The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Financial Assistance To Village (ADK) Program as well as being inhibiting. The analysis used is the concept of data analysis interactive proposed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana states in qualitative research, data analysis performed by condensation, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The study concluded that the implementation of the ADK Policy relating to communications between actors in the implementation of ADK done through socialization conducted by a team of district to district level and consistency in the achievement of the message/command policy. But some things related to the communication/dissemination to the public about its policies ADK has not been done by the implementor.Keyword: financial, village, implementation

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The purpose of this study is to formulate a redefinition of vocabulary related to language wars. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model consisting of three analysis components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The activities of the three components are carried out in an interactive form with the data collection process. The rise of legal cases related to language is in line with the increasingly massive use of social media in society. These cases are part of the language war. Society, in general, is still common and even misunderstands related speech that is categorized as language war and has the potential to be caught in the law. Language war is the use of the language of a speaker/writer intentionally as a tool/weapon for self or group interests. Language wars are carried out directly or indirectly that attack the ideas, thoughts, behaviour, honour, or physical condition of a person or group of speech partners. Language wars include suggestions, criticism, ridicule, incitement, defamation, insults, and slander. More detailed definitions and socialization efforts to the public regarding various language criteria are preventive measures for various legal cases related to language.

Boarding school is the oldest Islamic institution in Indonesiasince the 13th century and still exists to this day. This research includedin the types of qualitative research phenomenological approach.Research data retrieved from the data source through in-depthinterviews and then analyzed with model data analysis Miles andHuberman that is implement data reduction, data display, andconclusion drawing/verification. Researchers tested the validityof research data by using the technique of triangulation ofsources. The results showed, Sayyid Hasan do boarding againsthis leadership cadre recruitment by means of formal andinformal. Formally, the leadership cadre recruitment is done withthe opportunity to give his students to participate in structuralleadership of boarding school, participate in an organizationoutside of the boarding school, studied outside of boarding schoolAl-Iman in accordance with the interests of their respectivestudents, and actively participate in the sub boarding units. As forinformally, the leadership cadre recruitment is done with themethod of awarding of exemplary and advice. Example andadvice given repeatedly, especially related to the particularity ofthe nature of the leadership owned Sayyid Hasan. The nature ofleadership which is owned by the idiosyncrasies of Sayyid Hasaninclude, the physical condition and mental healthy and strong,open towards students, and open with the public.

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program Policy or Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) in the area of ??the Ministry of Religion, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation with informants, namely application managers to verify the Smart Indonesia Program. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts.

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

This study aims to discuss the creativity of teachers in teaching the Koran to students who have limited speech. It can be seen that students with speech impairment are students who have lives with special needs. Nothing else in the process of studying a religious science, namely learning the Koran, both in terms of reading and memorizing. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data with several parts, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that the methods applied by the Tahfidz teacher in teaching the Koran to students with speech impairment had a good influence. Like the Yanbu’a method and the Talaqqi method.

This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

This study aims to determine whether the street vendors at the Leuwiliang terminal know and apply sharia buying and selling in their daily marketing strategies and to find out whether the implementation of sharia buying and selling in their marketing strategies has an effect on the sales of street vendors. at Leuwiliang Terminal. To answer this question, the author uses descriptive qualitative research, namely an analysis of data that is explanatory and informational data that will be associated with theories and concepts that will be discussed in qualitative research and provide conclusions from this research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Furthermore, data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Most of the street vendors in Leuwiliang Terminal Bogor do not know about buying and selling sharia, but when they are explained about buying and selling sharia and being asked again whether they apply sharia buying and selling in their daily buying and selling activities? The traders answered that they applied it in their daily buying and selling activities. And the street vendors at Leuwiliang Terminal are of the opinion that the implementation of sharia buying and selling has little effect on the sales of these street vendors. Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. The purpose of this study was to analyze the synergy of public relations actors with the media and society in building the image of higher education institutions. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection is done by observation and interviews. Finally, the data analysis obtained from the results of interview data processing was carried out. Then analyzed qualitatively. The stages of the analysis are to reduce data, present data, and finally draw conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that in enhancing the image of higher education institutions, public relations actors must synergize with the media and society by sharing information and data as a form of openness. The news about higher education institutions. The media has become an increasingly important stage for the external communication of institutions. Public relations has become a significant and powerful industry. Public relations actors work through the media to disseminate information, persuasion, and opinions to the public. So far, PR actors only build relationships with the media who work in areas that intersect with their work. Thus public relations in higher education are positioned as a liaison for the implementation of good cooperation between a university and the community.
