This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and sales growth on dividend policy with firm size as a moderating variable in automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. This research was conducted based on information obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses the purposive sampling method. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019, with a sample of 13 companies. The analysis technique used is by using software views. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity (CR) and Leverage (DER) have a significant effect on dividend policy while the variables Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DER), Activity (TATO), Growth, and Sales Growth have no significant effect on Dividend Policy in Automotive Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. The results of this study also show that Firm size can moderate Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DER), and Activity (TATO) on Dividend Policy. However, Firm size cannot moderate Liquidity (CR), Growth, and Sales Growth on Dividend Policy in the sub automotive sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dividend policy is one of the most important financial functions of a company. This is because the dividend policy has an influence on the company's stakeholders, both managers and investors. This study aims to determine the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy with Firm Size as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population is 142 companies. Based on the purposive sampling method and the expenditure of outlier data, a sample of 34 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Firm Size does not weaken the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy. The results of this study support the residual theory of dividend and agency theory. In addition, the results of this study can also be considered by companies in determining dividend policy and assisting investors in making investment decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyzing the effect of leverage, business risk, firm size, dividend policy, and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies consumer goods sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 period. Number of samples are 18 samples by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through Indonesia Stock Exchange official website, which are www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancials.com. Data were processed by using Eviews 10 software. The results in this study show that leverage and firm size have a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. While, business risk and dividend policy have no significant effect on firm value.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh leverage, business risk, firm size, kebijakan dividen, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2019. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 18 sampel yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data perusahaan untuk pemilihan sampel diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu www.idx.co.id dan www.idnfinacials.com. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan firm size memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan, business risk dan kebijakan dividen tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

<p class="Default" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em></em></p><p class="Default"><em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of debt policy, dividend policy,profitability, sales growth and investment opportunity set on firm value with firm size as moderating variable in the manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is a company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study 128 companies with an observation period of 3 (three) years from 2016 to 2018. The method of determining the sample used in this study was the purposive sampling method. The data processing method used in this study is the causality test with multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The independent variables in this study are Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Sales Growth and Investment Opportunity. The moderating variable in this study is Company Size. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. The results of this study indicate that Debt Policy has a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Dividend Policy does not effect on Firm Value, Profitability does not have a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Sales Growth does not effect on Firm’s Value, Investment Opportunity Set does not effect on Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not have a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Debt Policy with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Dividend Policy with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Profitability with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Sales Growth with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Investment Opportunity Set with Firm’s Value.</em></p>

This study is purposed to detect the potential risk of fraud in financial statements by examining the influence of audit quality, firm size, leverage, and financial target on real profit management. Audit quality in this study is measured by grouping Public Accountant Office into Big Four and Non Big Four and Auditor industrial specialization. Firm size is measured using Total Assets, Leverage and Financial Targets. The data used in this research are secondary sourced from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2014. Using purposive sampling, there will be taken some samples to use. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 20. The samples selected based on purposive sampling method with population of 134 companies and a sample of 21 companies. Analysis technique methods used are descriptive statistic analysis, classical assumption test, F-statistic hypothesis test to examine the influence altogether with 5% level of accountability, and to test the partial coefficient regression, we used t-statistic test. The results show that Audit Quality, Firm Size, Leverage and Financial Targets significant.ly influence the fraud on financial statements with Real Profit Management proxy. Mean while, Audit Quality and Leverage have partial significant influences on financial statements frauds.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance and market value of the manufacturing companies. The sample consists of manufacturing companies, which are consistently registered, in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2010-2012. Intellectual capital was calculated using value added intellectual coefficient (VAICTM). The main components of VAICTM are physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU) and structural capital (STVA). Financial performance is measured using Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Shares (EPS). Market value is measured using Price Book to Value (PBV) and Price Earnings Ratio (PER). The sampling in this study is using purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, it was obtained 71 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2010-2012. The data analysis was done by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that: (1) intellectual capital has an effect on the financial performance, (2) intellectual capital has no effect on the market value, (3) financial performance is able to mediate the relationship between intellectual capital and market value.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect ofearnings management, firm size, return on equity and dividend payoutratio on manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2016.The sample was determined by purposive sampling method. The research conducted by taking 117 manufacturing companies. The result of this research showed that earnings management and firm size have no significant effect on dividend payoutratio, while return on equity and leverage have significant effect on dividend payoutratio.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, return on equity (ROE), and firm size on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable.Data analysis methods to test hypotheses using Path Analysis Methods. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2017. The samples in this study were determined by purposive sampling, so that the number of companies obtained was 44 companies with 264 samples.The results show that leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Return on equity (ROE) has no significant effect on dividend policy. Firm size has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy, return on equity (ROE), and firm size have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy cannot mediate the effect of leverage, return on equity (ROE) and firm size on firm value
