" This paper presents the species composition and abundance of epigeal invertebrate fauna collected from experimental pepper crops at the Vegetable Research and Development Station Buzău, Romania during 219-2020. The open field bell pepper Buzau 10 (2019) and Cantemir (2020) varieties were used in the experiment in five variants with two factors, diatomite (three doses) and bioinoculant Trichoderma asperellum Td85 strain. Diatomite was local from the Pătârlagele deposit (Buzău County) and antagonistic fungus was from the collection of microorganisms of Research and Development Institute for Plant Protection Bucharest. The fauna on the soil surface was collected using Barber traps, replaced every two weeks from June to October. The ecological parameters of abundance, dominance, constancy and ecological significance have been calculated using specific formulas. Specific attributes of the two products, diatomite and bioinoculant Trichoderma, reflected on the ecological and structural characteristics of invertebrate communities."

Dioscorea is potentially used as staple food to support food security. The research was aimed to determine the effect of stake length and time of  stem twining  on  the growth of Dioscorea sansibarensis Pax. The experiment was conducted  in  Purwodadi Botanic Garden from December 2014 until May 2015 using split plot randomized block design consisted of two factors, i.e. the stake length and time of stem twining. The stake length was the main plot consisted of 150 cm, 100 cm and 50 cm above soil surface and without stake (control). The time of stem twining as subplots, i.e. stem twined early, twined at the time of 4 leaves stage, and twined at 8 leaves stage. Each combination of the treatments was replicated three times. The results showed that there was significant effect on the stake length  and the time of stem twining treatments on the plant growth and yield. The stake  length of 150 cm treatment produced the highest fresh tuber and total plant dry weight, i.e., 257.24 g and 132.77 g per plant, respectively. On the contrary, the plant without stake produced the lowest fresh tuber and  total dry weight of plant, i.e., 112.10 g and 48.65 g per plant, respectively.<br /><br />Keywords: biomass,leaf area, photosyntesis, tuber weight

This study aims to determine the dose of Trichoderma koningii which can induce soursop germination; know the best soaking time that can affect the induction of soursop germination; to know the interaction between soaking time and Trichoderma koningii dose on soursop germination. This research was conducted in April - June 2019 at the Green House of Plant Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. The material used in this study was soursop seed obtained from Lota Village, Pineleng Tomohon Subdistrict, Trichoderma koningii with 106 solids obtained from the North Sulawesi Province Plant Protection Center Collection, Aquadest, 70% Alcohol, 80% Acetone, sandalready sifter and sterilized. This research was arranged in factorial with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors, namely 5 treatments of Trichoderma koningii dose and 4 immersion treatments repeated three times (3x) so that a total of 60 treatment units. Each treatment unituses 10 seeds. The results of this study indicated that the dose of Trichoderma koninggi 200 g without soaking can increase the germination power by 86.67% and the vigor index by 32.96%; Immersion with Koninggi Trichoderma suspension has not been able to induce soursop seed germination rate; Theinteraction between Trichoderma koningii dose and soaking time did not affect the speed of soursop seed germination.*eprm*

Abstract:This research and development aimed to produce reading comprehension learning module of adventure story text for grade IV elementary school. The step of research and development used in this study were: (preliminary study, (2)planning, (3) product development, (4) product validation, (5) revision 1, (6) product try out, (7) revision 2, and (8) final product. The result of expert validation of fiction prose learning 92% with very valid criteria and the result of expert validation of prose fiction appreciation 100% with very valid criteria. The module application data were obtained from teacher questionnaire responses 90% with very good criteriaand student questionnaire responses 92% with very good criteria.The effectiveness data were obtained of studet learning outcomeswere more than the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) and the average of students learning activities 90% with very active criteria. The attractiveness data wereobtained from students questionnaire responses 92% with interesting criteria. Based on the above results, the reading comprehension learning module of adventure story texts has very valid, very good, effective, and attractive criteria to use in learning at grade IV of elementary school.Keyword: Module, Reading Comprehension, Adventure Story Text, Elementary SchoolAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran membaca pemahaman teks cerita petualangan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan,(3) pengembangan produk, (4) validasi produk, (5) revisi 1, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi 2, dan (8) produk akhir. Hasil validasi ahli pembelajaran prosa fiksi sebesar 92% dengan kriteria sangat valid dan validasi ahli apresiasi prosa fiksi sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Data keterterapan modul diperoleh dari angket respon guru sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan angket respon siswa sebesar 92% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Data keefektifan diperoleh dari hasilbelajar siswa yang lebih dari KKM dan rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat aktif. Data kemenarikan diperoleh dari angket respon siswa sebesar 92% dengan kriteria menarik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, modulpembelajaran membaca pemahaman teks cerita petualangan sangat valid, sangat baik, efektif,dan menarik digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.Kata kunci: Modul, Membaca Pemahaman, Teks Cerita Petualangan, Sekolah Dasar

The potato tuber content of microelements is lower than that of macroelements but they are equally important. With this respect, there has been noticed a favourable effect of natural and organic manuring. The objective of the study reported here was to determine the effect of manuring with an undersown catch crop, either autumn-incorporated or left on the soil surface as mulch for spring incorporation, and production system on the potato tuber content of microelements. The study involved a field experiment, which was conducted in 2009-2012. The following two factors were examined: I − manuring with undersown catch crop: control, farmyard manure, Persian clover, Persian clover + westerwolds ryegrass, westerwolds ryegrass, Persian clover − mulch, Persian clover + westerwolds ryegrass − mulch, westerwolds ryegrass − mulch; II − production system: integrated and organic. Potato tubers were sampled to determine microelement contents. The highest iron and zinc contents were recorded in the tubers of potato manured with autumn-incorporated Persian clover whereas boron content was the highest in the tubers of potato manured with Persian clover, regardless of when it had been incorporated, as well as an autumn-incorporated Persian clover + westerwolds ryegrass mixture. Organic potatoes contained more iron and boron whereas tubers grown in the integrated production system were higher in zinc, manganese and copper. Potato manuring with undersown catch crops and farmyard manure in both the production systems studied increased the potato tuber content of microelements, excluding copper and manganese.

Middens (i.e. persistent ‘dung-heaps’) produced by Rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) on a limestone quarry-spoil bank in the process of reclamation were small areas of enhanced biological activity, initiated and maintained by Rabbits, that were probably beneficial, through recycling of nutrients, to those same Rabbits.The soil of the middens, at a depth of 0–5 cm, was moister, richer in nutrients, of lower pH, and more humic, than elsewhere on the spoil. It probably owed these characteristics to the Rabbits' urine as well as dung.Middens were ‘beneficial’ to the pioneer vegetation through the resultant of increased fertility and grazing; sown grasses were stimulated to produce local patches of sward on the spoil. The plants themselves were more intensely green, and richer in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, than those in the surrounding area.Associated with the soil surface of the middens was a rich invertebrate fauna, some members of which must be directly and entirely dependent on the dung. Overall the Rabbits were judged beneficial to the reclamation.

Dalam penelitian ini telah dikembangkan multimedia interaktif pada konsep kalor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh multimedia interaktif dan gaya belajar terhadap penguasaan konsep kalor siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu studi pendahuluan, pengembangan desain, dan pengujian model. Pada tahap pengujian model digunakan metode kuasi eksperimen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA dengan dua faktor, yaitu model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar. Gaya belajar siswa dibagi menjadi empat kategori berdasarkan model VARK Fleming, yaitu Visual, Auditori, Read, dan Kinestetik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penguasaan konsep siswa yang belajar menggunaan multimedia interaktif lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang belajar tanpa multimedia. Penguasaan konsep kalor siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh gaya belajar, dimana siswa dengan gaya belajar visual memiliki penguasaan konsep yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa dengan gaya belajar lainnya.In this research, we have developed interactive multimedia on heat concepts. This research aimed to analyze the effect of interactive multimedia and learning styles towards students understanding on heat concepts. The research was conducted in three stages: a preliminary study, development, and testing of models. Testing phase of the model used a quasi-experimental method. Data were analyzed using ANOVA with two factors, namely learning models and learning styles. Students' learning styles were divided into four categories based on the model VARK Fleming; Visual, Auditory, Read, and Kinesthetic. The results showed that the average of students understanding who learned using interactive multimedia was still higher than students who learned without interactive multimedia. Students understanding on heat concepts were affected by learning styles, in which students with visual learning styles had higher understanding on heat concepts that students with any other learning styles.

This study is aimed to develop teaching materials of basic electrical and electrical measurement, and to find out the feasibility of the teaching materials that have been developed in SMK Negeri 1 Koba Bangka. This study used the method of Research and Development (R & D) that begins with the preliminary study followed by the development phase and the product assessment. The subjects that consisted of three experts and 28 students of the Department of Electrical Installation Engineering were determined using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The procedure of this study is the process of preparing the teaching materials through the following stages: (a) A preliminary study, by conducting interviews with the head of the program and the teachers. The analysis of the syllabus and core competencies. (b) Collecting learning resources and literature as well as the main points of the materials. (c) Preparing the draft of the materials. (d) The limited trial of the products (e) The extensive product testing. (f) The data analysis and evaluation. The results were the development of the teaching materials was based on the curriculum of 2013 and the syllabus of basic electrical and electrical measurement. The teaching materials were developed starting from the materials of electric current and electron current, electrical materials, passive elements, active elements, direct current resistive circuits, two poles theorem, power and efforts, switching circuits, the system of units of measurement, measuring instruments and electrical measurements, and the types of measuring devices.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar dasar dan pengukuran listrik, dan mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan menurut expert judgment dan peserta didik di SMKN I Koba Bangka. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R & D) yang diawali dengan studi pendahuluan dilanjutkan tahap pengembangan dan penilaian produk. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari tiga orang expert judgement dan 28 orang peserta didik teknik instalasi pemanfaatan tenaga listrik. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner berupa angket. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah proses penyusunan bahan ajar dasar dan pengukuran listrik melalui tahap-tahap sebagai berikut: (a) Studi pendahuluan, dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap ketua program dan guru. Studi analisis silabus dan menganalisa kompetensi dasar dalam penyusunan bahan ajar (b) Mengumpulkan sumber belajar dan literatur serta pokok-pokok materi yang akan disusun. (c) Penyusunan draft bahan ajar dasar dan pengukuran listrik. (d) Uji coba terbatas produk. (e) Uji coba lebih luas produk. (f) Pengolahan data dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan bahan ajar mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik yaitu bahan dikembangkan dari kurikulum 2013 dan silabus mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik. Materi bahan ajar dikembangkan mulai dari materi arus listrik dan arus elektron, bahanbahan listrik, elemen pasif, elemen aktif, rangkaian resistif arus searah, teorema dua kutub, daya dan usaha, peralihan rangkaian, sistem satuan pengukuran, alat ukur dan pengukuran listrik, dan jenis alat ukur.

<p>The purpose of this research is to develop a game media of Snakes and Ladder of Faith which is effective for increasing the self-efficacy of students at SMP Negeri 2 Krian. This research and development method uses a research and development procedure with the following steps: 1) preliminary study, 2) media development, and 3) media testing. Based on the material expert's assessment, an average score of 0.46 was obtained which was categorized as quite feasible. Based on the media expert's assessment, an average score of 0.69 was obtained with the feasible category.  The results of the user test assessment obtained results of 92.3% with the very valid category or can be used without revision. Based on the results of the limited field test, it was obtained that tcount 4.058&gt; ttable 3.182 and Sig (2tailed) 0.027 &lt;0.05, so that H<sub>0</sub> was rejected and H<sub>a</sub> was accepted.  So it can be concluded that the game media, Snake and Ladder of Faith, is effective for increasing student self-efficacy.</p><p><strong></strong><strong><br /></strong></p>

The study analyzed the composition of the aquatic invertebrate fauna of Song Thanh Nature Reserve in Quang Nam province of Vietnam. There were 48 qualitatively and 48 qualitative samples were collected at 12 sitesby plankton net for the zooplankton (plankton net No 52 for qualitative samples and plankton net No 57 for quantative samples), but with zoobenthos, using PondNet for the qualitative samples and Subber Net (50 cm x 50 cm, mesh size 0,2mm) for quantative samples. This investigation was realized in March and September 2015. As a result, a total of 166 species belonging to two groups, the zooplankton group has 12 species, 11 genera, 9 families, 3 ordes, 2 classes and the zoobenthos group has 154 species, 120 genera, 59 families, 13 orders,4classes. The most richness class is insecta with 141 species, 109 genera, 52 families, 9 orders. Moreover, pH is the environmental parameter that has more effective than others on zoobenthos group both in dry and rainy seasons; whereas, turbidity and total dissolved solids are two factors that effectmore strongly than others on zooplankton group. The number of zooplankton species in dry season is lower than in rainy season and in contrast with zoobenthos species. The species of Crustacea and Bivalvia classes are invisible in the dry season, they only appear the species that belong to insecta and Gastropoda classes.             Keyword: aquatic invertebrate, fauna, Song Thanh, Nature Reserve, Vietnam
