ABSTRAKSekolah berasrama merupakan model sekolah yang memiliki tuntutan lebih tinggi dalam hal pembangunan karakter, pengembangan kepribadian, dan penanaman nilai-nilai hidup jika dibanding dengan sekolah reguler. Tuntutan-tuntutan tersebut dapat memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif bagi kehidupan peserta didik sehingga memunculkan respon psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran respon psikososial siswa asrama di Bina Siswa SMA PLUS Cisarua Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa asrama yang berjumlah 210 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden 138 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Psychometric Properties of The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS) yang dikembangkan oleh Lovibond & Lovibond (1995). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat dengan rumus distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan presentase respon psikososial pada siswa asrama hampir seluruhnya (64,5%) atau 89 orang tidak mengalami stres, hampir setengahnya (31,9%) atau 44 orang mengalami kecemasan tingkat sedang, dan hampir seluruhnya (84,1%) atau 116 orang tidak mengalami depresi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan respon psikososial terbesar yang dialami oleh siswa asrama adalah kecemasan tingkat sedang. Saran, pihak asrama diharapkan meningkatkan pelayanan terutama layanan konsultasi atau bimbingan konseling bagi siswa asrama.ABSTRACTBoarding schools are a model of schools that have higher demands in character building, personality development, and the planting of living values when compared to regular schools. These demands can have both positive and negative effects on the learner's life resulting in a psychosocial response. This study aims to determine the description of psychosocial responses of boarding students in Bina Siswa SMA PLUS Cisarua West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with population of all student dormitory which amounted to 210 people. Sampling in this study using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and got the number of respondents 138 people. The instruments used are Psychometric Properties of The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS) developed by Lovibond & Lovibond (1995). The data analysis used is univariate with frequency distribution formula. The results of the study showed that the percentage of psychosocial responses in the dormitories was almost entirely (64.5%) or 89 people were not stressed, nearly half (31.9%) or 44 had moderate anxiety, and almost all (84.1%) or 116 people are not depressed. The conclusions from this study indicate the greatest psychosocial response experienced by boarding students is moderate anxiety. Suggestion, the dormitory is expected to improve the service especially consultation service or counseling guidance for student dormitory.

Pendahuluan : Stres merupakan perasaan tertekan, cemas dan tegang. Stres merupakan respon adaptif terhadap situasi yang dirasakan menantang atau mengancam kesehatan seseorang. Untuk menurunkan stres yang di alami oleh lansia berkaitan dengan harapan hidupnya maka terapi Reminiscence tepat untuk di jadikan intervensi sebagai memulihkan kembali perasaan yang menyenangkan atau mengingat kembali memori pada masa lalu seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi reminiscence terhadap tingkat stress pada lanjut usia di Banjar Tangkas Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tegallalang 1. Metode : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan penelitian One-group pre-test post-test design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sejumlah 20 orang. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan DASS 42 Psychometric Properties Of The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale. Hasil penelitian rata-rata tingkat stress pada lansia pre-test 59,20 dan post-test 41,20 di dapatkan nilai p value =0,000<α=0,05 menunjukkan ada Pengaruh Terapi Reminiscence terhadap tingkat stres pada lanjut usia yang berarti adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Diskusi : Terapi Reminiscence berpengaruh secara signifikan menurunkan tingkat stres pada lanjut usia di Banjar Tangkas Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tegallalang 1. Di sarankan agar terapi reminiscence di jadikan metode alternatif tindakan keperawatan yang dapat dilaksanakan di keperawatan gerontik guna membantu lansia dalam menurunkan stres. Kata Kunci :Lanjut Usia, Stres, Terapi Reminiscence ABSTRACT Introduction : Stress is a feeling of depression, anxiety and tense. Stress is a form of adaptive response to situations that are felt as challenge or threaten someone's health. To lessen the stress that was experienced by the elderly with regards to their life expectancy, Reminiscence therapy is considered appropriate to be created as intervention for restoring back a pleasant feeling or recalling memory in someone's past. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Reminiscence therapy toward stress levels in elderly at Banjar Tangkas within healthcare coverage of Tegallalang community health center 1. Method: This research method is designed to use Pre-experimental research type with One-group pre-test post-test design. The sampling technique used is a non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique that produces sample of 20 people. Data collection instrument uses DASS 42 Psychometric Properties of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale. Result: The result shows the average stress level of elderly in pre-test is 59,20 and in post-test is 41,20 which resulted p value = 0,000 <α=0,05 indicate that there is influence of Reminiscence therapy toward stress level in elderly which means that there issignificant influences. reminiscence therapy significantly influences lower stress level in elderly in Banjar Tangkas With in Health care Coverage of Tegallalang Community Health Center 1. It is recommended that Reminiscence therapy to be madeasan alternative method of nursing act that can be implemented in gerontic nursing to help elderly in reducing their stress. Aim: This paper aims to develop the Turkish version of the dental environmental stress (DES) scale that can evaluate perceived DES in Turkish dental students. Materials and Methods: A methodological study was conducted to adapt the DES scale to Turkish language in Gaziantep University, Faculty of Dentistry. The study group consisted of 392 students in the academic year 2018/19. The students were surveyed using the DES scale, translated into Turkish language. The demographic characteristics were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analyses. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity were employed to evaluate the suitability of the dataset. Exploratory factor analysis was performed to assess construct validity. Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 was used to predict the power of the scale. In reliability analysis, the instrument’s internal consistency and corrected item-total correlation, Cronbach’s α reliability were studied. Results: Content Validity Index of the scale items was found to have a high validity range of 0.97. Two items with an estimate value less than 0.4 were excluded and 30 items yielded five factor. Five factors having eigenvalues greater than 1.0 explained 52.299% of the total variance. Each factor showed adequate internal consistency. Factor loadings ranged from 0.46 to 0.77. In the concurrent validity, significant positive relationship was found between DASS-21 and Turkish DES. Conclusion: According to psychometric properties, the Turkish version of the DES presented good results, thus it could be a valid instrument to assess the perceived stress in Turkish dental students.

Measurement instruments that have satisfactory psychometric properties are needed to improve mental health research and services, especially in the effort to measure, identify, and monitor the psychological problems experienced by individuals. The purpose of this study is to examine the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS). The study involved 1,922 participants from Surabaya aged between 16 and 26. The data were obtained using the convenience sampling method. Testing of the factor structure, reliability, and measurement invariance of the Indonesian DASS was performed using a confirmatory factor, composite reliability, and multi-group analysis. It was found that a bifactor model consisting of specific (depression, anxiety, and stress) and general (psychological distress) factors was the best structure for the DASS. Furthermore, the model also showed satisfactory composite reliability and measurement invariance across genders. The results indicated that the Indonesian version of the DASS was a valid and reliable instrument for measuring and comparing depression, anxiety, stress, and psychological distress between genders in the Indonesian sample.
