The Turkish Republics of the Caspian region have maintained their importance throughout history and are still important for a variety of reasons. Always having strategic importance, this region is sometimes commercially military-friendly. At present, the world is on the agenda thanks to rich oil and natural gas reserves, and has not been stable for many years. The search for alternative hydrocarbon resources is to meet the growing population in the world today and thus meet growing energy needs. In this case, the countries of the Caspian region have become the countries attracting attention to the rich energy resources of Western energy and global energy companies.

This article discusses the features of the development of the oil and gas markets. The latest trends and problems associated with the extraction and sale of energy resources are analyzed in detail. After analyzing the essence of the main problem sectors, we can conclude that the oil and gas products market is currently facing three main strategies, namely, increasing fossil fuel production, diversification and reorientation to renewable sources

Oil and natural gas are significant commodities in the world, on which the world industry, production, transport and other directions are depended. After the spreading of Corona Virus and continuous oil production by Russia, oil price began decreasing. This fact impacted on economy of the world oil producer countries and not only. It is noteworthy that the total bulk of the world oil reserves were 244.1 billion tonnes in 2018 which was increased by 1.3% compared to last year. At the same year the oil consumption was 4.5 billion tonnes which was increased by 1.6% compared to last year, too. Though oil consumption is connected to an ecological problems. The situation is lighter in case of natural gas, than oil. The alternative energies of oil, and generally hydrocarbons, are considered green economy, namely renewable energy resources. This means rationally using the resources, keeping reproductive processes, increasing productivity, saving economic and social prosperity of humans. Replacing non-renewable, lacking energy resources are being replaced with the renewable and ecologically clear ones (Abesadze, R. 2019). The aim of the sudy is to investigate how it is possible to replace hydrocarbons with renawble resources, how it only depends on the cost and stability of them, how it is possible to “let” the green economy, namely, renewable resources to be developed in the world, when oil and natural gas represent one of the instruments of power in the context of globalization.

This chapter discusses the possibility of developing an energy market in Turkey. Turkey currently serves as an energy transit corridor, with the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) and Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipelines and with its seaborne oil trade, where large volumes are carried by tankers through its straits. Turkey also has the potential to become an energy market with new projects connecting producers in Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Caucasus, and major consumers of oil and natural gas in Europe and other regions of the world. Two recent megaprojects, The Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP) and Turkish Stream will move Turkey closer to fulfilling this dream. Turkey, however, needs to meet some requirements to be considered a mature energy market. These are related, among others, to factors such as its infrastructure, storage capacity, market reforms, and easy market access for private firms to actively participate in the energy market.

America is the richest country in the world. And yet tonight, thousands of your neighbours will go to bed hungry. It may be your child's schoolmate who is undernourished and has difficulty learning on an empty stomach. Or it could be a co-worker, a working mother whose low-wage job doesn't make ends meet. Perhaps it's an elderly neighbour who has to make a decision whether to delay filling a prescription or buying groceries. The faces of hunger are as broad as the faces of America- David Nasby, General Mills Over 1.2 billion people - one in every five on Earth - live on less than $1 (U.S)a day. We're getting fatter and fatter in America, as well as in most of the rest of the world. Of course there are some starving people who don't have enough to eat or to sustain themselves, and this is a serious problem that should be addressed. Poverty does not have one clear definition. It is a complicated, multi-faceted concept. For this paper the term 'poverty' will be used to mean a lack of access to basic resources including food, clean water, sanitation, education and capital. Indeed, hunger is the worst manifestation of poverty and it will persist as long as poverty exists but Are people only hungry for food? No!. People are hungry everywhere, some for money, some for property, some for lust, some for love, some for power. As long as there is a desire for more and more, hunger cannot be eradicated. Hunger for food is fatal but equally debatable issue as other hungers of world. You give food to poor because they are hungry, they will be more hungry for better food then. Hunger is immortal but poverty can be murdered. The world has made great strides in the struggle against poverty, but we're a long way from realizing the benchmark of the Millennium Development Goals to cut in half by 2015 the proportion of people who suffer poverty. Growing population is not the cause of poverty, money is enough in the world infact more than it would have been but it is the distribution which is flawed. Richer getting richer and poorer getting poorer, it is not the mistake of poor or the luck of richer but the system itself which was created to make such difference whether it is brettonwoods conference or Americas plan to capture oil contented nations. The aim of this paper will be to prove, it is poverty alone which can be eradicated from the world by different mechanisms and policies for which every country should stand and deliver its part but not the hunger of desire to have more and more.

The logistic function is used to forecast energy consumed worldwide and oil production in the U.S. The logistic substitution model is used to describe the energy mix since 1965 presenting a picture significantly different from the one covering the previous 100 years. In the new picture coal gently gains on oil and hydroelectric gains on natural gas even if it is three times smaller. Finally, renewables—wind, geothermal, solar, biomass, and waste—grow exclusively on the expense of nuclear, and are poised to overtake it by the late 2030s. By mid-21st century, coal, oil, and natural gas still remain the main players of comparable size. Hydroelectric has almost doubled in size. The only significant substitution is that of renewables having replaced nuclear albeit remaining at less than a ¼ the size of the other three energy sources. U.S. oil produced by fracking is forecasted to cease by mid-21st century, while oil produced by traditional methods should continue on its slowly declining trend. US oil production is likely to represent less than 1% of the oil consumed worldwide by mid-21st century.

The paper examines the primary drivers and factors influencing the volatility of natural gas prices in the world from January 2007 to July 2020. In addition to the narrow dependence between crude oil and natural gas prices, the influence of renewable energy production and coal production on the price of natural gas has been studied. For that purpose, the method of multiple linear regression was used. The results show that the volatility of natural gas prices significantly depends on the type of the shock in the natural gas market, and that the total production of energy from renewable sources, production of coal and natural gas and the price of crude oil have a significant impact on the price of gas.

Nowadays, fossil fuels are well known as a predominant source of energy in the planet. Located in the Middle East region, Iran holds one of the largest fossil fuel reservoirs in the world. The country has abundant oil and natural gas fields in various regions; some of them are shared between other countries and have not reached their operational capacity yet. Meanwhile, during recent years and due to global warming followed by environmental global contracts such as Kyoto protocol, using fossil fuels is being criticized to a large extent around the world. Therefore, the global interest has been focused toward clean energy resources. Furthermore, endowed with sundry geographical pattern throughout its land, Iran has adequate renewable energy potentials. So, there will be a serious paradox affecting its whole energy policy: more exploration and extraction of conventional fossil fuels or take advantage of renewable and sustainable energy resources? In this paper, energy structure of Iran is generally overviewed, followed by study of renewable energy potentials in various parts of the country. Afterwards, policy making in renewable energy market, systems, and applicable strategies are elaborated. Furthermore, a number of barriers obstructing the development path of renewable energy schemes and initiatives are presented and discussed in detail.

What are the fossil fuels? Fossil fuels—coal, petroleum, natural gas, and their by-products— account for approximately 85% of the world′s primary energy needs today. Use of these fuels drives industrialized economies and has become an integral part of every aspect of productive activity and...
