E-learning are widely adopted in todays' university classrooms to supplement teaching approaches. Moodle is the most popular learning management system (LMS) that builds with the features of recording the learners' data and activities. Leveraging learners' data has become a trend in searching for informed guidance and actionable insights to optimise the learning design. Literature shows that the highest levels of participation do not correlate with the best academic results, and the most engaged students are likely the weakest students who try to improve their performance.This dataset contains the information about 659 students, the logs of their interactions, and the summary of site entries over one academic semester.

Secara konvensional proses pembelajaran dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi ataupun penyampaian materi di dalam suatu kelas atau perkuliahan. Proses pembelajaran seperti ini sulit diterapkan pada bidang pemrograman terutama untuk kelas besar. Keterampilan dalam membuat suatu algoritme, logika, bahasa pemrograman, dan pengetahuan-pengetahuan lain seperti matematika juga sangat diperlukan dalam membuat suatu program komputer. Pada kondisi ini, sistem manajemen pembelajaran atau learning management system (LMS) memiliki peranan penting dalam melengkapi dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran konvensional di bidang pemrograman. Tim Olimpiade Komputer Indonesia (TOKI) telah mengembangkan aplikasi SMP pemrograman yang disebut TOKI Learning Contest (LC) untuk bahasa pemrograman Pascal, C, dan C++. Penelitian ini menganalisis TOKI LC dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen pembelajaran agar dapat mendukung dan melengkapi proses pembelajaran di bidang pemrograman untuk mahasiswa bidang studi ilmu komputer atau informatika dengan menambahkan sistem penilaian bahasa Scheme, Java, PHP, dan Perl dan menguji kinerja masing-masing bahasa. Penelitian ini telah menambahkan grader otomatis untuk empat bahasa pemrograman yaitu Scheme, Java, PHP, dan Perl, yang memenuhi konsep asynchronous e-learning. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kinerja run time pada bahasa pemrograman Java menggunakan waktu yang lebih lama. Selain itu penggunaan memory space pada bahasa Java menggunakan memori yang cukup besar untuk menjalankan setiap program dibandingkan bahasa pemrograman lain.<br /><br />Kata kunci: grader, pemrograman, sistem manajemen.

<p align="left">The context of this work is that of designing a Instructional Management Systems - Learning Design (IMS-LD) model for collaboration space of a Learning Management System (LMS). Our work is specifically in the field or seeking to promote, by means of information technology from a distance. Our approach is to first think about the conditions for creating a real collaboration space between learners, and designing the IT environment that supports this space. In this paper, we try to adapt the IMS-LD model with a collaboration model for Learning Management System based on the social constructivism. This adaptation will go through three stages. Firstly, the development of an LMS model. Secondly, the study of correspondence between the developed model and IMS-LD model. Finally their transformation to IMS-LD model.<strong></strong></p>

Seamless learning and ubiquitous learning are nested concepts and they may be confused notions without elaborating definitions and implications. In this chapter, seamless learning is handled deeply, and ubiquitous computing and ubiquitous learning concepts are explained. Seamless learning is explained through the definition stated by Kuh and implications carried out by numerous researchers who conducted many studies in the field. Each implication and study are analyzed and elaborated carefully in order to propose an efficient seamless learning management system. In addition to those analyses, after explaining ubiquitous computing and ubiquitous learning concepts, MOOCs are mentioned in order to give a well applied ubiquitous learning system. Finally depending on seamless learning fundamentals (stated by authors) an efficient seamless learning management system is proposed.

The 4.0 industrial revolution that occurs today, demands the changes of learning process in universities towards learning based on digital. The form of digitalization of the learning process will later penetrate the boundaries of space and time that have been blocking the interaction between the lecturers and the students. This simple writing, then will describe the design of the digital learning process in colleges. The digitalization in this paper means an android-based learning design utilizing software/learning management system (LMS) for activities in the network (online) in Indonesian phonology courses. Some features that can be utilized in managing LMS-based learning are: a) Courses, with courses menu, the users can create new classes, join classes that have already existed or browse through the predefined class list. b) Groups which functions like the wall messages of the group members and can also post on the wall messages. When joining a group, the users can search for parts of the group that the users want. c) Resources are to maintain, to track the documents, files and images that users upload in the class. d) Recent Activity is to display the latest news contained in the account. e) Calendar, to display the calendar page that was posted earlier in the Recent Activity. f) Messages are to send messages or view the messages among the fellow users, and g) People is to be able to see a list of the users in a class.
