The drum is the process of picking cotton, picking cotton picker cotton picker head of the key device, which controls the seat tube and Abstract Abstract ingot of movement, Abstract spindle picking of cotton is also directly affect the quality and efficiency of key factors. Therefore, by creating a virtual prototype model cotton picker roller, about picking cotton picker principle, and the movement simulation model to arrive at, dynamic model of the external force, the cotton picker spindles moving speed of the Summary Block pipe displacement, velocity and acceleration effects. Then summed up, cotton picker of road speed, picking rate and the net rate of mining.

Analysis of Flexible Body is a difficult problem in system dynamics analysis. In the paper, the basic theory of ADAMS flexible body and some methods of adding flexible bodies to a model are introduced. And build a system simulation model. Through manipulator grasping tomatoes examples verify the effectiveness of ADAMS flexible body grasp simulation, provide stress and elastic deformation data basis for manipulator grasping flexible body.

A simulation model of coupler based on spatial 7R mechanism is built up by using ADAMS. Kinematics and dynamics of the coupler are analyzed. Further analysis of the coupler stress during the coupler turning is conducted by ANSYS, which provides theoretical foundation for the design of the coupler. The analyzation of the kinematics and dynamics of the coupler by CAE simulation software lays a good foundation for the practical application and further analysis of the coupler.

During the use of 6-DOF(six degrees of freedom) platform the gravity center of force tends to deviate from the center of the upper platform, resulting in six rods are forced unbalanced. This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of the 6-DOF platform, then establishes simulation model of platform through the PRO/E software, and analyses the kinematics of platform by use of the ADAMS (Automatic Dynamics Analysis of Mechanical System) software, finally proceeds with dynamics analysis of six rods in unbalanced condition. Those will get the influence degree of rods under the unbalanced force, and provide some proposal for the rational use of the platform.

Piston slap force is one of the main sources of mechanical engine noise. To obtain a more accurate determination of the piston slap force and minimize piston slap noise, a new simulation model that considers dynamic clearance of the piston skirt and liner has been established in this study. The skirt-liner dynamic clearance is caused mainly by the elastic deformation and thermal deformation of the piston. Comparing three different models, it was found that the impact of dynamic clearance on the piston slap force is reflected mainly in the medium-high frequency, which is the sensitive frequency of the slap noise. Therefore, it is necessary to consider dynamic clearance in the simulation model. In addition, the mechanisms behind the dynamic clearance effect on fluid lubrication, piston dynamics, and piston slap noise were observed. In particular, three typical structural parameters in piston dynamics (the piston pin offset, piston-liner clearance, and piston skirt profile) were studied. The analyses provide guidance for the design of low-noise engines.

A kind of ridge-till and no-till wheat seeder was developed according to the agricultural requirement of mulching with high maize stubbles. The three-dimensional models of the seeder were built with the software of Autodesk Inventor, including the frame, openers, reshaping devices, combined press roller and driving wheel devices. Reshaping devices were designed to reshape the former ridges, while combined press roller is used to press ridge sides and seeding zones simultaneously. Based on the parts modeling, the virtual assembly model of the ridge-till and no-till seeder was constructed, which can contribute to designing the simulation model of the seeder for dynamics analysis.
