In the juices of sugar beet, the viscosity of the produced viscosity is determined. They contain sugars and non-sugary compounds. If they are in the form of associated or complex compounds, then when their state changes. Well under the action of external factors or at their removal from a solution it is obligatory. Its rheological properties will also change. Therefore, with the help of determining the viscosity, it is possible to conclude the complex processes that take place in juices under the action of the effects of vapor condensation cavitation, namely: the force between Leculiary bonds, the size of molecules, and the length of chemical bonds, etc. The paper presents studies of the influence of vapor-condensation cavitation effects on the change of such rheological properties of cell and diffusion juice as viscosity and surface tension. The viscosity of the steam-treated juice is affected by complex transformational changes that occur with the associated compounds under the effects of vapor-condensation cavitation, which leads to their destruction and this leads to a decrease in their molecular weight and changes in concentration. Studies have shown that with increasing steam consumption for juice processing in the range of 0 – 1.5% by weight of juice the upper tension increases. Such legitimacy is also an indirect confirmation of the processes of destruction of the association. important compounds of diffusion juice under the influence of the effects of steam condensation cavitation.

In this paper, we focus on a class of singular fractional differential equation, which arises from many complex processes such as the phenomenon and diffusion interaction of the ecological-economic-social complex system. By means of the iterative technique, the uniqueness and nonexistence results of positive solutions are established under the condition concerning the spectral radius of the relevant linear operator. In addition, the iterative scheme that converges to the unique solution is constructed without request of any monotonicity, and the convergence analysis and error estimate of unique solution are obtained. The numerical example and simulation are also given to demonstrate the application of the main results and the effectiveness of iterative process.

Rheological properties of water films nanoconfined in two parallel Au plates are investigated with the aid of molecular dynamics simulations. The density distribution, velocity profile, and diffusion coefficients of the water film in a Couette flow are studied. Shear viscosity and its dependence on the shear rate of the water film are also examined in the present research. It is found that the density of the water molecules near the plates is much higher than that in the other regions. This indicates that many water molecules are adsorbed by the plates and adsorbed layers are formed in the vicinity of the plates. The diffusion of the whole film increases dramatically as the shear rate becomes greater than 1010 s-1. The shear viscosity decreases as the shear rate increases, especially for the water film with a small thickness, which indicates the shear-thinning behavior for viscosity of the nanoconfined film. Moreover, an increase in shear viscosity with a decrease in the film thickness can also be found in the present study.

This article seeks to examine the significance of firearms in the making of the frontier and the ways in which societies on the North-East Frontier of British India encountered and adapted firearms between the 1860s and 1910s. It will study the complex ways in which the entry of firearms was mediated and galvanised by a range of processes such as imperial expansion, the intrusion of capital, access to resources, the role of violence, and the drawing of new borders. In turn, the circulation and diffusion of firearms also engendered a range of other practices and experiences among the societies on the frontier. Moving along various land and river routes, a range of individuals and traders were involved in circulating arms and ammunition into the imperial margins. They, in turn, linked the frontier geographies to markets, ports, and other larger oceanic networks. A focus on the flow of firearms as such illustrates a web of interconnections that straddled multiple scales and relations. As firearms circulated and gradually made their way into the periphery, various measures were initiated by the colonial state, such as enforcing prohibitive laws and instituting surveillance structures to control and block the flow of firearms along the North-East Frontier. This article examines some of these complex processes, dynamics, and experiences that ensued through the circulation and diffusion of firearms on the North-East Frontier of British India.

This paper gives the first results of a work in progress, in collaboration with G. Michaud and G. Vauclair. It is a first attempt to compute the effects of meridional circulation and turbulence on diffusion processes in stellar envelopes. Computations have been made for a 2 Mʘstar, which lies in the Am - δ Scuti region of the HR diagram.Let us recall that in Am stars diffusion cannot occur between the two outer convection zones, contrary to what was assumed by Watson (1970, 1971) and Smith (1971), since they are linked by overshooting (Latour, 1972; Toomre et al., 1975). But diffusion may occur at the bottom of the second convection zone. According to Vauclair et al. (1974), the second convection zone, due to He II ionization, disappears after a time equal to the helium diffusion time, and then diffusion may happen at the bottom of the first convection zone, so that the arguments by Watson and Smith are preserved.

For many years amorphous metallic alloys have been prepared by rapid quenching techniques such as vapor condensation or melt quenching. Recently, solid-state reactions have shown to be an alternative for synthesizing amorphous metallic alloys. While solid-state amorphization by ball milling and high energy particle irradiation have been investigated extensively, the growth of amorphous phase by cold-rolling has been limited. This paper presents a morphological and structural study of amorphization of Cu and Ti foils by rolling.Samples of high purity Cu (99.999%) and Ti (99.99%) foils with a thickness of 0.025 mm were used as starting materials. These thin foils were cut to 5 cm (w) × 10 cm (1), and the surface was cleaned with acetone. A total of twenty alternatively stacked Cu and Ti foils were then rolled. Composite layers following each rolling pass were cleaned with acetone, cut into half and stacked together, and then rolled again.
