If we could identify a business risk in advance and solve it easily, business would probably lose its main charm. Risk is one of the essential components of business. Only proper identification of risks, their measurement - evaluation and selection of an effective method of reduction are not enough to improve risk management; It is necessary to develop an optimal organizational structure, develop an organizational culture and properly manage the risk management control process. In developed countries, almost all large and medium-sized organizations have a special link in the management system. "Risk Management Center", (Corporate governance) which helps accountable entities assess risks, develop and implement manipulation measures. The researches have proved that in some cases it is still strange to the Georgian business reality to take measures to evaluate risks and ways of their solution, which in some cases raises problems that lead to crucial results. Bankruptcy of foreign enterprises is not strange for the Georgian market, because in most cases they are unprepared to take risks and fail to take measures to solve them. Possible risks should be identified at an early stage of business formation to avoid unintended consequences. Modern tendencies show that it is desirable for companies to have a risk management service whose function will be to identify the expected risks, evaluate and offer anti-risk measures to managers. It is such companies that will show fewer losses from crisis.

This paper provides a phronetic review of Risk Management (RM), and its relationship to Management Accounting and Control (MAC). Building on Flyvbjerg’s (2012) phronetic approach, we study Risk-Based Management Control (RBMC) to answer the phronetic four main questions: (1) Where are we going? (2) Who gains and who loses? (3) Is this desirable? (4) What should we do? This review starts its lines of enquiry from the growing fears in the late modernity and risk society (Beck, 1992; Giddens, 1990), that led to heterogenic reactions and unintended consequences which need exploring and revealing. Hence, we will explore whether this is a right reaction or whether it would give rise to an “illusion of control” fortified with some unintended consequences. The paper concludes that the emergency of RBMC led to heterogenic practices and various unintended consequences. These unintended consequences need further research to unpack innovative solutions that can create real effective RBMC. Moreover, the RBMC best practices are still blurred and undefined, this plea for, more case studies to unpack the actual practices and its problems. The novelty of this research is deploying the phronetic approach to understand and criticise RBMC current studies by explaining the reasons and directions for future research. This work would also be of interest to practitioners interested in risk conception, risk management, and management control.

Unintended consequences of service are important yet infrequently examined in transformative service research. This research examines an online service community that transformed into an online third place, with consumers socializing and forming lasting relationships. Using practice-informed theory-building and an abductive reasoning approach, findings are presented from both manual and automated coding of three qualitative data sets that form the basis of a case study examining an online weight management service forum. Extending beyond current conceptualizations of the third place, this study is the first to propose a framework delineating online third place characteristics and their impact on consumers’ eudaimonic (the capacity for self-realization) and hedonic (attainment of pleasure and avoidance of pain) well-being. Findings show that in the absence of a physical or virtual servicescape, social factors including social density, equity, and personalization are key to constructing an online third place that supports well-being through building social connections and enjoyment. The new framework provides guidance for service managers to transform their online service communities into online third places to support consumer well-being and to identify and manage potential unintended consequences, for example, by ensuring segmentation of the community based on consumer groups’ shared interests and consumer empowerment through participation.

A number of studies have investigated the effectiveness of community based interventions to delay placement for persons with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and to ease caregiver burden, with mixed results. However, much of this research involved subjects who were in later stages of AD or the disease stage was not specified. Some researchers have suggested that the timing of interventions in these studies contributed to negative outcomes. This paper presents the results of a project which provided a comprehensive home care program to persons with early stage AD and their primary caregivers over a period of 18 months. Results indicated that caregivers in the treatment group felt less burdened at six months than caregivers in the control group and institutionalization was delayed for patients (with mild to moderate impairment) in the treatment group. These differences seem most attributable to the case management service provided to persons in the treatment group which featured supportive counseling, referral, skill training and education.

This paper reflects the problematic situation in the field of risk-management at mining enterprises. It is connected with the fact that not all hired top managers understand the role and importance of the risk management system in the overall management system of a mining enterprise. However, an increase in the number and weight of the consequences of the onset of risk events has recently changed the vision of senior management, business owners and other stakeholders in favor of recognizing the need to create in the structure of mining enterprises, if not separate, specialized structural units, in the form of a risk management service, then at least introduction of a staff unit of a specialist - a risk-manager , who clearly understands what the organization is doing to form and increase the value of a business and how he can influence this, demonstrating his professional knowledge, skills, and even some insight in anticipating future risks of a mining enterprise ... But the economic situation in the region, the country and the world does not allow, due to financial constraints, to fully implement the technologies developed in theory and fixed in practice for the application of methods and approaches to risk management in the mining industry, including the purchase of expensive software products that allow the formation of an effective risk-management system. Therefore, mining risk management professionals need to take full advantage of the potential and benefits of the GRC system, which has existed since 2004, which aims to use a common language and corporate risk management methodology to achieve the company's strategic goals. The results of the studies presented in this paper state that the main risks that the owners of mining enterprises are concerned about are financial risks and operational risks, legal risks, commercial risks and the risk of fraud, as well as natural, environmental and man-made risks, but a significant part of mining enterprises in the region does not have a well-developed risk management system, does not carry out systematic work to identify risks, assess risks and their possible consequences, and therefore: either operate at extreme risk, taking catastrophic risk, or work at the margin of profitability, refusing to accept risks, even there, where you really need it. However, one should proceed from their understanding that technologies in the field of corporate governance of mining enterprises, including risk management, can not only form lines of defence against risks, but also increase the value of a mining enterprise through an effective risk-management system.

Breast reconstruction surgery means using autologous tissue grafts and breast prosthesis to rebuild chest wall deformities and the absence of breast caused by post mastectomy, which are possibly due to burns, trauma, infections, congenital dysplasia and sex reassignment surgery etc., with the prevalence of unilateral breast reconstruction. After attempting to carry out breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi, many surgeons constantly improved, designed, and modified multiple forms of operation programs and thus promote increasing improvement in repair and reconstruction of the breast after breast reduction surgery and mastectomy for breast cancer [1] Currently, breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery is just in the early stage while it has occupied an important position in developed countries, therefore, the knowledge of breast reconstruction needs to be enhanced and publicized in our country. Some data show the quality of life in patients following breast reconstruction surgery is significantly higher than that in patients undergoing lumpectomy plus radiotherapy or simple mastectomy. More and more patients pursue breast reconstruction after mastectomy for breast cancer. Breast reconstruction is roughly divided into lost chest wall skin repair, hemispherical breast reconstruction, anterior axillary fold repair, plastic surgery for subclavian depression, nipple and areola reconstruction and asymmetrical breast repair. In the reconstruction of breasts, it is necessary to endeavor to make the rebuilt breast symmetrical to the healthy side so that future adjustment will be simple and easily feasible.
