The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis based on inferencing statistical models. The data collection is done using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. After the data is collected, it is then processed using logic analysis for qualitative and statistical analysis for quantitative data using descriptive statistics, regression, and correlation. Based on the hypothesis test, the perception of PAI teachers about the implementation of supervision by the principal contributed positively and significantly to the teacher's creativity in teaching. Based on this, it can be concluded that in order for teacher creativity to increase in learning, the competency of the principal as a supervisor should be optimized so as to be able to carry out the leadership functions in accordance with the field of work. In addition, the implementation of administrative supervision and learning activities needs to be carried out formally or incidentally, so that the teacher's creativity in teaching increases

Purpose The present study aims to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and the readability of financial statements with the mediating role of management characteristics of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. In other words, this research tries to find the answer to whether intellectual capital can positively affect the readability of financial statements. Design/methodology/approach A multivariate regression model was used to test the hypotheses for this purpose. The research hypotheses were tested using a sample of 1,309 observations listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2018 and a multiple regression model based on panel data and fixed-effects models. Findings The results indicate that intellectual capital has a positive and significant relationship with the readability of financial statements, which means that with increasing intellectual capital in companies, financial statements’ readability also increases. Based on the hypothesis test results, it has been determined that narcissism, accrual and real earnings management have a negative effect on the relationship between intellectual capital and the readability of financial statements. Originality/value Since the present study examines such an issue in emerging markets, it provides users, analysts and legal entities with useful information about management’s inherent and acquired characteristics that significantly impact the purchase of audit opinion. This article describes a new data set consisting of precise digital maps of regions that were the subject of interstate territorial disputes in the period 1947 to 2000. Each dispute identified by Huth and Allee is rendered as a polygon corresponding to the area subject to overlapping claims. After describing the data collection procedures and presenting some descriptive statistics, this article develops three novel results that demonstrate the potential of geospatial data to advance our understanding of the causes and consequences of territorial conflict. In particular, I use the data to (1) show how different measurements of the geographic extent of disputes can help unpack the mechanisms through which they dampen international trade, (2) cast doubt on the role of oil deposits in fueling territorial conflict by analyzing the relationship at a finer level of spatial resolution than previously possible, and (3) examine the harmful legacy of territorial conflict on local development in formerly contested regions along the El Salvador-Honduras border.

This study aims to examine the role of social awareness orientation as a moderator of the relationship between feedback characteristics and feedback reactions. Feedback for employees can improve performance and motivation. The results of previous studies on feedback indicate that employee reactions to feedback can be influenced by the process of feedback itself. In addition, previous studies have shown that there are other factors that can affect how different individuals react to feedback, one of which is the orientation of social awareness that every individual possesses. Feedback characteristics in this study consist of the credibility of the feedback provider and the delivery of feedback. The study involved 92 participants consisting of 23 men and 69 women. Participants are employees who work in the field of academic administrative services in several universities in Jakarta. As many as 60 people (65%) of them work at private universities, while 32 others (35%) work at public universities. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is found that the credibility of the feedback provider and the delivery of feedback are proven to be a predictor of feedback reactions in academic administrative service employees. This study also shows that social awareness orientation fails to become a moderator of the relationship between feedback characteristics and feedback reactions in academic administrative service employees.
