The purpose of this review study to determine the impact of human resource management practices on job satisfaction. In addition, in this research is deeply focusing on job satisfaction, various human resource management practices, hotel industry of Malaysia, providing some prior relevant theoretical model, the relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction and hypotheses has been developed. Based on this review of existing literature has been identified that there is a lot of HR management lacking in the hotel industry of Malaysia namely; shortage of talented people, high turnover issue, lack of adequate training, lack of motivation and lack of quality services. However, based on the existing literature it is proven that there is a significant relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study will contribute in two ways namely; In practically- helps the management of hotel industry to understand the relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction, keep motivating and retaining skillful employees, attract talent people and reduce the turnover issue and finally developed the competitive advantage among its rivals. In theoretically- this research will be the reference for the future research on HRM practices and job satisfaction. Other than that, the conceptual framework is plain and simple that is easy to understand for the relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction which will help other researchers to think wisely about the relationship.

Although there are numerous and various factors that can affect job satisfaction, human resource management has been identified as one of the most important causes of job satisfaction. For this reason, this paper analyses the impact of human resource management and its activities on job satisfaction in various organizations in the Republic of Srpska, with the main goal to investigate and determine the existence and nature of the relationship between human resource management activities, as an independent variable, and job satisfaction, as a dependent variable. In order to analyse the observed relationship, an empirical research was conducted on a sample of 738 employees from 283 organizations from the Republic of Srpska. The research was conducted using a specially created survey questionnaire, and the reliability of the created instrument was calculated using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Based on the results of the research, which were obtained by correlation analysis, the basic hypothesis was confirmed, which proved that human resource management activities have a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Also, all additional hypotheses, claiming that individual human resources management activities (recruitment and selection, training, development and rewarding) have a positive effect on job satisfaction, were confirmed.

The aim of this article is to explore the important role and the emotional intelligence impact on the working environment including summarized research in theoretical terms and transition to practical terms in selected Bulgarian organizations. The adopted approach in this article initially covers the relationship between emotions and emotional intelligence, opportunities for increasing emotional intelligence (ways, techniques), emotional intelligence impact on the working environment. On this basis, an empirical research has been done in five Bulgarian business organizations that are successful and have earned high achievements in human resource management. The research provides evidence of a strong emotional intelligence influence on the working environment. It describes the state of the working environment from the standpoint of the emotional intelligence state of the respondents included in it.

Human resource is the most valuable asset in an organization as it is managed, operated and run by them.The progress, survival and success of the organization is totally depends on the capabilities and the competitiveness of their HR especially in the era of critical and drastic change.As a result, HR manager has to face a more competitive, uncertain and complex HR expectations, needs and wants in a turbulent business environment.Therefore, his ability in managing HR is becoming more crucial to the success and the survival of the organisation. As HR manager is the key player in running the organisation, it is important for him to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach, by putting in balance both the human side which is considered as soft HRM and the technical side which is considered as hard HRM, need to be simultaneously taken into consideration.Therefore, managing the human side of human resourceculture, symbols, diversity, humour, emotional intelligence, justice, forgiveness, and spiritualityis believed to be far more complicated than managing the technical side of it. The human side of human resource management treats employees as partners and a source of competitive advantage through their commitment, trust, job satisfaction, loyalty and collaboration.Furthermore, HR is viewed as a proactive rather than passive inputs in executing the task and responsibility.The managers ability in managing the human side of human resource strategically is equally important as managing the technical side as both play significant role in influencing the bottom line of the organisation through their symbiotic relationship.

<em>This study aims to examine the moderating effect of human resource management practice (HRMP) variables on the relationship between nepotism variables and attitude variables (job satisfaction, organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and organisational commitment).A research sample of 300 workers in the three largest hospitals in Aceh (Dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Meuraxa General Hospital and Harapan Bunda Hospital). Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to participants in the three hospitals with 100 questionnaires each.Data were analysed using simple regression and moderated regression analysis.The results of our analysis found that HRMPs have a moderating effect on the relationship between nepotism and job satisfaction and nepotism and organisational commitment.The moderating effect of HRMPs was not found in the relationship between nepotism and OCB.</em>
