The purpose of this study is to analyze the expectations and needs of training participants, to analyze the level of relationship of each expectation and need and formulation of improvements to improve the quality of the curriculum for the ESDM Ministry's Strategic Planning Training, and to formulate improvement  recommendations for the curriculum development of the ESDM Ministry's Strategic Planning Drafting Training. The research data was extracted with literature study techniques, questionnaires and interviews. Research informants are alumni of the ESDM Ministry's strategic planning training and Trainers of PPSDM Aparatur (curriculum experts and strategic training substance). Data analysis uses interactive model analysis. The results of this study are information on the expectations and needs of training participants, an analysis of the level of relationship of each expectation and needs of trainees in the ESDM Ministry's Strategic Planning and its improvements formula, andimprovement recommendations for curriculum development of the ESDM Ministry's Strategic Planning.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. ABSTRAKPentingnya laporan keuangan bagi banyak pihak, menyebabkan laporan tersebut harus disajikan secara relevan dan reliabel. Kualitas audit yang baik dapat menyebabkan laporan keuangan semakin dipercaya keasliannya. Kualitas audit tergantung pada independensi dan kompetensi auditor. Independensi dan kompetensi seorang auditor tergantung pada pengalaman maupun sikap skeptis yang dimiliki auditor tersebut. Pengalaman auditor akan meningkat dikarenakan telah terbiasa dengan pekerjaannya sehingga auditor akan bekerja secara efisien dan lebih tahan terhadap tekanan klien. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 auditor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada auditor yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi tanpa dan dengan variabel moderasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas audit di KAP Provinsi Bali memiliki hubungan secara positif dengan pengalaman dan skeptisisme auditor, audit tenure tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan pengalaman auditor dengan kualitas audit auditor di KAP Provinsi Bali, dan audit tenure mampu memoderasi hubungan skeptisisme auditor dengan kualitas audit auditor di KAP Provinsi Bali.Kata Kunci: audit tenure, pengalaman , skeptisisme auditor, kualitas audit  ABSTRACTThe importance of financial statements for many, causing the report to be presented in a relevant and reliable manner. A good audit quality can lead to more authentic financial reports. The quality of the audit depends on the independence and competence of the auditor. The independence and competence of an auditor depends on the experience and skepticism of the auditor. The experience of the auditor will increase due to the familiarity with the work so that the auditor will work efficiently and more resistant to client pressure. The samples were selected using a sample saturated technique with a total sample of 85 auditors. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to the auditor who became the research sample. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis without and with moderation variables. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that have been done, it can be concluded that the audit quality in KAP Bali Province has a positive relationship with the experience and skepticism of auditors, audit tenure unable to moderate the relationship of auditor experience with audit auditor quality in KAP Bali Province and audit tenure able to moderate the relationship of auditor skepticism with audit auditor quality in KAP Bali Province.Keywords: audit tenure, experience, auditor skepticism, audit quality

This study aims to 1) determine the values ​​of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values ​​in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values ​​of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values ​​in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values ​​of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

Abstract: The art studio Apo Lagaan first appeared in Samarinda in 2007 and is still going on today. The Apo Lagaan art studio is an art studio that focuses on the traditional arts of the Bahau Dayak, especially the music of sape' karaang. This study aims to reveal the form of the Apo Lagaan Art Studio's role, the form of presentation of sape' karaang, and the meaning contained in the game. This study uses a qualitative method. The observation technique used includes the object of research and the determination of informants. The data collection techniques of this research include literature study, interviews, and documentation. The research data analysis technique is carried out by utilizing the data that has been found in the field. The results showed that the Apo Lagaan Art Studio had a role in the continuity of the sape' karaang in Samarinda City. The role of the Apo Lagaan Art Studio on the continuity of the sape' karaang in Samarinda City is carried out through studio activities related to activities, training, and performances of traditional Dayak Bahau music and dance. In addition, the Apo Lagaan art studio has also expanded its partnerships to several government agencies and schools to provide education to the general public about the importance of cultural preservation, especially by the younger generation.   Abstrak: Sanggar seni Apo Lagaan pertama kali muncul di Samarinda pada tahun 2007 dan masih bertahan hingga saat ini. Sanggar seni Apo Lagaan merupakan sanggar seni yang berfokus pada bidang kesenian tradisi Dayak Bahau khususnya musik sape’ karaang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bentuk peran Sanggar Seni Apo Lagaan dan bentuk penyajian sape’ karaang serta makna yang terkandung dalam permainannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik observasi yang digunakan meliputi objek penelitian dan penentuan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini antara lain studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan data-data yang telah ditemukan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanggar seni Apo Lagaan memiliki peranan terhadap kontinuitas sape’ karaang di Kota Samarinda. Peranan Sanggar Seni Apo Lagaan terhadap kontinuitas sape’ karaang di Kota Samarinda dilakukan melalui aktivitas sanggar yang terkait dengan kegiatan, pelatihan, dan pementasan musik dan tari tradisi Dayak Bahau. Di samping itu, sanggar seni Apo Lagaan juga memperluas kemitraannya ke beberapa instansi pemerintah dan sekolah-sekolah guna untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat awam akan pentingnya pelestarian budaya terutama oleh generasi muda.

School children are the nation's next generation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resources from an early age. Providing good nutrition, will affect the growth and development of a child. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The type of research used is quantitative research with a literature study design. The literature used is literature published from 2013 to 2020. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The results of data analysis showed that there were 3 research locations, namely in Java 60% (6 articles), Sulawesi 30% (3 articles), Kalimantan 10% (1 article). Using correlation research 50%, analytic survey research 20%, and 30% other research. Data analysis was made in univariate and bivariate ways. The variables used in each study were diet, breakfast, and learning achievement. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. So further research is expected to develop other factors that can affect student achievement.

Abstract:Pahlawan Street is one of the most favorite street corridor in Semarang. It is crowded by people every weekend not only because of its location itself but also because of the existence the surrounding buildings.  It has wide pedestrian walk which triggered many activity support to begin. The presence of many activity support affect the visual quality of Pahlawan street. This research is aimed to know the influences of activity support towards visual quality of Pahlawan street A quantitative rasionalistic method is used by collecting literature study, questionnaires and field observationns..The method data analysis will use statistical analysis by regression test using SPSS 24.0 software for windows. The result of this research proved that activity support influences the visual quality of Pahlawan street.Keywords : activity support, visual quality, street corridor Abstrak: Koridor Jalan Pahlawan merupakan koridor jalan favorit yang cukup ramai dan berada di pusat Kota Semarang.Pada koridor jalan ini terdapat bangunan-bangunan tinggi yang menjadi magnet bagi warga untuk datang kesana.Keberadaan bangunan-bangunan tinggi disertai dengan jalur pedestrian yang lebar,tentu juga menjadi magnet bagi berkembangnya activity support yang terjadi disana.Dengan adanya activity support yang terbentuk di koridor Jalan Pahlawan tentu berpengaruh terhadap kualitas visualnya. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tersebut,maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif rasionalistik.Metode pengumpulan data berupa studi literature, observasi lapangan, wawancara dan kuesioner. Tujuan penelitian mengungkapkan konsep pelayanan prima, rancangan pemberian pelayanan, dan bentuk pelayanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian yang ditempuh; penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan,  dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa konsep pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji dilihat dari konsep pelayanan prima yang diterapkan KBIH Maqdis meliputi: kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggungjawab. Kemudian rancangan pemberian pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis diantaranya: regulasi layanan, fasilitas layanan, peranan tim pengarah dan budaya pemberian pelayanan. Selain itu bentuk layanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji diantaranya KBIH Maqdis menyediakan pembimbing haji yang profesional dan materi bimbingan ibadah haji. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of excellent service, the design of service delivery, and the form of KBIH Maqdis service to the congregation in improving the quality of pilgrimage guidance. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research steps taken; determination of research location, data collection by using observation technique, interview, literature study, further documentation of data analysis by means of data reduction, data classification and drawing conclusion. From the result of the research, it is concluded that the concept of excellent service of KBIH Maqdis in improving the quality of Hajj guidance from the concept of excellent service applied by KBIH Maqdis include: ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility. Then the design of service delivery prime KBIH Maqdis include: service regulation, service facility, role of steering team and culture of service delivery. In addition, the form of KBIH Maqdis service to pilgrims in improving the quality of haj pilgrimage services such as KBIH Maqdis provides professional hajj guide and pilgrimage guidance material.

<em>This research was conducted to analyze the financial performance of PT Blue Bird Tbk based on financial ratios consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency, activity, and profitability. The research method used is through a quantitative approach. To support this research, data methods were carried out which included literature study and data analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the liquidity and solvency ratio of PT Blue Bird Tbk is quite good. This study aims to describe whether the Problem Based Learning Model can be used for students' motivation problems in learning mathematics, what kind of motivation is successfully provided by the Problem Based Learning Model, and how the Problem Based Learning Model can make students have motivation in learning mathematics. The research method used is the Literature Research Method, by conducting a literature review through books in Indonesian. To maintain the quality of the material being studied, Indonesian language books are often used as references and written by experts (for example professors) which are proven based on tracking activities carried out in various journals, books, and from the Higher Education Database (pddikti). Data analysis techniques were carried out in 3 stages, namely: organize, synthesize, and identify. The results showed that the  Problem Based Learning Model can be used for students' motivation problems in learning mathematics, intrinsic motivation is the type of motivation provided by the Problem Based Learning Model and the Problem Based Learning Model can make students have motivation in learning Mathematics because it is directly associated with the real world, so students feel mathematics is very useful and motivation will emerge.

AbstractThe problem of satisfaction and trust in marketing strategies is important to pay attention to the foster commitment that leads to customer loyalty which will then generate added value for the banking company itself. With customers' full trust and satisfaction from the customers themselves, of course, PT. Bank BNI Namlea Branch will be favored by customers. Through the background above, what is the problem formulation of this research is how is the effect of satisfaction on the commitment of the Bank BNI (Persero) TBK customers. Namlea branch. The location of this research is located at Bank BNI (Persero) Namlea branch which is located at JL. Ahmad Yani Namlea, Buru Regency, next to the left of the PD Cantik shop, and on the right is my father's restaurant. While the author's research time to get the data needed is 2 (two) months, from January to February. The population in this study were customers who used savings at the Bank BNI Namlea branch, Buru Regency. This population is heterogeneous which can be seen from the diversity of age, sex, and education. Data collection was carried out by field research methods (field research) with data collection techniques namely questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The type of data in this research is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results show that based on the results of the analysis of the distribution of respondents' answers, Bank Negara Indonesia must always improve the quality of the goods/services provided, where the Bank BNI Namlea branch must continue to strive to fulfill expectations and conformity to customer needs so that customer satisfaction is created. It is suggested that PT. Bank BNI Namlea branch is providing the best service through product quality, improved facilities such as parking lots and waiting rooms. Banks must be responsive in serving customers who will make transactions so that they don't feel bored while waiting/queuing to make transactions.Keywords: Satisfaction, Customer, Bank BNI Namlea
