Tourism is a complex and prominent sector in Indonesia that involved many stakeholders. Led by the success story of Bali tourism development which able to grow beyond all expectation, helping to improve public and private infrastructure, including the birth and growth of small-medium enterprises, led the Indonesian government to distribute and spread the development all over Indonesia through Ten New Bali concept. One of these is Tanjung Kelayang, located in Belitung Island. Despite Bali success stories, negative impacts of Bali tourism development on environmental sustainability appeared, such as land-use change, soil and water degradation, pollutions, waste mismanagement, etc. Reflected from Bali negative tourism impact, this paper will identify and analyse Tanjung Kelayang tourism development as a New Bali using sustainable tourism destination criteria to create baseline data. A qualitative approach using both primary data by on-site observation and in-depth interview with related parties, and secondary data by identifying the Local Official Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPARKAB) year 2014 and other studies in regards with Tanjung Kelayang tourism development by using GSTC-D V2 as a tool to reflect sustainability commitment was occurred on this paper. The result of compliance shows that only 19% for Sustainable Management, 4% for Socio-Economy Sustainability, 11% for Cultural Sustainability, and 0% for Environmental Sustainability. Thus, it shows the gap of Tanjung Kelayang tourism development in regards with sustainable destination concept. Hence, a commitment, communication, and cooperation from all related parties is necessary to be in place to achieve a sustainable tourism destination development in Tanjung Kelayang.

In the past decade, the Indonesian government has taken political and economic policy measures to improve the country's image as a Muslim-friendly destination. The leading destinations chosen to be developed with the concept of sharia tourism are one form of these efforts. However, the policy faced negative responses from several regions, especially from tourism stakeholders in Bali. Indeed, the Balinese are not enthusiastic about the possibility of their island being labelled as sharia tourism destination. Even though sharia tourism stakeholders took the initiative to show the potential benefits of sharia tourism economically, the idea was still rejected. Primary data was collected utilizing in - depth interviews with key informants selected purposively, while secondary data was obtained from literature, documents, information from mass media and local television. The data were analyzed with a critical theory approach in the style of cultural studies, using the theory of hegemony, ideology, power/knowledge relations and critical discourse analysis to explain the form of discourse, response forms and implications of the discourse on sharia tourism development in Bali. This paper also presents both empirical and theoretical findings and provides recommendations. This article concludes that Bali can't be transformed into a sharia tourism destination, however, Bali still accommodates the needs of Muslim tourists. Keywords: discourse, sharia tourism, Balinese cultural tourism, hegemony, counter-hegemony

One of the efforts to accelerate Indonesian exports can be done through increasing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which is a strategic approach. SMEs are able to survive in the domestic and global economic crisis even though they experienced some obstacles in getting an access to international market. Trading House could be a solution in overcoming the SMEs difficulties. This study aims to establish priority criteria of potential export products as well as priority of export products of SMEs through Trading House. This study utilized both secondary data coming from BPS and primary data from Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and used Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. The ANP is aimed to give the best solution of the problem since it considers two way interactions between elements or clusters (feedback). The results show that the priority criteria for determining Trading House products include the share of exports, world imports and the availability of local raw materials. Trading House priority products are jewelry and accessories, furniture, processed foods, textile and garment products, essential oils (aromatherapy spa products). The government must immediately build a comprehensive Trading House and socialize its functions to business players, especially SMEs.
