The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between marketing knowledge sharing and developing competitive advantage. This research is an applied objective research and data collection method of description-correlation nature the subjects under study by this research are employees of Arak Shazand petrochemical industry. The sample size was estimated 90 people. The method is stratified random sampling. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Marketing knowledge sharing questionnaire of Moghimi and Ramazani (2011) contains 17 items and developing competitive advantage questionnaire of Hill and Jones (2010) contains 16 items. Logical validity (face and content) of questionnaires was reviewed and approved through several university professors and several experts of this industry. Also, construct validity was reviewed and approved by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS software. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.7 was obtained for variables that indicate internal consistency of items and acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. The research hypothesis test using univariate linear regression was performed with application of SPSS software. The results showed that, given that the t-statistic value is greater than 1.96 (t = 6.48), the relationship between two variables, competitive advantage and marketing knowledge sharing was significant at the 5% error level  Standard regression coefficient (0.57) also specified the share of independent variable in explaining the changes of dependent variable so that for every one unit increase in variable of marketing knowledge sharing, competitive advantage increases 0.57.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between individuals’ attitudes and marketing knowledge sharing. This research is an applied objective research and data collection method of description-correlation nature the subjects under study by this research are employees of Arak Shaz and petrochemical industry. The sample size was estimated 90 people. The method is stratified random sampling. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Marketing knowledge sharing questionnaire of Moghimi and Ramazani (2011) contains 17 items and attitudes questionnaire of Hamidizadeh (2010) contains 5 items. Logical validity (face and content) of questionnaires was reviewed and approved through university professors and several experts of this industry. Also construct validity was reviewed and approved by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS software. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 7.0 was obtained for variables that indicate internal consistency of items and acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. The research hypothesis test using univariate linear regression was performed with application of software SPSS. The results showed that, given that the t-statistic value is less than -1.96 (t=-2.39), the relationship between two variables, attitudes and marketing knowledge sharing was significant at the 5% error level (P-Value<0.05). So, the relationship between marketing knowledge sharing and attitudes is positive and direct. This means that people in the organization do not have positive tendency and attitude to share their knowledge with others and negative attitudes regarding the sharing of knowledge has had more impact on staff. Standard regression coefficient (0.15) also specified the share of independent variable in explaining the changes of dependent variable so that for every one unit increase in negative attitude of individuals, knowledge sharing decreases 0.15 percent.

The Objective of this study is to examine the effect of exchange rate system on the balance of payments, with a case study of a group of Arab countries. First we shed light on the most important theoretical and empirical studies of exchange rate systems and their macroeconomics effects in one hand. In the other hand we study a case of six oil exporting Arab countries. To achieve this purpose we adopted a panel data and run an econometric model to examine the relationships between the variables during the period 2000 to 2016. The study concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the exchange rate as an independent variable and the balance of payments as a dependent variable, and there is no deference in the effects of the exchange system in the study of six Arab economies.

When SMEs are part of global value chain, the flows of information in cross-border buyer-supplier relationships which emerge from inward-outward internationalisation connections should be addressed. This study therefore investigates the learning processes of internationalising small and medium enterprises that engage in inward and outward internationalisation. Hence, this study adopts a qualitative case study approach based on ten cases of the internationalising SMEs in Malaysia. Semi-structured interviews with the Managing Directors of the selected SMEs were conducted over a two-year period. Additionally, participant observations were conducted by attending the meetings related to import-export activities and documentations were gathered for data triangulation Findings of this study highlights that the relationship with key foreign suppliers empowered case firms to connect inward to outward internationalisation through collaborative knowledge sharing. The distribution of knowledge through tacit-tacit and tacit-explicit knowledge sharing underpinned by formal planning was a prerequisite for inward-outward internationalisation connections to be established.

Abstract This paper examines the relationship between income inequality and crime from an empirical perspective referring to Italy as a case study. Both static and dynamic panel data techniques are applied to a dataset drawn from 19 Italian regions for the period 1980-2004. As the key independent variable selected is the Gini index, further inequality measures are used for checking the robustness of the results. The econometric exercises suggest a negative link between inequality and crime. The finding, infrequently recognized in the relevant literature, can be supported by some broad explanations as well as by some peculiarities of the Italian case.

For this purpose, private sector banks were chosen in the city of Erbil. The study sample included a group of managers of private sector banks in the city of Erbil, who numbered (92) managers.   The research adopted the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire promised the main tool for collecting the required data, which was analyzed by adopting the statistical software (pct v.25 SPSS). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a relationship and an effect of public relations in knowledge sharing, which has proven its direct impact on Excellence Performance. Keywords: public relations, - knowledge sharing, Excellence Performance.

Background and Study Aim: The purpose of the present research was to investigate the relationship between watching sport events in stadiums and spectators’ physical activities. Materials and Methods: The population included spectators of basketball, volleyball, and handball in Tehran stadiums, which is estimated to be more than a hundred thousand people. The sample consisted of 384 spectators who were chosen using the Morgan Table in the simple random method, and they filled the questionnaire before the games started. The instrument was a researcher-developed questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by sports management and communication experts. The reliability was obtained to be 0.86 using Cronbach's alpha test. The collected data was analyzed using K-S test, chi-square test, Spearman correlation coefficient (using SPSS software), and confirmatory factor analysis (using LISREL 8.8 software). Results: The results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between watching sport events in stadiums and spectators’ intention to do physical activities. Also, there was a significant positive relation between effective factors on spectator during watching sport events and doing physical activities. These factors are related to the stadiums, sport events and social interrelation. Conclusions : It seems that watching sport events and the encouraging factors in sporting environment and stadiums promotes physical activity and health. Since the present research focuses on an important social effect of sport events, it can be a start point for researchers to discover if encouraging people to watch sport events is a way to maintain social health.
