Organizations need to do a good and structured work design to create parts or portions of work that are balanced between one employee and another so that later it does not cause jealousy between one employee and another employee who thinks that the workload is heavier among other employees. With the creation of a good work design, a good organizational culture will also be created, the sense of tolerance of workers will be stronger because the division of the portion of the work is equal, so that there is no jealousy between employees and the creation of a good, orderly work environment so that the goals organization was achieved. The expected results from this study are to determine the effect of work design and organizational culture on the performance of Jayapura Poltekbang employees so that it is hoped that problems related to work design, organizational culture, and employee performance can be resolved and for future employee performance improvements. In this fast-paced era like today, an organization in this case the company is also required to be able to work quickly in addition to being effective and efficient. Therefore, it cannot be denied, there is a high expectation of the performance of the employees in each company. Employees are asked to be able to provide the achievement of these expectations. Both expectations as individuals and as part of a work team. Because so many things that need to be considered in improving performance, the company must pay attention to some of these things. Two of them are good work discipline and ideal work culture. Both of these are not determinants of performance but these two things are a development of employee performance. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of work discipline and organizational culture and their contrubution on the creation of employee performance. In this paper, the results show that work discipline variables and organizational culture are related to 0.636, which means there is a strong relationship and gives an effect of 40 percent on the formation of employee performance.   Keywords: Dicipline, organizational culture, work Performance

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the Bangko Class II Penitentiary, either directly or indirectly for Bangko Class II B Prison employees. This study uses a quantitative method, with exogenous variables, namely organizational culture (X1), compensation (X2), work environment intervening variables (X3) and endogenous variables, namely employee performance (Y) at Bangko Class II Correctional Institution (Lapas). The population of this research is all employees of Lapas in Bangko Class II Correctional Institution, namely 55 people. The sample was obtained through total sampling so that the respondents in this study amounted to 55 samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub-structure 1 and sub-structure 2. Data is collected through a questionnaire that has been validated and reliable in advance, both content and empirical test of items in the field. The results of this study have found that the hypothetical model is proven to be used as a new model in improving employee performance for every employee at the Bangko Class II Penitentiary.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. This research was conducted at the Agency Financial Management, Income and Regional Assets of Karo District with 41 employees as a sample which aims to determine: (1) significant influence of organizational on organizational commitments, (2) significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitments and (3) influence organizational and organizational culture significantly to organizational commotments. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational on organizational commitments which was marked in the variable X1 with a value of tcount > ttable and there was also the influence of the organizational culture on organizational commitments marked in variable X2 with a value of  tcount > ttable. The value of Fcount > Ftable shows that there is an influence of organizational and organizational culture on organizational commitments. The results of the calculation show that where rcount > rtable, all respondents' answers are valid. The Cronbach Alpha value is greater than 0.60, so the variable is reliable. In this study, there was no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity neither. The multiple linear regression test is written in the regression equation Y=0,240+0,672X1+0,148X2. From the tests conducted, it was found that the samples were normally distributed. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of tcount > ttable (6.600>2.022) for the organizational variable and (3,202>2.022) for the organizational culture variable; Fcount > Ftable (70,235>3,24); and the coefficient of determination obtained 80,7% while the remaining 19,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study that must be considered in order to achieve better employee performance in the future. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research approach used was a survey method, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all 60 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital, because the population was relatively small, all of the population became respondents. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS)The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance.

Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera mengalami kemunduran selama dua tahun terakhir yang diindikasi karena pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja yang kurang memadai. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, bahwa para karyawan menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap lingkungan kerja mereka, baik dari segi kenyamanan pribadi maupun kemudahan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang, pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah  teknik acak sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 untuk membantu perhitungannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas lingkungan kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa dengan lingkungan kerja yang berada pada tingkat kuat, didapatkan kinerja karyawan yang kuat pula.   The employee performance at PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera has been decreasing over the past two years due to an inadequate work environment. Work environment on employee performance, that employees pay great attention to their work environment, both in terms of personal comfort and ease of doing good work. This research user a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a distributed questionnaire to employees of PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. The population in this study amounted to 112 people, the sampling used in this research was a simple random technique. The data analisys used was descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using SPSS 22 software to help the calculationThe results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable work environment (X) significantly influences the dependent variable employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that with a strong level work environment is also obtained strong employee performance.
