In this study build an application to evaluate or assess the performance of lecturers. In this research the method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) due to the preparation of the application only takes about 6 months and for the development of the system megunakan UML (Unified Modeling language). Application of this application there are two methods of access is through smatphone android and desktop for administrator and Study Program level. This research aimed to find out the students’ access to ICT application and how far ICT application helps students in mastering English language skills faced by English students of English Education Study Program at the University of Bengkulu in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was an explanatory sequential mixed methods design. The population of this research was English students of English Education Study Program at the University of Bengkulu. The sample of this research was selected by using purposive sampling technique, totaling 80 students for questionnaire and 24 students for interview. The data were collected by using questionnaire and interview. The instruments were consisted of 15 items adapted from Dang Hoang Tri and Nhung Hong Thi Nguyen (2014). This research used Microsoft Excel to analyze the data.  The result of this study showed that students access 15 ICT applications in English learning. Also, researcher found that the majority of students have positive perception towards ICT application can help students in mastering English language skills.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh kevalidan, kepraktisan dan kemenarikan untuk produk pengembangan materi keterampilan mengajar berbasis Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Jambi yang disusun kedalam bentuk modul belajar. Langkah – langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengikuti langkah – langkah Model Dick, Carrey & Carrey (2009) yang disederhanakan menjadi sembilan dari sepuluh langkah yang ada. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket validasi ahli angket kepraktisan dari teman sejawat dan uji kemenarikan dari mahasiswa. Dari hasil uji kelayakan produk pengembangan pada hasil uji validasi ahli mendapat skor presentase sebesar 84,62%, produk yang sudah dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan. Uji kepraktisan berdasarkan hasil tanggapan dosen terhadap modul belajar sebesar 91,2 %, produk yang dikembangkan masuk dalan kategori kriteria digunakan tanpa revisi. Pada uji kepraktisan melalui tanggapan perserta didik diperoleh hasil dengan presentase rata-rata sebesar 75,16%, hasil ini berada pada tingkat kualifikasi layak. Kata Kunci: problem based learning, kompetensi pedagogik Abstract This study aims to obtain validity, practicality and attractiveness for the development of teaching skills based on Problem Based Learning materials to improve the pedagogical competence of students of the Jambi University Language and Literature Education Study Program at the University of Jambi which is organized into learning modules. The steps taken in this study follow the steps of Model Dick, Carrey & Carrey (2009) which are simplified into nine of the ten steps. The instruments used in this study were expert validation questionnaires from practical questionnaires from peers and tests of student interest. From the results of the product development feasibility test on the results of the expert validation test got a percentage score of 84.62%, the products that have been developed are very feasible to use. Practicality test based on the results of the lecturers' responses to the learning module was 91.2%, the products developed in the criteria category were used without revision. In the practicality test through student responses obtained results with an average percentage of 75.16%, these results are at the level of eligibility. Qualified graduates is supported by an efficient process of education, improvement of competence on an ongoing basis, and appropriate curriculum. The curriculum becomes an important part in education. Each educational institution graduates expect superior quality, good morals, knowledge and competence of skilled labor. Quality of qualified graduates will increase the demand of stakeholders to recruit workers in the industry related. It is necessary to implement a quality program in an effort to provide the best service for educational activities. This study discusses the program carried out by educational and vocational study program in electrical engineering (EEVE) achieve the goal to do assessment by AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance) in evaluating the curriculum. AUN-QA aims to conduct quality assurance of courses that a member of AUN, as well as guiding and guide the university to improve and maintain the quality of the university. Researchers use qualitative research using the comparative method of ex-postfacto with the kind of correlational study. The study was conducted with data collection, such as observation, interviews, field observation and documentation study. This research resulted in the development of curriculum in vocational and educational courses in electrical engineering (EEVE), in terms of meeting the basic needs for qualified graduates, competent and professional in accordance with the standards of the AUN-QA. Through this research is expected to be a pattern for other courses to evaluate the curriculum for graduates scored an excellent, competent and qualified
