Education 4.0 is a revolutionary response to the 4IR (fourth industrial revolution). Education is a tool for societal development. Automation and digitalization of industry have given an edge to human potential, and to tap it, education 4.0 comes to the fore. Now, the objective of education is to explore the learning process to its fullest and create a constantly evolving learning community in place of a knowledge-based community. The whole education system, from objectives to evaluation, has changed drastically. The learning process has reached up to the meta-cognition level of the brain. Today's key factors of this process are re-inventing the objective, re-skilling & re-assessing the evaluation process, and achieving a new pinnacle and dimension of learning. Education 4.0 is aimed towards Generation-Z which has completely different aspirations and expectations. Soft skills also gain importance along with hard skills. Creativity, emotional intelligence, social interest skills are a must for the new and evolving professions of the future. The role of the teacher will be that of a facilitator and students will take the helm in his/her learning chariot.

Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 has brought disruption phenomena in various fields of life. The characteristics of the younger generation also experienced a shift, especially those that occurred in the millennial generation (gen Y) and generation Z. This condition encouraged schools as formal educational institutions to organize learning processes that can answer global challenges. Innovations in the learning process must be done continuously, one of them through the development of multiple intelligences and the involvement of learning technology elements. The development of multiple intelligences in the learning process requires the creativity of the teacher in selecting and determining the right models and learning strategies. The assessment instrument is not only directed at measuring cognitive aspects but also covers all aspects of competency as required by students. Learning patterns based on the development of multiple intelligences will be more effective if done by raising issues and real problems. Through an inquiry project, students will be actively involved in various forms of learning activities to make it an opportunity to bring up multiple types of abilities. The learning process, based on the development of multiple intelligences, is expected to be able to develop student competencies as a whole. The final result is the formation of adaptive individuals who are able to compete in the industrial revolution 4.0 era without having to leave their local culture.

The goal of the study in this chapter is to support learners to engage in the active learning of common fraction operations from the constructivists’ perspective. An Internet-based Fraction-learning Intelligent Learning Environment (IFILE) is designed under the knowledge-based approach to model the learning process of the target topic. It is intended to optimize the interaction opportunity of learners by providing pedagogical tools and intelligent features. The two pedagogical tools provided are graphical support and electronic blank sheet. The intelligent feature discussed in this chapter is the Next Step Support for helping learners to break the impasse in fraction operations. The key activity of the construction of the Next Step Support of this knowledge-based application is designing rules as embedded units to sense and react to all facets of the fraction evaluation process. This chapter discusses further how the IFILE is designed for developing learning properties from the constructivists’ standpoint.

Language has become a never- ending phenomenon in day-day life. To articulate one’s own idea language has become an artifact in showcasing the rudiments of everyday life. It is a tool which bridges the gap between the people so that the conflict between known and the unknown will not take place. The major portal of communication is language and it operates at every level and without this the mode will not function. Teaching is quite challenging in the contemporary times and it expects the teaching fraternity to be a facilitator than a moderator. A few decades back book based teaching was foregrounded and knowledge based teaching was back grounded whereas in the present scenario knowledge based teaching which comprises hard skills and soft skills matters a lot along with that the curriculm too evolves. This paradigmatic shift is to make the student community a good product in the job market. Literature is unique in nature and it informs the reader about the scenarios which will take place in the coming days and all this is possible only through the artistic talent of the writers and they are the real oracles. Bowen Mechanism having its deep origin in America when the society was fragmented owing to the Aftermaths of the second world war .  A psychologist by nature has framed a few methodologies to eliminate the human’s misunderstanding and for that communication acts as an impetus.

Introduction: The imbalance between technological development and ideological strengthening has resulted in the fading of the Pancasila ideological values of millennials. Technology that accompanies everyday life seems to be the main character in human life. Yet if humans themselves do not use technology wisely, technology can be a threat to both individuals and the life of the nation and state. If technology is increasingly out of control, threats to the Pancasila ideology are very likely to occur, such as in the G 30S PKI incident. Therefore, it is necessary to take action both from the government and the community as individuals to safeguard the development of technology to be used wisely. That way, we can prevent the threat to the Pancasila ideology together. Writing this article aims to analyze how the role and influence of the Pancasila ideology on the millennial generation in the 4.0 industrial revolution and to find solutions so that the values of Pancasila remain attached to the next generation of the Indonesian nation. Method: Writing This article uses a qualitative method by using literature reviews from the results of related research journals that have been published online through websites and other online media. Results: Thirteen journals and one book have met the criteria for the inclusion of a predetermined review. Research is based on the stigma of society regarding technological developments in the Industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, the government is expected to be more severe in implementing human capital management. Conclusion: By procuring human capital management, it will be possible that Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia will be able to carry out the ideals of a golden Indonesian generation with Pancasila values inherent in the hearts of the people and the nation's future generations.
