Colors are the basic element of the visual identity system, which is important in shaping the image of an organization among target groups. Deliberate use of colors can help consolidate its positive image among the recipients, which will translate into achieving its strategic goals. The article attempts to answer the question of how institutions can use colors to shape their image. In the first part of the work, the Alicja Baczyńska-Hryhorowicz issue of image is discussed. The second section presents the general characteristics of colors, their psychophysical and symbolic properties, and then the possibilities to use colors in the visual identification system (logotype, promotional prints, website, building space). In the third part, theoretical principles are confronted with practice. The ways of using colors in shaping the image of three cultural institutions in Kraków (Opera, Philharmonic, MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow) are described, based on ethnographic research (participant observation, interviews with employees). Data analysis allowed to distinguish ways of using colors and functions they perform (practical and symbolic).

Abstract A fluorescent visual identification system of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis was established based on internal transcribed spacer barcoding. It is proposed for the first time that P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis should be divided into two types of genotypes: YN-I and YN-II according to single nucleotide polymorphism of internal transcribed spacer. In order to avoid false-negative results, two pairs of specific primers for YN-I and YN-II were designed, respectively, and specific visual fluorescent identification systems was established by SYBR Green I fluorescent dye was directly introduced into the PCR system which can be observed directly with the naked eye for the green fluorescent color of PCR system. Therefrom, it has realized the rapid and directly visual identification of two genotypes of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from its common nine adulterants. This study proposed for the first time the existence of different genotypes on the legal basis of Rhizoma Paridis, and provided a model for the accurate identification of different genotypes.

Through the integrated application of Library information system and campus culture of Guangxi colleges as well as the research of Guangxi colleges serving developments of China-ASEAN, and Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic region, this paper provides solution of integrated construction of college campus culture and library information system on informatization condition. In the system of college campus culture construction based on perspective of Gungxi colleges, college library information resource is used as medium to integrate into cultural connotation serving regional economy on the basis of knowledge architecture, with applications of Internet, computer telecom integration technology as well as IVR and TTS technology, communication tools commonly used by college students and teachers are adopted as informatization approaches, concept identification system, activity identification system, visual identification system, subject and specialty service system, environment and culture planning system and other unified information general culture systems are established, and e-mail, voice message, short message, WAP, real time communication, web, VoIP and other campus culture interactive measures are realized. The reconfigurable analysis of aggregate diagnosis flow proves the integrated construction of campus culture and library unified information is feasible.
