Beragam program diterapkan LAZISNU untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, salah satu program yang di jalankan yaitu program Gerakan KOIN NU Peduli, yaitu gerakan sosial yang dilakukan oleh warga Nahdiliyin dengan cara mengumpulkan uang receh (koin) dari rumah-rumah warga dan tempat-tempat toko kelontong. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan koin NU di LAZISNU cabang Nganjuk. Bagaimana penggolongan Mustahiq di LAZISNU Cabang Nganjuk. Dan  bagaimana penyaluran Koin NU Mustahiq di LAZISNU Cabang Nganjuk. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan cara pengelolaan dana Koin NU di LAZISNU Cabang Nganjuk. untuk mengetahui bagaimana LAZISNU menggolongkan Mustahiq. serta mengetahui bagaimana cara LAZISNU menyalukan dana Koin NU kepada Mustahiq. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data peneliti melakukan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan koin NU merupakan gerakan sosial yang dilakukan oleh warga Nahdiliyin dengan cara mengumpulkan uang receh (koin) dari rumah warga Nahdlatul Ulama. Program ini sebagai bentuk tindaklanjut dari program kader pergerak Nahdlatul Ulama (PKPNU). Uang receh yang berhasil terkumpul pada kaleng-kaleng yang sudah disebar akan diambil setiap bulan sekali dan dijadikan satu, kemudian dikelola untuk dibagi serta disalurkan pada mustahiq.

Ulama have an important and influential role to the Muslim societies in Indonesia. Ulama are Muslim scientists who master and well-understand of religious knowledge in Islam. At the present, Ulama also as an important figure who drives economic growth in the community in this case related to Islamic banking which conducts business activities based on sharia principles. The aim of the research is to explore the perception of Ulama towards the implementation of Islamic banking and to analyse the factors that influence the perception of Ulama in Semarang city. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative data is collected by interviewing 3 representatives of Indonesian Muslim organization including Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah and Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) in Semarang city. The data validity technique used is to use the triangulation method and the data collected are analysed by adopting the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which consists of three processes namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that the Kiai and Ulama in Semarang city which could be classified from the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) revealed that their perceptions were limited to theories through the Qur’an and Hadits. Different from Muhammadiyah who better understand the implementation of Islamic banking because the representatives from the MUI and Muhammadiyah themselves act as Sharia Supervisory Board.

ABSTRACT Religious traditions in Indonesia are known to be very moderate and tolerant abroad is a reflection of the character of a great noble nation. Between religion, tradition and culture are able to perform compounds so as to create a genuine religious harmony. Because of this reality Indonesia is regarded as the largest Muslim majority country in the world that almost without conflict, in the midst of reality Muslim countries in the Middle East that impressed the dispute into the daily menu. However, the reality of Indonesia as a moderate nation is injured by the act of a group that is fond of terrorism and radicalism by riding Islamic religious teachings. Thus, this reversed religion is assumed as a source of cruelty.   It is through that phenomenon researcher, feel the need to examine the strategy of disseminating moderate Islam by Nahdlatul Ulama. The selection of this Islamic organization according to the authors due to its success in moderating Islam in Indonesia. In this study, the study using a qualitative approach or method as well as adopting the theory of Van Dijk discourse analysis as a scalpel to peel the discourse of moderate Islam published by PWNU East Java through the website. As for this research, the findings are important, among others are: 1) moderate Islamic discourse campaigned by Nahdlatul Ulama East Java is categorized into three segments, namely social, religious and nationality. 2) the text structure that builds moderate Islamic discourse NU East Java in Van Dijk perspective constructed in three domains, namely text, social cognition and social context. 3) the principles of Public Relationship implemented by NU through cyber (online media), among others; News publications and expert opinions, production of image and video-based information, and updating official NU information to the public about their attitudes and views on the phenomena that occur by promoting the values of Islamic moderatism. Importasi limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (limbah B3) dan sampah ke wilayah Indonesia saat ini masih terjadi. Jumlah kontainer yang diimpor ke Indonesia sepanjang Januari 2018 hingga Januari 2020 mencapai ribuan kontainer (3.272 kontainer) yang diantaranya 1.662 kontainer berisi limbah B3 dan sampah yang dilarang diimpor ke Indonesia. Importasi limbah B3 dan sampah tersebut dimanipulasi dengan dinyatakan sebagai limbah Non B3 untuk bahan baku industri melalui pemalsuan dokumen impor. Hal tersebut berhubungan dengan upaya pencegahan importasi limbah B3 dan sampah ke Indonesia belum efektif. Dalam tulisan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya pencegahan importasi limbah B3 dan sampah ke wilayah Indonesia yang dielaborasi melalui pendekatan pencegahan secara persuasif dan preventif. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data dan informasi diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Snowball (bola salju) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, telaahan dokumen dan observasi lapangan. Selanjutnya data-data penelitian yang dihasilkan dikumpulkan, diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan mengenai upaya pencegahan importasi limbah B3 dan sampah ke wilayah Indonesia. Hasil analisis atas data dan informasi yang didapat dari survei melalui wawancara terhadap 3 (tiga) Kementerian dan surveyor, telaahan dokumen dan observasi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa upaya pencegahan importasi limbah B3 dan sampah saat ini masih belum efektif dikarenakan penaatan terhadap peraturan yang masih rendah, sanksi yang belum tegas, ketentuan teknis tentang kriteria penetapan limbah B3, limbah Non B3 dan sampah masih bersifat umum, belum adanya pedoman dan panduan pemeriksaan limbah impor yang mudah dipahami serta masih adanya perbedaan presepsi atau belum adanya keseragaman pihak-pihak yang terkait mengenai pemahaman di dalam penentuan limbah yang boleh dan dilarang diimpor. Dengan demikian, perbaikan upaya pencegahan importasi limbah B3 dan sampah ke wilayah Indonesia sudah seharusnya dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan pencegahan importasi limbah B3 dan sampah dilakukan melalui pendekatan pencegahan secara persuasif dan preventif, yaitu pengaturan dan implementasi penaatan terhadap peraturan yang terkait importasi limbah B3, limbah Non B3 dan sampah yang lebih ketat serta adanya pedoman dan panduan pemeriksaan limbah Non B3 impor di negara muat yang aplikatif dan mudah dipahami oleh pemeriksa limbah.Kata Kunci: Pencegahan, persuasif dan preventif, importasi, limbah dan sampah

This article is motivated by the fact that the existence of the Street Vendor (PKL) profession is a manifestation of the difficulty of work and the lack of jobs. The scarcity of employment due to the consideration of the number of jobs with unbalanced workforce, economically this has an impact on the number of street vendors (PKL) exploding ... The purpose of being a street vendor is, as a livelihood, making a living, looking for a bite of rice for family, because of the lack of employment, this caused the number of traders to increase. The scarcity of jobs, causes informal sector migration job seekers to create an independent spirit, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, with capital, managed by traders who are true populist economic actors. The problems in street vendors are: (1) how to organize, regulate, empower street vendors in the cities (2) how to foster, educate street vendors, and (3) how to help, find capital for street vendors (4) ) how to describe grief as a Five-Foot Trader. This paper aims to find a solution to the problem of street vendors, so that cases of conflict, cases of disputes, clashes of street vendors with Satpol PP can be avoided. For this reason, the following solutions must be sought: (1) understanding the causes of the explosions of street vendors (2) understanding the problems of street vendors. (3) what is the solution to solving street vendors in big cities. (4) describe Street Vendors as actors of the people's economy. This article is qualitative research, the social paradigm is the definition of social, the method of retrieving observational data, in-depth interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses Interactive Miles and Huberman theory, with stages, Collection Data, Display Data, Data Reduction and Vervying or conclusions.

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.

This article aims to offer a textual analysis of Rahima and Fahmina’s publications. Rahima and Fahmina are two Non-Government Organizations founded in 2000 by a young generation of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), one of the largest moderate Muslim organizations in Indonesia. There are more similarities than differences between Rahima and Fahmina because the persons involved in the organizations are close friends and, in fact, the same persons even though both are based in two different cities. Since their foundation, both Rahima and Fahmina have published many books and magazines. This article argues that both Rahima dan Fahmina publications offer a new grounded feminist approach to Islam, which counterbalance the dominant male-biased normative approach to Islam in most Muslim societies. These publications are based on their feminist activism and community engagement with the grass-root level of many Nahdlatul Ulama pesantrens (Islamic boarding schools). The topics of their publication cover many current issues such as fiqh of women’s reproductive rights and empowerment, fiqh of the daily life of migrant workers, fiqh of anti-trafficking, prevention of child marriage, violent extremism and religious pluralism. As a result, the progressive nature of their publications negates the existing label of NU as the traditionalist organization.

Indonesia is known for its multicultural social setting, with approximately three hundred local ethnicities and five hundred local languages. Religions also have infiltrated into the life of Indonesia. Among six officially recognized religions, Islam occupies the majority religion in the country, and the total number of Muslims is almost two hundred million. That makes Indonesia the most populous Muslim country in the world. However, we also know that the legacy of pre-Islamic civilizations, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and indigenous religions, is still deeply rooted in Indonesian soil. With this socio-cultural background, Indonesian Islam has developed with the influence of local traditions. We see several Islamic rituals and practices that seem to have been "Indonesianized". Yet, this localized version of Islam is by no means favoured by more religiously strict Islamic groups. In 2015, Nahdlatul Ulama, the largest Islamic organization, launched the so-called Islam Nusantara movement, which upholds the essence of local culture in Islam. This newly-emerged religious movement also presents a profound question in relation to the authenticity of religion, that is, whether religions are able to maintain the "original" rituals and practices without historical,  geographical and regional influences. We will explore the development of the Islam Nusantara movement with this question in mind.

The aim of this study were to find out category shift types used in thetranslation of novel To Kill A Bird and to describe of how category shift is translatedin the novel from English into Indonesian. This study were conducted by usingdescriptive qualitative method. The data of the study were words, phrases, andclauses in the novel To Kill A Mockingbird which is translated into Indonesian byFemmy Syahrianni. It was found that there were 280 data in the novel from Englishinto Indonesian. The data analysis were taken by listing and bolding. Documentarysheets used as the instrument to collect the data. The data were analyzed based onMiles and Huberman (2014) by condensation which consists of selecting, focusing,simplifying, abstracting and transforming and then data display by using table inorder to get easy analyzing the data. The result of this study were (1) there were fourtypes of category shifts found in the novel To Kill a Mockingbird namely; structureshifts (36.78%), class shift (27.14%), unit shift (32.5%) and intra-system shift(3.27%). (2) The process of category shifts in the translation novel by havingmodifier-head in source language changed into head-modifier in target language,adverb in source language changed into verb in target language, one unit in sourcelanguage changed into some units in target language. and plural in source languagechanged into singular in target language.

Kajian feminisme berusaha memberikan kesadaran yang berhubungan dengan kaum perempuan dan dapat diubah menjadi keseimbangan-keseimbangan yang dinamis. Salah satu obyek kajian penelitian ialah puisi “Tjoemboean” yang etrdiri atas tiga puluh satu bait. Puisi ini ditulis oleh Potjut-potjut Chadidja, Tiawah, Aseb, dan Fatimah, dan dijadikan sebagai alat artikulasi kritis perempuan terhadap isu-isu yang berkenaan dengan kehidupan perempuan. Puisi “Tjoemboean” ini dapat juga ditransformasi menjadi drama. Drama merupakan salah satu karya sastra yang dipanggungkan, di dalamnya terdapat alur cerita beserta para tokoh yang berperan dalam menjalankan isi cerita tersebut. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrisikan kajian feminisme yang terdiri atas idealisme pengarang, tekanan tokoh wanita dalam puisi dan juga aspek psikoanalisa pengarang berdasarkan puisi “Tjoemboean”. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini teori yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah teori intertekstual khususnya untuk kepentingan transformasi puisi menjadi naskah drama. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mengumpulkan dokumen khususnya buku puisi dengan instrumennya ialah peneliti sendiri sehingga hasil kajian feminisme puisi dan transfomasinya menjadi naskah drama yang sekaligus sebagai data primer untuk penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif karena peneliti berusaha mendeskripsikan hasil kajian. Langkah analisis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah mereduksi data, display data, dan menyusun kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin kebsahan data penelitian, maka peneliti melakukan trianggulasi yakni memeriksa kesesuain obyek penelitian dengan hasil kajian baik hasil kajian feminis maupun transformasinya menjadi naskah drama. Akhirnya, rekomendasi atau saran atas penelitian ini ialah agar kesetaraan gender lebih gencar diimplementasikan dalam struktur sosial masyarakat sehingga perempuan juga memiliki kedudukan dan peran yang sama dengan laki-laki. Selain itu, hasil transformasi puisi menjadi naskah drama ini dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia.  Kata Kunci: Feminisme, Transformasi, Puisi “Tjoemboean”, Naskah Drama
