Workflow experience, proactive personality, perfectionism and generalized anxiety disorder, which play an important role in the productivity, performance and happiness of employees, are the focus of this study. The aim of the study is to examine the relationships between these variables, as well as to determine the mediating role of proactive personality and generalized anxiety disorder in the effect of perfectionism on work flow experience. Data were collected from public (58.4%) and private sector (41.6%) employees in order to find an answer to the research question created in line with the purpose of the study and to test the hypotheses. Data collection tools include the Work Related Flow Inventory (WOLF), Proactive Personality Scale, Perfectionism Scale, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, as well as a personal information form. Pearson Correlation analysis and SPSS Process Macro regression analyzes were conducted to examine the relationships between the variables. Research findings show that there are significant relationships between employees' proactive personality traits, generalized anxiety disorder, and workflow experiences. The perfectionism level of employees is significantly related to proactive personality and work flow experience. In addition, it has been revealed that proactive personality trait and generalized anxiety disorder symptoms have serial multiple mediation effects on the relationship between employees' perfectionism levels and workflow experiences. It is thought that the present study will contribute to both the relevant literature and practitioners in terms of determining the antecedents of the workflow experience by examining the variables of perfectionism, proactive personality traits, generalized anxiety disorder and workflow experience together. AbstractIn the target article, Cramer et al. suggest that diagnostic classification is improved by modeling the relationship between manifest variables (i.e., symptoms) rather than modeling unobservable latent variables (i.e., diagnostic categories such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder). This commentary discusses whether symptoms represent manifest or latent variables and the implications of this distinction for diagnosis and treatment.

The purpose of this research was to explain the role of emotion regulation strategies and behavioral activation system (BAS) in social adjustment of adolescents with conduct disorder. The method of study is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all junior high school students in Ardabil in 2016. The sampling was conducted by the multistage cluster method and then 50 subjects with conduct disorder were selected as the sample group using this method. Data of the present study were collected using Rutter behavioral disorders questionnaire (form B), students adjustment questionnaire, emotion regulation questionnaire and activation system and behavioral inhibition questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient test and regression analysis using SPSS software. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between social adjustment and behavioral activation (BAS) and emotion regulation system (P<0.05). Also, the results of regression analysis showed that behavioral activation and emotion regulation system can significantly explain 16% variances in social adjustment of students with conduct disorders. Accordingly, it can be concluded that behavioral activation and emotion regulation system plays a role in social adjustment.
