Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore the potentials that can positively impact the success of a hotel online business by: (1) exploring the specifics of the internal structure of online booking channels in the hotel business, (2) identifying the value and distribution of the potential to increase hotel bookings through the hotel website, (3) identifying the potential by exploring the space for improving hotel website excellence, and (4) developing an innovative multidimensional metric for monitoring hotel website quality. Methodology: This research was approached in a way that the issue is considered from two aspects. Firstly, the potential to improve the ratio value of the hotel online booking channel structure is observed. The survey in the Republic of Croatia was conducted by regions on a sample of 4* and 5* hotels. Secondly, the potential to improve a hotel business is considered as the possibility to improve the performance of a hotel website. Results: The research results show the value and distribution of the potential which can be used for a positive impact on the hotel business. Furthermore, the use of the presented multidimensional metric model allows a clear recognition of the potential for the hotel website quality improvement. Conclusion: It can be concluded that both aspects of the potential research (in addition to the research findings), open up numerous possibilities for conducting similar or more complex analytical procedures and a new empirical research.

BackgroundQuality improvement (QI) involves the use of systematic tools and methods to improve the quality of care and outcomes for patients. However, awareness and application of QI among healthcare professionals is poor and new strategies are needed to engage them in this area.ObjectivesThis study describes an innovative collaboration between one Higher Educational Institute (HEI) and Local Pharmaceutical Committees (LPCs) to develop a postgraduate QI module aimed to upskill community pharmacists in QI methods. The study explores pharmacist engagement with the learning and investigates the impact on their practice.MethodsDetails of the HEI–LPCs collaboration and communication with pharmacist were recorded. Focus groups were held with community pharmacists who enrolled onto the module to explore their motivation for undertaking the learning, how their knowledge of QI had changed and how they applied this learning in practice. A constructivist qualitative methodology was used to analyse the data.ResultsThe study found that a HEI–LPC partnership was feasible in developing and delivering the QI module. Fifteen pharmacists enrolled and following its completion, eight took part in one of two focus groups. Pharmacists reported a desire to extend and acquire new skills. The HEI–LPC partnership signalled a vote of confidence that gave pharmacists reassurance to sign up for the training. Some found returning to academia challenging and reported a lack of time and organisational support. Despite this, pharmacists demonstrated an enhanced understanding of QI, were more analytical in their day-to-day problem-solving and viewed the learning as having a positive impact on their team’s organisational culture with potential to improve service quality for patients.ConclusionsWith the increased adoption of new pharmacist’s roles and recent changes to governance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, a HEI–LPC collaborative approach could upskill pharmacists and help them acquire skills to accommodate new working practices.

ABSTRAK   Dienis Beauty merupakan usaha online yang menjual produk masker kecantikan merk ternama  dan  memiliki  legalitas  resmi  dari  Badan  Pengawas  Obat  dan  Makanan (BPOM).  Permasalahan  yang  timbul yaitu  mengenai  kemasan  kurang  menarik yang dapat mengancam pengusaha tersebut apabila kualitas kemasan tersebut tidak segera dirubah dikarenakan dalam proses produksi kemasan nya masih menggunakan mesin manual dalam proses pengerjaannya. Kualitas kemasan produk dianggap penting mengingat interaksi pertama yang akan memikat minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian yaitu melalui tampilan luar produk yang dikenal dengan kemasan. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai ideal nya suatu kualitas kemasan untuk menembus sebuah penjualan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro,Kecil,dan Menengah (UMKM) agar tetap berdiri dan bertahan ditengah ketatnya persaingan.   Kata kunci : kualitas kemasan produk, penjualan, UMKM     ABSTRACT   Dienis Beauty is an online business that sells well-known brand beauty mask products and has official legality from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). The problem that arises is regarding the packaging that is less attractive and can threaten the entrepreneur if the quality of the packaging is not changed immediately because in the production process the packaging still uses manual machines in the process. The quality  of  product  packaging  is  considered  important  considering  that  the  first interaction that will attract consumers to make a purchase is through the outer appearance of the product known as packaging. Prevalence of neurocognitive diseases in adult patients demands the use of wearable devices to transform the future of mental health. Recent development in wearable technology proclaimed its use in diagnosis, rehabilitation, assessment, and monitoring. This systematic review presents the state of the art of wearables used by Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients or the patients who are going through a neurocognitive disorder. This article is based on PRISMA guidelines, and the literature is searched between January 2009 to January 2020 analyzing four databases: PubMed, IEEE Xplorer, Elsevier, and ISI Web of Science. For further validity of articles, a new PEDro-inspired technique is implemented. In PEDro, five statistical indicators were set to classify relevant articles and later the citations were also considered to make strong assessment of relevant articles. This led to 46 articles that met inclusion criteria. Based on them, this systematic review examines different types of wearable devices, essential in improving early diagnose and monitoring, emphasizing their role in improving the quality of life, differentiating the various fitness and gait wearable-based exercises and their impact on the regression of disease and on the motor diagnosis tests and finally addressing the available wearable insoles and their role in rehabilitation. The research findings proved that sensor based wearable devices, and specially instrumented insoles, help not only in monitoring and diagnosis but also in tracking numerous exercises and their positive impact towards the improvement of quality of life among different Parkinson and neurocognitive patients.

In general, a comprehensive and well-designed local self-government will significantly improve community management in the Republic of Macedonia. The increased competences and strengthening of the political culture of the population will result in a more active participation of citizens in local processes. An increase in the professional level of the executive and administrative bodies along with improved communication with a civil society will have a positive impact on the quality of municipal management. Decentralized approaches to local development can be a sustainable way to preserve multiculturalism in an ethnically and culturally diverse country. The outcome of the process will depend on the level of public engagement, accountability of local leaders, and transparency of procedures. Background: Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia. Nutritional management plays an important role in overcoming heart disease, both as prevention and treatment. Carnitine plays a role in fat metabolism and can reduce the formation of thrombosis, resulting in improved heart function and quality of life of patients.Objectives: This study is aimed to identify the effect of carnitine in patients with heart failure.Methods: Existing research findings and articles are selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria in three databases, namely PubMed, Cochrane and Wiley. The outcome were functional capacity and heart function.Results: One meta-analysis that address with the clinical questions was obtained, and based on that article, giving carnitine to patients with heart failure has effects on increasing functional capacity, heart function, BNP serum and NT-proBNP levels. However, no effects found on mortality. Furthermore, no significant side effects on carnitine was found.Conclusions: Carnitine supplementation at a dose of 1 up to 6 g/day has a positive impact on functional capacity, heart function, BNP serum and NT-proBNP levels in patients with heart failure, alongside with minimal side effects.

<p class="Abstract"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The spiritual leadership model is a very supportive aspect in character education efforts in religious based schools. This study aims to describe and find a substantive theoretical framework about the spiritual leadership of the headmaster's Nun in improving the quality of teacher services to Christian spiritual education at SDK Santa Maria II and SDK Sang Timur Malang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a multi-site study design. The research findings show that the model of spiritual leadership which is apparent from efforts to in still spiritual values with a personal and programmatic approach, has a positive impact on teachers.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Model kepemimpinan spiritual merupakan aspek yang sangat mendukung dalam upaya pendidikan karakter di sekolah berbasis religi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menemukan kerangka teori substantif tentang kepemimpinan spiritual Suster kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guru terhadap pendidikan spiritual kristiani di SDK Santa Maria II dan SDK Sang Timur Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi situs. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan spiritual Suster kepala sekolah yang tampak dari upaya penanaman nilai spiritual dengan pendekatan personal dan terprogram, memberikan dampak positif bagi guru.

This article is devoted to the research of world cultural heritage sites in the territory of Kazakhstan, their influence on tourist flows, and the formation of new routes in the direction of ethnocultural tourism. In the article, the authors analyze the phenomenon of ethnocultural tourism development as a way of knowing the historical, cultural, and natural heritage of the country. In the course of research activities, a survey was conducted, priority objects for the development of ethno-cultural tourism in the Southern region of the Republic of Kazakhstan were identified. The result of the study was the development of a technological map of the route "Turkestan - echo of centuries", which will significantly affect the popularization of UNESCO's cultural and natural heritage, as well as the quality of excursion services along this route, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the formation of tourist flows of domestic and inbound tourism in Kazakhstan, and will also allow to prepare new directions within the framework of ethno-cultural tourism.

Culture is an important element of a destination tourist product, and tourism is an apparatus for meeting the various cultural needs of tourists. The relationship between culture and tourism contributes to the support of the cultural sector, innovation, creativity, the image of the destination and the social connection between tourists and the local population. Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine the functioning of tourism without the Internet. Presenting the cultural offer of the destination via the Internet is a great challenge and requires exceptional commitment. The subject of research of this paper is the influence of Internet content on the decision of the tourists about the destination of cultural tourism they will choose. The aim of the research is to influence the internet content on tourists related to the cultural tourism of the destination and the possibility of attracting tourists to visit the destination based on the reviewed Internet content. The research involved 165 respondents who visited one of the cultural tourism destinations from the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The results of the research show that a higher level of quality of Internet content has a positive effect on tourists choosing a certain cultural tourism destination for travel and that Internet content in terms of information efficiency, interactivity and practicality has a significant positive impact on tourists' intentions to visit cultural tourism destination.

<p>Indonesia is one of the countries with the most Muslim population in Asia. This study will discuss the benefits of international cooperation in improving the quality of human resources carried out by Islamic Boarding Schools, given the number of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The Cost

Composting is an important technology used to treat and convert organic waste into value-added products. Recently, several studies have been done to investigate the effects of microbial supplementation on the composting of agro-industrial waste. According to these studies, microbial inoculation is considered to be one of the suitable methods for enhancing the biotransformation of organic materials during the composting process. This review provides up-to-date research findings on microbial inoculation strategies and their role and functions in enhancing the composting process and the improvement of compost quality. Based on this review, the addition of microorganisms could enhance the composting process such as accelerating the organic matter degradation, mineralization and microbial enzymes activities, and the quality of the end-products such as high germination index. It is important to notice in this strategy that sludge’s microbial consortium is feasible to enhance the composting process in pilot-scale and industrial-scale productions. Besides, it also reduces the cost of compost production. The findings of this review show the various positive impact of microbial inoculation on agro-industrial waste composting which in turn might be useful as a reference for selecting a suitable inoculum based on the type of waste materials.
