Improving good employee performance can have an impact on company success, employees are always required to work optimally where good or poor employee performance can affect overall company income. One of the most important in improving employee performance is Intrinsic Motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional quotient, intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang, Indonesia. The number of samples studied in this study was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique, that is by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Islamic leadership on employee performance, emotional quotient on employee performance, intrinsic motivation on employee performance, Islamic leadership on intrinsic motivation, and emotional quotient on intrinsic motivation.

The purposes of this study was determine the influence of lifestyle, group preference, perception brand luxury and product quality toward consumer willingness to pay on iPhone product. The population in this study consist of society in Malang that buy iPhone product, which the value was unknown. Based on Maholtra analysis, number of sample are 85 respondent. This study use purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that lifestyle, group preference influence have significant toward consumer willingness to pay partially. In addition, the results of the F test describes that  lifestyle, group preference, brand luxury and product quality influence on have significant consumer willingness to pay simoultaneosly

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.

This study aimed to determine the influence of Time Pressure, Role Ambiguity, Workload, and Lack of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT XYZ. The population of this study was all of the employees at PT XYZ. 76 respondents were chosen to be the sample of this research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The questionnaire was a 26-item likert scale, created by using google form, and distributed to the respondents via email. To analyze the data, research used multiple regression analysis as a test tool. Results showed that both Role Ambiguity and Lack of Motivation have a negative and significant influence on employee performance at PT XYZ, while the two other variables, Time Pressure and Workload don’t have any influence on employee performance.

Research objectives to analyze: (1) the influence of trust on customer retention insurance Askrida. And the effect of satisfaction on Askrida's customer retention insurance. The population in this study are customers who already use the services of PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida (ASKRIDA) Padang for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS program version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that: (1) confidence positively and significantly affect customer customer retention PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city, (2) satisfaction have positive and significant effect to customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

Each employee has different performance from one another, this is due to several factors including self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation, so this study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of self-efficacy on performance and intrinsic motivation on performance and influence in a partial way. simultaneous self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on the performance of the Marketing Division employees at PT. Bank X This type of research is an associative study, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 60 people, so that all populations were sampled in this study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance in the marketing division, there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the marketing division, there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of division employees marketing, there is an effect of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation on employee performance simultaneously employees of the marketing division of PT. In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.
