Lactation Preparation In pregnancy is an effective activity to increase exclusive breast milk coverage and early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). Participants are prioritized pregnant women as well as posyandu cadre mothers. The success of exclusive breastfeeding depends heavily on lactation preparation during pregnancy, often found in the field, the fundamental reasons mothers do not give breast milk to their babies are, (1) Breast milk has not come out on the first day, so given Formula Milk while waiting for mother's breast milk, (2) Breast milk is still a little, and (3) Nipples sink. Some of the above reasons can be anticipated in pregnancy at the age of aterm pregnancy, namely by explaining to the mother about the lactation process, the baby's need for breast milk in the early stages of birth and breast care at the age of aterm pregnancy, as well as the provision of knowledge about balanced nutrition that can be consumed during pregnancy to help increase the production of breast milk in the nifas / or lactation period, However, this group is open to others who have similar interests, such as husbands, or families who will support and accompany the mother during pregnancy until the process of breastfeeding later. Through the extension of lactation preparation given, it is expected that pregnant women can prepare the lactation process since pregnancy as an effort to successfully breastfeed exclusively.

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding based on Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 is breast milk given to infants since birth for six months, without adding and / or replacing with other foods or beverages (except medicines, vitamins and minerals). Nutrition improvement programs include several activities including nutritional surveillance, consultation, examination of toddlers by specialist doctors, monitoring of Exclusive Breastfeeding and Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) as well as the empowerment of the Community Supporting Groups (KP-Ibu). The Imogiri (MAMI) Mobile ASI Motivator Program was formed in 2009 with its initial activities in the form of exclusive ASI mentoring activities with a background of frequent failures in exclusive breastfeeding in the first three months after the baby was born and 0-3 days the mother gave formula milk, then in the year 2015 was named as ASI Mobile Imogiri (MAMI) Motivator.Method: This study aims to determine the input, process, output, outcome, feedback and environment in the MAMI program. This research type was qualitative with descriptive approach using in-depth interview method and observation. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Imogiri I Bantul Special Region of Yogyakarta with 11 informants, consist of Program Coordinator, Head of Puskesmas, Posyandu cadre and lactating mother. Results: The number of human resources was sufficient but in quality is still said to be less. The public understands the importance of Exclusive Breast Milk, but overall the program has not run maximally. Children exclusively breastfed exclusively have better immunity than formula fed children. The environment of breastfeeding mothers has an important role in exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: The program is not running maximally yet.

Breast care during pregnancy is one important part that must be considered as preparation for breastfeeding later. Breasts need to be prepared since pregnancy so that if the baby is born it can function properly immediately when needed. Breast care is also very helpful in the success of early breastfeeding, which affects exclusive breastfeeding. Breast care (Breast Care) is a way of caring for breasts performed during pregnancy or the puerperium for the production of breast milk, other than that for cleanliness of the breast and the form of nipples that go in or flat. Nipples are actually not an obstacle for mothers to breastfeed well by knowing from the beginning, mothers have time to make it easier for nipples to breastfeed. Besides that it is also very important to pay attention to personal hygiene. Current problems faced by partners include the lack of knowledge of pregnant women regarding the importance of breast care during pregnancy, so it is considered necessary to provide counseling to provide knowledge to pregnant women to prepare pregnant women to give early breastfeeding at the time of delivery and provide exclusive breastfeeding to infants up to 2 years. Community service activities are carried out at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Time of implementation in January 2019. The target is pregnant women. Community service methods survey approach, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation. The results obtained are pregnant women able to understand about the benefits of breast care during pregnancy. It is recommended for health workers, especially in Puskesmas to give more information about breast care to pregnant women by participating in activities carried out in the village and RT so that pregnant women get information about breast care and can prepare for early breastfeeding to infants properly.

The failure to implement Exclusive Breast Milk (ASI) is often obtained in the early period after delivery because the milk has not yet been released is a reason for mothers to provide formula milk. This activity aims to provide lactation massage education for third-trimester pregnant women to increase breastfeeding. The activity was carried out in four meetings. The implementation of the activity went well, and the majority of participant characteristics were ideal (80%), multi-parity (70%), mothers with low education levels (70%), and mothers working as IRT (90%). It is hoped that outreach activities on lactation massage for pregnant women can be used as a routine program for health centers and health workers so that they can assist and prepare pregnant women with knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding before delivery.

RELATIONSHIP OF EDUCATION LEVEL WITH EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING KNOWLEDGE IN PREGNANT WOMEN IN WONOGIRI II PRIMARY HEALTH CARE ABSTRACTExclusive breastfeeding means if the baby is only breastfed, without the addition of other fluids such as formula milk, lemon juice, honey, tea water, water and no added solid foods such as bananas, papaya, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge and the team for 6 months. The low coverage of the success of exclusive breastfeeding in infants is influenced by many things, including low knowledge and lack of information to mothers and families about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, hospital management or delivery centers which often do not apply rooming-in, health facilities provide formula milk to newborns, many working mothers find it difficult to breastfeed while working. At the Puskesmas Wonogiri II, coverage of exclusive breastfeeding until October 2010 was 87% of 72 mothers breastfeeding infants 0-6 months. Midwives are of the opinion that the mother's knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding should start from the time the mother is pregnant, so that when the mother gives birth, the mother has a lot of knowledge, is ready to provide exclusive breastfeeding so that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding increases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education level and knowledge of pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding. The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The are72 sample with total sampling technique used, and using an open questionnaire with 25 items to assess the knowledge of pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding. Data analysis used the chi square test to test the hypothesis. The results of the study there was no significant relationship between the level of education and knowledge of pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion, knowledge of pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding is not only influenced by education. Keyword: Education level, knowledge, exclusive breastfeeding
