Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat pesat yang ditandai dengan semakin mudahnya masyarakat untuk memiliki komputer dan smartphone serta mengakses media sosial melalui internet berkecepatan tinggi di Indonesia. Kondisi ini sudah dimulai sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu, dan menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia sudah memasuki era digital. Era digital tersebut membawa banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia, di samping juga muncul jenis kejahatan baru yang semakin lama semakin berkembang kompleks, yaitu cyber crime atau dikenal dengan istilah tindak pidana siber. Tindak pidana siber ini sangat merugikan dan berdampak negatif pada keamanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat, stabilitas ekonomi dan kondisi kamtibmas serta sistem pertahanan negara Indonesia. Tindak pidana siber bersifat borderless, yang artinya tidak dibatasi oleh batasan-batasan fisik suatu negara atau wilayah, oleh karena itu peretas dari Eropa atau Amerika bisa saja melakukan tindak pidana tersebut di Indonesia, dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut maka Labfor Polri harus siap mendukung tugas penyidik khususnya dalam hal pembuktian secara ilmiah. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, diperlukannya pemeriksaan dan analisa di bidang network forensik terhadap barang bukti digital akun medsos menggunakan metode otomasisasi software secara online, yang selama ini dilakukan pemeriksaan dan analisa secara manual atau analisa secara langsung.

Cyber Crime is the dark side of digital technology. Cyber Stalking is one of the cybercrimes against Individual which has been continuously growing in Digital era. The Cases of cyberstalking or bullying of women or children increased by 36% from 542 in 2017 to 739 in 2018, data released recently by the NCRB showed. Meanwhile, the conviction rate for cyberstalking or bullying of women and children fell 15% points, to 25% in 2018 from 40% in 2017.2Despite Information Technology Act 2000 and other legislations Cyberstalking crime is on the rise in India. Despite these prevailing situations, the Indian judiciary is still a ray of hope. To curbing this digital crime we need to throw light on present Cyber Stalking crime’s situations and do amendments in current prevailing cyber legislations in India. Through this paper, the researcher will try to study Cyber Stalking against women in India. This paper is an attempt to analyze the Indian legislation, Cyber Legislation for Cyber Stalking, and the Judiciary's approach relating to the rights of women in cyberspace upholding Gender Justice.

The existence of the internet in human life is very supportive of all forms of human activity in today's digital era. However, technological advances with the use of the internet have resulted in the emergence of cybercrime or cyber crime. In its development, cyber crime requires special handling by the police in the process of investigation. For this reason, using normative juridical research, this study will examine the specificities of the cyber crime investigation process. In general, the process is almost the same as the criminal investigation process in general, except that it is carried out by cyber units or special units that have the task of carrying out cyber crime investigations. Apart from that, investigators of cybercrime will also use other special laws such as ITE, Consumer Protection, Banking, and so on.

In 2001, the website of the Palace Museum was opened to the public, marking that museum’s first step into the digital era in China. Numerous studies and much research has concentrated on how to employ this new technology in order to digitize the museum and its collection. However, little attention has been paid to research regarding visitor satisfaction’s regarding museum websites in China. This research aims to fill the gap. Consequently, this conceptual model has been proposed, and the Palace Museum website was as the research objective. Empirical methodology has been applied and the online survey was created to gather data, which results in a total of 557 questionnaires being analyzed though the SPSS 20.0. The findings demonstrate that system quality, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, and the museum’s image have a positive impact on visitor satisfaction regarding their continuance intention. Furthermore, managerial implications are proposed for museum practitioners.
