This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, training and motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The variables in this study consisted of endogenous and exogenous. The data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. The type of questionnaire used is a closed questionnaire that uses an ordinal type of measurement scale (Likert scale). The population in this study were employees of the Bandung Institute of Technology's School of Business and Management, amounting to 198 people, while the number of samples to be taken was 140. Testing of research data using validity test, reliability test, measurement model test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology; 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology; and 3) Motivation has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance at the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of organizational culture, competency, motivation, and compensation on employee performance in the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management. This study used quantitative research and descriptive analysis. The study analyzed two categories of data: primary and secondary data. The data collection method used is a observation and unstructured interviews. In this study, the population taken were all civil servants of the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management, totalling 172 employees. In contrast, the sample taken by the researcher was the entire population in the study. The research data were analyzed using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Path Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) Organizational Culture and Compensation have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management; and 2) Competence and motivation have a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational learning on company performance which is mediated by organizational competence. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were 75 respondents, each of whom worked for 3 MSMEs in the city of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique is carried out with two main parts, namely the measurement model and the structural model. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 5.176; 2) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 4.786; 3) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 5.387; 4) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 3.175; and 5) Organizational Competency does not directly affect the Company's Performance with a t-statistic value of 1.571.

This study aims to determine how the effect of perceived organisational support and employee engagement on the performance of employees. This study uses quantitative research with a population of employees at UD. Zacyndo safety shoe factory in Tuban and Mojokerto regency. This study using a sample of 45 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting primary data through the distribution of online questionnaires and using secondary data collection through documentation of organisational activities/events and other written sources of information as writing reference materials. Data were analysed using multiple regression through SPSS version 24. The result showed that perceived organisational support had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, employee engagement had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and perceived organisational support and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. UD. Zacyndo may improve POS better by paying attention to employee welfare to produce maximum performance. In addition, improve strong relationships with each employee may help the organisation to achieve the intended goals.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study knows wheter or not there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The research conducted in PT.Telesindoshop Sorong city. The sample us of 65 people. As for the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the results of this study indicate that the provision of PT.Telesindo’s incentives has an influence on employee performance and significantly influence. Based on the results of data analysis, the incentive variable coefficient (X) is 0.564 while the constant is 28,282, so the regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 28,282 + 0,564 X. The provision of incentives influences the performance of PT. Telesindoshop employees. The results of the analysis indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Tesindoshop employees. With a significant value of 0.042, in this study used a significant level is 0.05 or 5% means 0.042 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, Ha is the effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Every increase in the provision of incentives to PT. Telesindo employees will increase employee performance by 0.564.

  Abstract This Research was motivated by the complains submitted by tourists regarding the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The purpose of this research was findout food quality towards tourists satisfaction in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The variable used in this research is quality of food and tourists satisfaction. The type of data in this research are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Method of collecting data are observation, interview, quitionare, documentation, and literature riview. Sampling technique uses quota sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin’s Formula and obtained as many as 100 samples. Technique of analyzing data used in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of descriptive statistical analysis by using a Likert Scale, inferensial statistical consisting of validity test, reliability test and important Performance Analysis.The result indicates that indicators that have given satisfaction to tourists are indicators of maturity level indicator, freshness to make food, portion, and texture. Then the rating of tourists on the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel obtained a score of 89,92% or tourists were satisfied with the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of Yapen Islands Regency, Papua, Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with the sources of data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study used a saturated sample with a total of 101 people and applied multiple regression to analyse the data. It found that the participatory leadership did not affect the employee performance, while motivation and work environment influence the employee performance. It implies that the latter variables are the employee performance’s key drivers and should be the main priorities.

This study aims to examine and analyze the communication spak and the work climate performance in which motivation is regarded as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at the Horticultural Food and Plantation Office of Riait Province.The data consist of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research are as big as 153 people. The needed data were collected by using a questionnaire addressed to 111 employees of the Hottikultura Food and Agriculture Service Office in Riau Province. The Slovin formula is used to carried the quistionare. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. The variables of communication and work climate are as independent variables, while performance is as the dependent variable, and the motivation is regarded as intervening or mediating variable. The path analysis is used to analyze the collected data.The results of the study indicate that communication directly influences significantly to motivation. Work climate has a direct significant effect on motivation the communication has a significant direct effect on performance. Whole work climate contributes positively to performance. The motivation correlates significantly on performance. Indirectly, motivation has an intensive mediating role in communication and the communication is over performance. The motivation has a positive median role on the influence of the work climate on performance. Increasing the effectiveness of communication and work climate are recommended to optimize employee performance and motivation.
