Brain tumor detection from MRI images is a challenging process due to high diversity in the tumor pixels of different peoples. Automatic detection has got wide spread acclaim because the manual detection by experts is time consuming and prone to error in judgment. Due to its high mortality rate, detection of tumor automatically is a new emerging technique in bio medical imaging. Here we present a review of few methods from simple thresholding to advanced deep learning methods for segmentation of tumor from MRI data. The segmentation of tumor methods is classified to image segmentation using gray level processing, machine learning and deep learning. The results of various methods are compared to find the best methods available. As medical imaging methods have improving day by day this review will help to understand emerging trends in brain tumor detection.

This chapter aims to give an overview of the wide range of Big Data approaches and technologies today. The data features of Volume, Velocity, and Variety are examined against new database technologies. It explores the complexity of data types, methodologies of storage, access and computation, current and emerging trends of data analysis, and methods of extracting value from data. It aims to address the need for clarity regarding the future of RDBMS and the newer systems. And it highlights the methods in which Actionable Insights can be built into public sector domains, such as Machine Learning, Data Mining, Predictive Analytics and others.

The machine learning is the emerging research domain, from which number of emerging trends are available, among them opinion mining is the one technology attraction through which the we could get analysis of the interested domain or we can say about the review from the customer towards any product or we can say any upcoming trending information. These two are the emerging words and we can say it's the buzz word in the information technology. As you will see that its widely use by the corporate sector to uplift the business next level. Before two decade you will not read any words e.g., Opinion mining or Sentiment analysis, but in the last two decade these words have given a new life to information technology domain as well as to the business. The important question which runs in the mind is why use sentiment analysis or opinion mining. The information technology has given number of new programming languages, new innovation and within that the data mining has given this trends to the users. The chapter is covering the three major concept's which comes under the machine learning e.g., Decision tree, Bayesian network and Support vector machine. The chapter is describing the basic inputs, and how it helps in supporting stakeholders by adopting these technologies.

Cybersecurity has become an important subject of national, international, economic, and social importance that affects multiple nations. The literature review of known sources is forming theoretical bases of calculations on Sleptsov networks. The universal network of Sleptsov is a prototype of the Sleptsov network processor. The authors in the article research the emerging trends and theoretical perspectives of cyber security development using machine-learning technique with avatar-based management at the platform of Sleptsov net-processor and propose further prospects for development of hyper-computation.

This introductory chapter contextualizes and analyses the characteristics of the discipline and practice of policy analysis in Belgium. It first highlights the relatively young tradition of policy analysis in Belgium. Secondly, it identifies the characteristics of the Belgian political systems and their likely impact upon the nature of policy analysis. Thirdly, it specifies the current and emerging trends and challenges relevant for the practice of policy analysis and policy-making.
